Casino Withdrawal Times Compared

We read the full terms at 40 casinos and requested real withdrawals at most of them. Here is what the payout limits actually mean when you win.

TL;DR — The Short Version
  • → The processing time is not the wait. Most casinos pay in 1 to 3 days, then cap how much you can take per week or month.
  • → A $20,000 win takes about four weeks at one operator group and six to eight months at another, on near identical paperwork.
  • → Verification is the real bottleneck for ordinary wins. One casino targets 48 hours; another reserves 30 working days.
  • → Progressive jackpot wins are usually exempt from the caps entirely, and almost nobody mentions this.
  • → The fastest route out is nearly always Interac or crypto. Wire transfer and cheque are slowest and sometimes carry fees.
  • → Complete verification the day you register. Every player who praised a fast payout qualified it the same way: fast once verified.

The only number that matters: $20,000

Every casino advertises fast payouts, and most are telling the truth about processing. What they do not advertise is the ceiling.

Here is the same win at five operator groups we have reviewed, assuming verification is already complete and nothing goes wrong.

Operator groupCap$20,000 takes
Scores55 (7BitCasino, Mirax) NZ$80,000 / month Days
N1 Interactive (Bob, Betchan, 5 more) EUR 40,000 / month Days
Metlait (Crown Slots, LimeWin) NZ$25,000–50,000 / month Under a month
Club World Group (8 brands) $5,001 / week About 4 weeks
Primrose Media (5 brands) $2,500 / pay period 6 to 8 months

Same win. Same amount of luck. Eight months of difference.

None of this appears on a promotional page. All of it is in the terms, usually one line in a numbered list.

What actually determines your wait

Three separate things, and casinos only advertise the first.

1. Processing time

How long from approval to money leaving. This is the number in the marketing: 24 hours, 2 business days, instant crypto.

It is usually honest, and it is usually irrelevant, because it only applies to the slice you are allowed to take.

2. The cap

The maximum per week, per month, or per "pay period". Anything above it is paid in instalments, and each instalment restarts the processing clock.

This is where an eight month wait comes from, and it is never on the homepage.

3. Verification

For most players, this is the actual delay. A $500 win is under every cap we have found, so the only thing between you and the money is document checks.

The published windows range from 48 hours to 30 working days, which is six calendar weeks.

The single most useful thing you can do

Complete verification the day you register, before you have won anything. Every player we have read who praised a fast payout qualified it the same way: fast once verified. Nobody waits on the casino's payment system. They wait on their own documents.

Published processing times

These are stated by the casino, not measured by us. Our own measured results are further down.

CasinoPublished timeFastest method
Club World Casino 12–24 hours, max 36 Interac, 1 day
Pixi Casino 24–72 hours Crypto only
Lucky Red, All Star Slots 2 working days once verified Interac, 1 day
Slotrave Up to 3 days Crypto
Primrose Media brands 7–10 days to review, then 7–10 to pay Coindraw, 0–7 days

Read that last row again. Twenty business days is four calendar weeks before any money moves, on an amount inside the cap. That is the published policy, not a worst case.

Verification windows, which is where people actually get stuck

OperatorStated window
Aladdin's Gold and sister brands 2–3 business days
N1 Interactive brands Not published
Novatrix brands (Casino Chan, Woo, PlayAmo) Up to 30 working days

Thirty working days is six calendar weeks, and it is written into the terms as a right rather than a worst case. Most casinos publish nothing at all, which is arguably worse: no stated window means no deadline to point at when you complain.

What we measured ourselves

We deposit our own money at every casino we review and request a real withdrawal. These are results, not policies.

CasinoOur result
All Star Slots Fast, no friction
GunsBet Clean, KYC 3 days
Bob Casino, Betchan, Crown Slots Clean
Cookie Casino Clean but 4+ days
Spinia KYC took 5 days
Buzzluck Paid, after 10 days of support messages
BetAmo Verification never completed
Slot Madness Not paid
One result that is not a delay

We requested $320 from Slot Madness on 21 August 2026 from an account verified the same day we deposited. The casino's own published window of twenty business days expired in late September. Support last replied on 1 September and has not answered since, across more than ten contacts.

