Cons
🎁 Bonuses & Promotions
Read this before the offer: the ceiling matters more than the match.
Bonus terms 1.10: "The maximum withdrawal is limited to x5 the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the bonus offer."
So a €1,000 bonus pays out at most €5,000, however high you build the balance. Several of the confiscation complaints on this casino's review page trace directly to this clause, including a player who cleared a $4,000 wagering requirement on a $100 deposit and was capped at 5x.
Welcome package: four deposits, 50x wagering
| Deposit | Match | Spins | Code |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1st | 100% up to €1,000 | up to 200 | none |
| 2nd | 100% up to €1,250 | — | 2XO |
| 3rd | 50% up to €1,500 | up to 150 | 3XO |
| 4th | 100% up to €1,250 | — | 4XO |
Free spins scale with deposit size: 50 spins at €20, 100 at €100, 150 at €150, 200 at €200. Prize slot is Bonanza Billion by BGaming. Minimum deposit €20.
The headline is €15,000 and 350 spins. Add the four tiers and it comes to €5,000 and 350 spins. The spin count matches; the cash figure is three times what the terms describe.
The expiry windows make the welcome package close to unclearable.
Bonus terms 3.6: welcome bonuses expire 7 days after crediting, free spins in 3 days. At 50x on a €1,000 bonus that is €50,000 of turnover inside a week. Miss the window and both the bonus and any winnings from it are removed.
Game contribution
| Game type | Contribution |
|---|---|
| Slots, excluding the excluded list and all jackpot slots | 100% |
| Blackjack, baccarat, roulette, poker, Hi-Lo, other table games | 5% |
| Video poker | 5% |
| Live games | 5% |
Everything outside slots counts at 5 percent. There is no middle tier. On a 50x requirement, playing blackjack means wagering twenty times the nominal figure.
The excluded games list runs to several hundred titles plus every jackpot slot. Clause 2.7 adds that excluded games are simply unavailable while a bonus is active, so you cannot accidentally play one — but you also cannot play what you came for.
Reload offers
- Tuesday — code ROLL. 20 free spins at €20, 50 at €50, 200 at €100. Prize slot Fruit Million. 50x
- Thursday — code XOT1. 50% up to €500, unlimited times per day. 40x
- Saturday — code XOXO. 50 free spins per deposit, unlimited. Prize slot Fruit Million. 50x
- Sunday — code XO30. 30% up to $150 per deposit, unlimited. 40x
- Streak — code STREAK. 25% up to €300 on your fourth deposit in one day. 50x
All of these carry the same 5x cashout ceiling. A 50% reload on a €200 deposit gives you €100 of bonus and a €500 maximum payout.
The one offer here that is worth taking.
Bonus terms 4.6: a 5 percent bonus on every cryptocurrency deposit, with no wagering requirement and no upper limit, available unlimited times per day. Available in BTC, ETH, LTC, BCH, DOG, USDT, BNB, ADA and TRX.
No wagering means no 5x ceiling to run into. It is the only promotion on this site that does not attach a cap to your winnings.
Rules worth knowing
Default wagering is 50x on the bonus amount. Clause 2.1 adds that requesting a withdrawal before completing it voids both the bonus and the winnings.
Bonuses are non-sticky and cancelling one is costly. Clause 2.11 sets out the arithmetic: if your balance exceeds deposit plus bonus, it drops to the deposit amount; if it is below that but above your deposit, the bonus is deducted; if it is at or below the bonus amount, the entire balance is forfeited to zero.
You can cancel a deposit bonus before starting to wager it without losing your own money, but the free spins go with it because they are part of the deposit bonus.
Real money is spent first, then bonus money. The bonus is lost when the bonus funds are lost.
Bonuses auto-cancel when the tied balance drops to €0.20 or less.
One bonus at a time, and deposit bonuses do not stack.
One bonus per person, household, address, email, card number, IP address and shared environments including workplaces, libraries and universities.
No deposit bonuses cap at €50 or AU$75, require full verification plus a minimum deposit to withdraw, and are unavailable to players from Australia under clause 6.3 — along with a long list of other countries.
All bonuses are unavailable to players from Sweden and Finland.
Clause 1.12: "In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by the casino will be final."
What we would do
Take the crypto deposit bonus and nothing else. It carries no wagering and no cap, so it is the only offer here that cannot cost you more than it gives.
The welcome package combines 50x wagering, a 7 day window and a 5x payout ceiling. Clearing it is unlikely, and clearing it successfully still limits you to five times the bonus. Our bonus terms decoder explains why a max cashout clause matters more than the headline percentage.
