    Cons

  • Our own withdrawal has been stuck in limbo for days and may not be paid
  • KYC verification was slow and obstructive on our account
  • Trustpilot rating of 1.5, the lowest in our entire rankings

📝 Full Review

Slot Madness runs on SpinLogic software and is operated by Primrose Media Limited, registered in Anjouan, Comoros, under company number 15804.

That is the fifth casino in our rankings sharing that registration. Silver Oak, Captain Jack, Planet 7 and Royal Ace all use the same operator, the same terms document down to the June 2026 revision date, and identical banking pages. Section 13.7 states it openly: a ban at this casino or any of our sister brands can result in suspension and voided winnings.

Slot Madness holds a 1.5 out of 5 rating on Trustpilot, one of the lowest score of any casino we have reviewed. Our own test is currently unresolved, and that is where this review has to start.

Our test: withdrawal stuck

Author's test: We deposited and played at Slot Madness. KYC verification was slow and obstructive compared to the sister casinos we have tested. Our withdrawal request has now been sitting in limbo for several days with no movement and no clear answer from support.

Based on what we are seeing, we do not currently expect this money to arrive. We are stating that as an expectation rather than a fact, because the casino's published timeframe of 7 to 10 business days for review plus another 7 to 10 for payment has not yet fully elapsed.

This review will be updated with the outcome either way. If the payment does not arrive within the casino's own stated window, this page will say so plainly and the rating will reflect it. We escalate to the Central Dispute System at that point and will report what happens.

Worth knowing for anyone in the same position: until roughly four weeks have passed from your request date, a complaint to CDS will be met with the observation that the casino is still inside its published timeframe. Start the clock from the request date and escalate after it expires.

The withdrawal maths

Three clauses, taken together, explain most of what appears on the review page.

  • Section 5.7: withdrawal requests are reviewed within 7 to 10 business days.
  • Section 5.8: a maximum of $2,500 is approved per pay period, with payment following 7 to 10 business days after approval.
  • Section 5.6: if your balance is at least ten times your total deposits, withdrawals are capped at $5,000 per month instead of $10,000.

One reviewer quoted the casino's own support response verbatim, and it is a useful reference point: withdrawals are reviewed on a case by case basis, 7 to 10 business days for approval given all documents are received, then approximately 7 to 10 business days to send funds, with delivery time varying after that. That is the policy stated plainly by the operator.

Twenty business days is four calendar weeks before any money moves. Most players do not read that before they deposit.

The document rejection loop

This is the defining complaint at Slot Madness and it is worth setting out in detail, because the pattern is remarkably consistent across independent accounts.

One player described winning $480 on a No Rules bonus. Documents were submitted at account opening and twice more for the withdrawal, with an email confirming receipt. The withdrawal moved to pending with a ten day window. On day ten she was told the correct documents had not been received and to resend. The approval date then moved from 8 August to 12 August. On 12 August she was told the images were not in HD and needed resending again. When she checked the account, the winnings had been returned to her balance, meaning full re-verification before she could even submit a new withdrawal request.

Another described requesting a withdrawal on the 22nd, waiting the ten business days, then being told a new wallet was required, which restarted the entire process from zero.

A third described three months of arguing, over 200 emails, being told the payout would go to a bank account, then being told it had to be crypto, then being told the chosen crypto provider was not supported. They eventually received $800 of $1,000, in crypto, after posting publicly on social media.

A fourth reported sending a driver's licence three times, each time rejected as blurry, then being told they had held more than $5 in balance and were not eligible, with a refund of the $30 deposit offered instead of $650 in winnings.

The mechanism is the same each time: each rejection resets the clock, and the terms make clear that delays on the player's side do not extend the payout window.

Approved then reversed

Several accounts describe balances that were approved and then returned rather than paid.

One player redeemed a coupon, found tournament winnings already credited, played and won $1,000, requested $800, and had it rejected on the basis that the tournament winnings were unwarranted, despite the casino having credited them.

Another had $2,250 in winnings, requested $1,600, and was denied with a $25 chip offered for the inconvenience.

Section 5.9 permits exactly this: the casino may reverse a withdrawal back to your account balance for compliance, account review, or other legitimate operational reasons. That clause is broad enough to cover almost any decision.

Free chip caps

Several complaints trace directly to section 6.2 rather than to anything unusual.

One player took 15 free spins, won $9, kept playing, hit a $957 major jackpot and kept $250. Another won $100 from an emailed bonus with a $100 max cashout, wagered over $800 from a $32 win, made the verification deposit, submitted ID, and had the winnings removed with no notice.

The rule is published: free chip winnings cap at $100 or 1x face value. The problem is that nothing on screen shows the cap while you play, and the balance displays the full amount you have won right up to the withdrawal screen.

Games

SpinLogic software, formerly RTG. Slots, table games, video poker and specialty games, with instant play in the browser.

Section 6.14 classifies network progressives as Not Allowed Games: only match bonuses tied to a progressive release may be used on them, and any other bonus can void winnings even after wagering is met. If you play jackpots here, play them on real money with no bonus active.

Banking

Deposits: Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum are free with limits from $30 to $100,000 and confirm in two to three minutes. Changelly runs $60 to $200. Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover carry a 3 to 10 percent fee with limits from $30 to $1,000.

Withdrawals: Bitcoin at $0 to $40 fee over 7 to 10 days, $50 to $2,500. Coindraw at 5 percent over 0 to 7 days, $20 to $2,500. Bank Wire at $0 to $20 over 7 to 10 days, $100 to $2,500. Check at $0 to $25 over 7 to 10 days, $100 to $2,500.