That is a different category from a slow payout, and we record it separately on our payout warnings page with the full sequence.

One documented five figure payout

Caps and instalment schedules are easy to write into a terms document. Whether they work when someone actually wins is a different question, and it is almost never visible from outside.

We found one case in public. A player at Lucky Red reported a win of over $32,000, received the first instalment by wire transfer, and was waiting on the next. At $5,001 a week that is roughly seven weeks.

She gave five stars. Her only complaint: "Wish it was faster payment, but hey I won!!"

Why this matters more than a dozen "fast payout" reviews. It is the only public evidence we have found of an instalment schedule being honoured on a real five figure win. It does not prove the policy works everywhere, but it is more than any other operator group in our rankings can show.

The clauses that make a wait longer

Caps that shrink when you win

Primrose Media's terms drop the monthly ceiling from $10,000 to $5,000 if your balance reaches ten times your total deposits. Win big relative to what you put in, and the payout rate halves.

The right to reverse an approved withdrawal

Section 5.9 of the Primrose terms permits returning an approved withdrawal to your account balance for "compliance, account review, or other legitimate operational reasons". Several players describe exactly this happening.

An approved withdrawal is not a paid withdrawal until the money is in your account.

Document rejection loops

Each rejection restarts the clock. We have read accounts of the same driver's licence rejected three times as blurry, and of a payout date moving twice before the balance was returned to the account entirely, requiring full re-verification.

Submit documents photographed flat, in daylight, with all four corners in frame, at full resolution. Keep every confirmation email with its date.

Minimums that strand small balances

Wire transfer minimums of $300, bank transfer and cheque at $200, and in one case a EUR 500 minimum for wire. If your balance is below the minimum for every method you have set up, you cannot withdraw at all until you deposit more or add another method.

Fees

Mostly absent, with exceptions. All Star Slots charges $25 for wire transfer and courier check where its sister brands list both free. On a $200 withdrawal that is 12.5 percent.

The exemption nobody mentions

Progressive jackpots

Across every operator group we have reviewed, network progressive jackpot wins are exempt from the weekly and monthly caps entirely. One group's terms add that all progressive jackpot winnings are paid out in full.

So the $5,001 weekly ceiling that would stretch a $32,000 slot win across seven weeks does not apply to the same amount won on a progressive. That is a meaningful difference and it appears in exactly one line of each terms document.

How to get paid faster

  1. Verify on day one. Before you deposit, before you win. This is the single biggest lever and it costs nothing.
  2. Set up crypto or Interac before you need them. They are the fastest routes at almost every casino: 1 to 2 days against 4 to 5 for wire and cheque. Arranging a wallet while waiting on a payout adds days.
  3. Check the cap before you deposit, not after you win. Search the terms for "per week", "per month" and "instalment". Two minutes.
  4. Keep your account details current. A player lost $100 at one casino because her browser had autofilled an old phone number, and the terms require correct contact details for winnings to be valid.
  5. Deposit from a method in your own name. Third party deposits void winnings everywhere, and it is the most expensive avoidable mistake we see.
  6. Photograph documents properly. Flat, daylight, all corners visible, full resolution. Rejection loops are the most reported cause of long waits.
  7. Count from your request date. If the casino's own published window has expired, that is when you escalate. Before it expires, a complaint gets answered with the policy.

Where this data comes from

Every figure above was read out of a casino's own terms and conditions, not a summary page or a marketing claim. Where we tested personally, the result is labelled as ours.

Our methodology page explains how we test and what each rating means. Our casino groups page shows which brands share an operator, which matters here because payout rules are set at the group level: eight casinos on one licence share the same $5,001 ceiling, and switching between them changes nothing.

If a casino has changed its limits or your experience differs from what is here, tell us. These figures get updated.