Note on bonus codes: Promo codes mentioned in this review were accurate at the time of writing but may have changed. For current, verified codes that are checked daily, see our No Deposit Bonus Codes page. If any of the terms above are unfamiliar, our bonus terms decoder explains what each clause means in practice.

📝 Full Review
Our own deposit and withdrawal at RollXO completed without problems. We are recommending against it anyway, and the reason is not about payouts.
Five independent players, from five different countries, describe asking this casino to close their account, apply a cooling-off period or self-exclude them, and not getting it. One of them lost NZ$27,352 after the request. That is the most serious pattern we have documented at any casino in our rankings, and it is why this review reads the way it does.
RollXO is operated by Stable Tech N.V., registered in Curaçao under number 160129 at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, under licence OGL/2024/161/0191 from the Curaçao Gaming Authority.
Our test
Author's test: Deposit, play and withdrawal all completed without problems.
We are stating that plainly because it matters for how you read the rest. One clean test says our account was handled correctly. It says nothing about what happens to a player who wins large, or who asks for help stopping. Both of those are documented below, repeatedly, by people who are not us.
The responsible gambling failures
We have reviewed more than forty casinos and read every terms document in full. We have found casinos with no self-exclusion tools at all, which is bad. We have not previously found a casino where this many separate players describe asking for help and not receiving it.
Here they are, each from a different country, posted over roughly three months.
New Zealand, August 2026. A VIP player with roughly NZ$34,852 in his account and three pending withdrawals totalling NZ$7,500 states he contacted RollXO and explicitly requested a cooling-off period until those withdrawals were processed, specifically to protect the remaining money. He states his account stayed active and he subsequently lost the remaining NZ$27,352.90. He says he has retained screenshots, withdrawal records and correspondence, and has raised the matter with regulators.
Norway, July 2026. A player who describes battling gambling addiction for years states he contacted RollXO to limit himself and protect remaining winnings, was told email was the only route, and received a reply six days later, by which point the money was gone. He adds that his account was closed only after the damage was done.
Australia, July 2026. A player states he asked his VIP manager around thirty times to close his account, and that each time the request was side-stepped with offers of bonus deposits or free spins, with replies taking over 24 hours.
Ireland, August 2026. A player states repeated requests to close her account were ignored, with three to four day waits for responses that did not address the request.
Canada, October 2026. A player states she deposited $250, won approximately $3,000, completed verification, submitted a withdrawal, and that her account has since been self-excluded and she can no longer log in to check its status. Her position: she accepts the self-exclusion and is not asking to gamble again, she simply wants the existing withdrawal paid.
Why this is different from an ordinary complaint
Our methodology says a single report does not move a rating, because one person's account cannot be verified from outside and frustration distorts recollection. Two or more independent reports describing the same pattern does move it.
This is five, from five countries, over three months, describing the same mechanism: a request to stop was made, and play continued.
We also checked what the casino's responses say. RollXO replied to several of these publicly, and the replies are near identical boilerplate: "all requests go through a series of checks", "procedures are applied consistently to all users", "if you would like your situation to be reviewed individually, you may reach out to the support team."
To the player who lost NZ$27,352 after a cooling-off request, the reply acknowledged that "a request to restrict gambling activity not being honoured can have serious consequences" and directed him back to support.
What the terms say about it
We read the full terms and conditions, the bonus terms and the VIP terms. There is no responsible gambling section in any of them. No deposit limits, no loss limits, no session limits, no cooling-off mechanism, no self-exclusion procedure.
The only related clause is section 10.5, which notes that deposit limits cannot be applied to crypto deposits and suggests using another method if you want to limit your gambling. That is the sole reference to self-limitation in the entire document set.
So the players above were asking for something the casino has not documented a process for. That does not excuse the outcome, and licensed operators are expected to act on such requests regardless of what their terms say. But it does explain why five different people got five different versions of nothing.
Everything below works regardless of what any operator does, and none of it requires a casino's cooperation.
Bank level gambling blocks. Most major Australian, Canadian and New Zealand banks now offer a gambling transaction block in the app, often with a cooling-off period before it can be lifted. This stops deposits at the payment layer and covers every site at once.
Blocking software such as Gamban or BetBlocker, installed across your devices, prevents gambling sites loading at all. BetBlocker is free.

The Trustpilot rating is suspended
RollXO has a Trustpilot profile with reviews on it, but no score is displayed. Trustpilot states the rating is unavailable because its guidelines were breached.
We are not going to tell you what caused that, because Trustpilot does not publish the detail. Ratings get suspended for several different reasons, including a business soliciting or incentivising reviews improperly, suspected manipulation, or misuse of Trustpilot's reporting tools.
