Casinos That Did Not Pay Us
We deposit our own money at every casino we review. These are the ones where we could not get it back out.
Every entry here records what happened to us, with dates and amounts. We deposited our own money, requested a withdrawal, and did not receive it.
We do not call any casino a scam. That is a legal conclusion we are not in a position to reach, and in several of these cases there may be an explanation we have not been given. What we can tell you is what we asked for, what we were told, and what arrived.
Entries are removed when a casino pays. If any operator listed here settles, we update this page, say so in the review, and raise the rating. The offer is permanent.
How a casino gets listed
The bar is deliberately high. Being on this page costs an operator real money, and we are not willing to put anyone here on a hunch.
All three conditions must be met:
- We deposited our own money and requested a withdrawal. Not a reader report, not a complaint we read somewhere. Our own account, our own funds.
- We completed everything the casino asked for. Full verification, every document requested, in the format requested.
- The money did not arrive, and we exhausted the casino's own process. Support, then management escalation, then whatever dispute route the terms name. Where the terms name none, we filed with an independent mediator instead.
What does not get a casino listed: a slow payout that eventually arrived, a bonus voided under a published rule, a reader complaint we could not verify, or a losing session. Those belong in the individual review, and that is where we put them.
Our methodology page explains how we test and what each rating means.
Withdrawal requested and not paid
These casinos received a withdrawal request from a fully verified account and did not pay it.
Slot Madness Casino
Slot Madness publishes 7 to 10 business days to review a withdrawal plus another 7 to 10 to pay it. Our request has been outstanding for more than double that window, with verification complete and no documentation outstanding.
Four other casinos share this operator and publish the same terms: Captain Jack, Silver Oak, Royal Ace and Planet 7. Our withdrawals at Silver Oak and Royal Ace were paid, slowly.
Verification never completed
A category below the list above. We deposited, played, requested a withdrawal, and the account was never verified, so the payout never reached the stage of being approved or refused.
We do not know whether these casinos would have paid, because we never got that far. That is a different failure from a refusal, and we record it separately.
BetAmo Casino
This casino does have a real escalation route and we recommend using it: the MGA licence brings a named ADR provider, CasinoReviews.com, plus the regulator itself. If you are stuck here, file after eight weeks rather than emailing support again.
If this happened to you
The order matters, because skipping a step gives the casino grounds to reject your complaint later.
- Put it in writing. Live chat transcripts disappear. Email support with the date, the amount, the method and your account reference, and keep the thread.
- Request management escalation explicitly. Most terms require this before an external complaint is accepted.
- Find the dispute body in the terms. Our complaints guide covers who to contact for each operator group we have reviewed, and what to do when the terms name nobody.
- File publicly as well. AskGamblers and Casino Guru maintain complaint databases that operators do respond to, and both publish the casino's side alongside yours.
- Tell us. We cannot recover your money and we are not a mediator. But we read every report, check it against the casino's own terms, and update our reviews where a pattern emerges across more than one player.