Coindraw is the only method with a meaningfully shorter window. Do not deposit by card: the fee is high, the limit is a hundred times smaller than crypto, and section 5.5 then routes you to bank wire for withdrawals, which is where several players got permanently stuck.

An 8 percent fee, minimum $4, applies if you withdraw without wagering your deposit at least once.

Verification

Government issued photo ID, front and back images of any card used in the past three months, a selfie holding your ID or a requested object, and a utility bill from the last three months. The casino may request bank statements or proof of legal residency additionally, and reserves the right to verify at any point.

Given that verification is the single largest source of complaints here and that our own experience was slow, treat this as the primary risk. Submit everything on day one. Photograph documents flat, in daylight, with all four corners inside the frame, at the highest resolution your phone allows. Keep every confirmation email with its date.

Licence and recourse

Licensed in Anjouan, Comoros, under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005. Section 15.3 sets governing law as Anjouan, section 15.4 places disputes under Comoros jurisdiction. There is no meaningful player protection mechanism.

Section 15.1 requires disputes to be lodged within three days of the wager being decided, against a 14 day standard elsewhere. Section 14 caps total liability at the value of your wager or $500, whichever is lower.

The Central Dispute System is linked in the site footer and is the escalation route once the casino's own window has expired. Our complaints guide covers how to use it and what evidence to gather first.

Restricted countries

Australia, Austria, France and its territories, Germany, Netherlands and its territories, Spain, Union of Comoros, United Kingdom, all FATF blacklisted countries, and any jurisdiction prohibited by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority. Minimum age 21. VPN use is prohibited under section 2.6.

Verdict

We do not recommend playing at Slot Madness. This is the lowest rated casino in our rankings and the recommendation is unqualified.

Our own withdrawal is currently stuck with no clear path forward, after a verification process that was noticeably more obstructive than at the sister casinos we have tested. A Trustpilot score of 1.3 is the worst we have encountered, and the complaints are not scattered: they cluster tightly around document rejection loops that reset the payout clock each time, and around balances approved and then returned to the account rather than paid.

The structural problems are the same as across this operator group. A $2,500 approval ceiling per pay period. Up to twenty business days from request to payment. A monthly cap that halves when you win big relative to your deposits. An explicit contractual right to reverse an approved withdrawal. An Anjouan licence, a three day dispute window, a $500 liability cap.

The SLOTSWEET offer at 30x with no cashout limit is genuinely competitive, and the Rewards Club at 1x wagering is good. Neither matters if the withdrawal does not complete.

We have not flagged this casino as a scam, because some players do eventually get paid and our own case is not yet resolved. That may change. If our withdrawal is not honoured within the casino's own published timeframe, this page will be updated with the date, the amount and the outcome, and the flag will follow.

Until then: do not deposit here. Better rated options are in our US casino rankings.

🎁 Bonuses & Promotions

Free chip winnings cap at $100 no matter how much you win.

Section 6.2 sets maximum withdrawal from any no deposit bonus at 1x its face value and caps anything under $100 at exactly $100. When wagering completes, the system automatically deletes everything above the ceiling. One player described taking 15 free spins to a $957 major jackpot and keeping $250. Another cleared over $800 of wagering from a $32 free play win and had the balance removed.

If you have never deposited, a one time $10 Litecoin verification deposit is required before any free bonus payout. Sending a different cryptocurrency allows the casino to treat it as a real deposit with no refund.

Signup Bonus, code SLOTSWEET: 255 percent match plus 50 free spins on Sweet16Blast. New players only, one redemption. Minimum deposit $30. 30x playthrough with no cashout limit. Valid on slots, keno, bingo and scratch cards. Spins carry an additional 30x playthrough. The match amount is non-cashable and removed from your withdrawal request.

The 30x figure against the 40x house standard and the absence of a cashout cap make this competitive on paper. Whether you can collect is what the rest of this review examines.

Standard wagering: 40x for Slots, Keno, Bingo, Board Games, Plinko and Scratch Cards. 60x for Table Games and Video Poker.

Not Allowed Games with any bonus: Baccarat, Craps, Crash games, Pai Gow Poker, Pontoon 21, Roulette, Shooting games including Fish Catch, Sic Bo, War, Tournaments, Live Dealer and Progressive Games.

Bonus rules survive playthrough. Section 6.1 states the original rules of a bonus continue to apply even after wagering is complete, and the casino may void all funds and close the account if a restricted game is played on that balance.

No Rules bonuses: section 6.11 sets 1x playthrough on slots, keno, bingo, board games, plinko and scratch cards with no maximum cashout. Table games and video poker are not permitted. The bonus amount is non-cashable and removed from your withdrawal. Note that despite the name, the excluded game restrictions still survive playthrough completion, and multiple complaints about No Rules offers trace to exactly this.

Deposit bonuses: must be redeemed before you place any bets. Your withdrawal must exceed deposit plus bonus combined, because the bonus is stripped at approval.

Consecutive free bonuses: not permitted without a real money deposit of $30 or more in between.

Rewards Club: the best value here. Based on real money deposits from the previous day, credited automatically within 24 hours. 1x wagering, no maximum withdrawal, up to $500.

Weekly Cashback: credited Sunday afternoon EST on the previous week's net losses. 40x playthrough, 2x maximum withdrawal, $100 minimum. Requires no pending withdrawals and a balance under $3.

Comp Points: 100 points equals $1. Minimum 1,000, maximum 20,000, one redemption per day. 40x playthrough, 1x maximum withdrawal. Expire after 12 months.

Note on bonus codes: Promo codes mentioned in this review were accurate at the time of writing but may have changed. For current, verified codes that are checked daily, see our No Deposit Bonus Codes page.