What we can say is the practical effect: there is no aggregate score to read, and the reviews that remain are overwhelmingly negative. One reviewer separately claimed that positive reviews on the profile were fake, citing a third party licence-checking site. We could not verify that site or its methodology and are not relying on it.
Withdrawal complaints, and what the terms explain
Several complaints here describe withdrawals cancelled, reduced or stuck. Some are explained by clauses in the terms, and some are not. We have separated them.
Explained by the 5x bonus cap
A New Zealand player describes depositing $100, clearing a 40x wager of $4,000, and being told he could only take 5x his deposit. He calls it theft and says he does not care that it is in the rules.
The clause is real. Bonus terms 1.10 limits the maximum withdrawal to five times the bonus amount, regardless of how high you build the balance or whether you finish the wagering.
Another New Zealand player describes clearing the wagering, attempting to withdraw $1,000, and receiving $150 back. That is consistent with the same ceiling applied to a smaller bonus.
This is the single most important thing to understand about bonuses here, and the full breakdown is in the bonuses section above. Our bonus terms decoder covers why a max cashout clause matters more than the wagering multiplier.
Not explained by anything we could find
An Australian player describes an expected AU$7,500 withdrawal being declined after a long delay, with AU$5,400 returned and AU$2,100 unaccounted for. He states he is a Platinum member. We found no clause that would produce that arithmetic.
Another Australian player documents a sequence over three updates. First a four day wait with verification documents repeatedly rejected. Then, 24 hours after posting, a successful AU$750 cashout, and he raised his rating to four stars. Then, after a larger win, an email cancelling the cashout and the account disabled with no reason given.
That last sequence is worth noting precisely because the middle part was positive. He was paid once, publicly said so, and then describes being cut off after a bigger win.
A Canadian player with twelve reviews describes withdrawals repeatedly rejected on the basis that verification was needed, while the account itself showed as verified each time he checked.
Another Canadian player describes two withdrawals, of CA$200 and CA$130, confiscated on the basis that a different card was used.
One case where support contradicted the terms
A Canadian player describes being emailed a "reminder" that he must wager his deposit three times, after asking what documents to provide for a withdrawal.
He checked, and he is right. Section 9.7 states that any deposit has to be wagered one time before withdrawal. The 3x figure applies only "if a player is suspected of money laundering or other fraudulent actions" — and the sum involved was $160.
He states he continued playing on that basis and lost the balance.
We cannot verify the email. But the discrepancy he describes between what support told him and what the terms say is checkable, and the terms say what he says they say.
Verification
Multiple players describe verification as the point where things stop.
Documents rejected as blurry or for a name mismatch the player disputes. PDF files not accepted with no stated reason. A webcam requirement that players report not working. A demand for a physical bank form. One German player reports being asked for a selfie in front of his house.
Several note that support is a bot with no live chat and no phone number, which removes any way to resolve a rejected document in real time.
The terms add two deadlines. Section 8.4: if the casino cannot reach you by phone or email within two weeks of a withdrawal request, the account is locked. Section 9.8: winnings "may be subject to confiscation" if KYC is not completed in full within 40 days.
So a document rejection loop runs against a clock that ends in forfeiture.
One further requirement worth knowing before you deposit in crypto. Section 2.8 blocks all Bitcoin deposits and bets until proof of age is submitted, and states that failure to provide it leads to account closure.
Same operator as Lucky Hunter
RollXO and Lucky Hunter share an operator, a registration number and a licence: Stable Tech N.V., Curaçao 160129, licence OGL/2024/161/0191.
Their terms are near identical, including the restricted country list, the 5x bonus cap, the EUR 3,000 weekly and EUR 15,000 monthly withdrawal ceilings, the EUR 25 dormancy fee, the 40 day verification deadline, Cyprus arbitration, and VIP clause 5 permitting a reduction of an existing VIP's withdrawal limit if betting volume drops.
Section 1.4 of both documents states player data "may be used across all websites and brands operated by Stable Tech N.V.", confirming the group is wider than the two brands we have found.
Our casino groups page maps this and every other operator group we have identified.
We rate Lucky Hunter higher, because it has no comparable complaint record. But the absence of a responsible gambling process is a feature of the shared terms, not of this brand alone, and we have updated our Lucky Hunter review to say so.
Payments and limits
Sixteen deposit methods, all free and instant from EUR 20: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, Paysafecard, Neosurf, Postepay, eZeeWallet, MiFinity, plus Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin and USDT.
Native AUD, CAD and NZD accounts, so no conversion either way. That payment list is genuinely strong, and Apple Pay and Google Pay are rare at casinos serving these markets.
Withdrawal limits:
- Standard: EUR 3,000 weekly, EUR 15,000 monthly
- VIP, from EUR 2,500 lifetime deposits: EUR 5,000 weekly, EUR 20,000 monthly
- Minimum withdrawal AU$30
- Processing 0 to 24 hours when a withdrawal is not cancelled
- Verification hold up to 72 hours
Those ceilings are among the lowest in our withdrawal times comparison. A EUR 50,000 win takes more than three months as a standard player.
VIP clause 5 is worth reading before you plan around the higher limits. It permits reducing a VIP player's weekly limit to EUR 1,000 and monthly to EUR 5,000 if their total bet amount falls below EUR 5,000 a week.
That is written broadly enough to apply to a player who won and stopped playing in order to withdraw. We have not found a comparable clause at any other casino in our rankings.
Mystery Drops are not progressive jackpots. Section 11.8 states this explicitly and sets separate ceilings of EUR 2,500 daily and EUR 12,000 monthly. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full and exempt from the limits.
Other clauses worth knowing
Dormancy: EUR 25 per month after 12 months without logging in, until the balance reaches zero. That is the highest dormancy fee in our rankings.
One account per household, IP or device. Duplicates mean termination, cancelled payouts and funds reclaimable. Shared home wifi produces this without anyone doing anything deliberate.
Third party deposits mean winnings confiscated and the deposit returned to its owner.
One year to bring any claim, under section 13.
Replace-by-Fee Bitcoin transactions allow immediate account closure and withheld winnings under section 9.6. Most wallets let you disable RBF; check yours first.
Australian players lose NetEnt, Microgaming and Amatic titles under provider restrictions in sections 3.4, 3.10 and 3.11. Canadian players lose NYX games and several branded NetEnt slots.
Where to escalate
Section 15 describes an internal complaints process only. No ADR provider, no regulator contact, and section 17 places arbitration in Cyprus.
Your real route is the Curaçao Gaming Authority directly. The 2024 licensing framework replaced the old master licence system and the CGA accepts player complaints, which is more than several licences in our rankings offer.
For a responsible gambling failure specifically, that complaint is worth making. Regulators treat failures to act on self-exclusion and cooling-off requests more seriously than almost anything else, because that is the core of what a licence requires. The player who lost NZ$27,352 says he has done exactly this.
Our complaints guide covers how to prepare a submission and what to gather first. The short version: screenshots of the request with dates, the casino's replies, your transaction history, and a clear timeline.
Verdict
We do not recommend RollXO, and our own clean test does not change that.
Five independent players, from New Zealand, Norway, Australia, Ireland and Canada, describe asking this casino to close their account, apply a cooling-off period or self-exclude them, and not getting it. One describes losing NZ$27,352 after an explicit request made specifically to protect that money. One describes asking a VIP manager roughly thirty times and being offered bonuses each time. The terms contain no responsible gambling section at all, which explains the inconsistency without excusing any of it.
Separately, multiple players describe withdrawals cancelled on verified accounts, one reports AU$2,100 missing from a returned payout with no explanation, and one documents being paid once then having his account disabled after a larger win. Support is a bot with no live chat and no phone number, running against a 40 day verification deadline that ends in forfeiture.
The Trustpilot rating is suspended for guideline breaches, so there is no score to weigh any of this against.
Some of the complaints are explained by the terms, and we have said so where that is true: the 5x bonus cap accounts for several of the confiscation claims, and it is written down. That is a reason to avoid the bonuses, not a reason to trust the casino.
The payment list is genuinely good, the crypto deposit bonus carries no wagering, and the Curaçao Gaming Authority licence is a real one that accepts complaints. None of that outweighs what is above.
If you are already playing here and want to stop, do not wait for the casino. Use a bank level gambling block, install BetBlocker or Gamban, and call Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858 in Australia, the Gambling Helpline on 0800 654 655 in New Zealand, or ConnexOntario in Canada. All free, all confidential, none of them require a casino's permission.
Alternatives are in our Australian casino rankings.
A withdrawal that stalls. An account closed without explanation. Winnings confiscated. A bonus that behaved differently from the published terms. If any of that happens to you here, contact us with the dates, the amounts, and what support actually told you. Screenshots help.
This casino names no dispute body in its terms, so there is no formal route to escalate to. Our complaints guide covers the independent mediators that are left when an operator names nothing.
What we do with it: we read every report, check it against the casino's own terms, and update this review where a pattern emerges across more than one player. Ratings on this site move both ways, and player reports are part of why. Nothing identifying gets published without asking you first.
What we cannot do: we are not a mediator and have no authority over any casino. What we can do is make sure the next person reading this page knows. Casinos that did not pay us are listed here.
🌍 Available Regions
Regional availability can change without notice, and individual states or provinces may be restricted even where the casino serves the wider market. Check the casino's own terms before registering.
