22Bet - Our Withdrawal Is Still Pending Review 2026
- → We deposited on 16 October 2026 and requested a withdrawal on 17 October. It has not been paid.
- → Our deposit credited instantly, which is the first half of the sequence every complaint on this casino's review page describes
- → Players from six countries report the same pattern: small wins paid without issue, larger withdrawals rejected with a "technical issue"
- → The rejected funds go back to your playing balance rather than being held, which two players describe as the mechanism that cost them everything
- → Several Indian players describe UPI deposits debited from their banks and never credited, one totalling over ₹80,000 with UTR numbers and bank confirmation
- → Three separate players report VIP cashback unpaid for two weeks or more, blamed on technical issues
- → The terms page serves no readable text, so the licence, the payout window and the dispute route are all unverified
- → The bonus conditions are not published either. Wagering, cashout caps and the max bet rule can only be obtained by asking support
- → Trustpilot has removed fake reviews from this profile for breaching its guidelines

Cons
🎁 Bonuses & Promotions
We cannot tell you the bonus terms at this casino, because they are not published in a form anyone can read.
The terms and conditions page serves no readable text — it renders through JavaScript and returns only a loading placeholder. And the bonus conditions themselves are not set out in the document that does load. To find out what you are agreeing to, you have to ask support and hope the answer is accurate.
What is missing
At every other casino in our rankings, we can tell you the following before you deposit a cent. Here we cannot tell you any of it:
- The wagering requirement. Is it 20x, 40x, 50x (bonuses are always floating in terms of wagering requirements)? Applied to the bonus alone, or deposit plus bonus? The difference is often double the turnover
- The maximum cashout. Several casinos we have reviewed cap bonus winnings at 5x the bonus amount, with the cap surviving the playthrough. We do not know whether one applies here
- The maximum bet during bonus play. This is the clause that voids more winnings across this industry than any other, usually €5 to €10. We cannot tell you the figure or whether feature buys count toward it
- Game contribution. Which games count 100 percent, which count 5 percent, which count nothing
- The excluded games list. Most casinos exclude several hundred titles. We have no way to check whether your game is on it
- The expiry window. Seven days? Thirty? We do not know
- The minimum qualifying deposit
Why that matters more than the headline
Every expensive bonus dispute we have documented turned on a clause the player had not read. A feature buy that counted as a €20 bet against a €5 ceiling and cost one player his entire €1,000 balance. A 5x cashout cap applied to funds the account interface had labelled fully cashable. A max bet rule breached by a bet-doubling feature nobody thought was a bet.
In each of those cases the player could at least go back and read the clause afterwards, and in each case the casino was technically right. Here you cannot do that in advance, and you cannot do it afterwards either.
A clause you were never shown is one you cannot plan around.
What the offers look like
From the promotional material rather than the terms: the welcome package is modest by the standards of this market, and the ongoing offers are thin compared with casinos we rate higher. The VIP cashback programme is the main recurring promotion, and three separate players report it going unpaid for two weeks or more with technical issues cited.
If you claim a bonus here anyway
Ask support in writing, before depositing, and keep the reply. Email rather than live chat, because chat transcripts disappear. Ask for four figures specifically:
- The wagering multiplier, and what it applies to
- The maximum you can withdraw from bonus winnings
- The maximum bet while the bonus is active, and whether feature buys count toward it
- How long you have to complete the wagering
If support will not give you those four numbers in writing, that is your answer about whether to claim.
And consider declining the bonus entirely. At a casino where our own withdrawal is outstanding and the payout rules cannot be read, adding an unreadable layer of bonus conditions on top of it is not a risk worth taking for a modest offer. Our bonus terms decoder explains what each clause does in practice, so you know what to ask about.
Note on bonus codes: Promo codes mentioned in this review were accurate at the time of writing but may have changed. For current, verified codes that are checked daily, see our No Deposit Bonus Codes page. If any of the terms above are unfamiliar, our bonus terms decoder explains what each clause means in practice.

📝 Full Review
We deposited at 22Bet on 16 October 2026. The deposit credited instantly. We requested a withdrawal on 17 October. As of 21 October it has not been paid.
That is the exact sequence described by players from Poland, Bangladesh, Malaysia, India, the Czech Republic and Ireland on this casino's public review page: deposits credit, small wins pay, larger withdrawals do not. If this money arrives, we will say so here with the date and remove the entry. That offer stands indefinitely.
22Bet is primarily a sportsbook with a casino attached, covering slots, live dealer, crash games and bingo. The site copyright dates from 2017.
Our test
| Deposit made | 16 October 2026, credited instantly |
| Withdrawal requested | 17 October 2026 |
| Status | Unpaid as of 21 October 2026 |
We tested the casino section rather than the sportsbook. The deposit and the platform both worked normally. The payout has not arrived.
We are publishing the dates rather than a verdict about intent. What we can state is what happened to our account: money in on 16 October, requested out on 17 October, not received.
We would normally give a casino's own published timeframe before saying anything. Here there is no published timeframe to give it. The terms page serves no readable text, so there is no stated processing window to measure against — which is itself part of the problem.
The pattern, and why it is unusually specific
We read every review on this casino's public profile. Most complaint pages contain a mix of grievances: bonus terms, RTP, support rudeness, verification. This one does not.
The overwhelming majority describe the same mechanism, in the same order, from different countries.
Poland. A player states it plainly: "If I win a little stakes like 50-100 euros, withdrawals with no problems. Now I won a big bet and I am stuck at my account with over 2k euros and when try withdrawal ANY stake, there is 'technical issue' with w/e method I use."
Bangladesh. "I can deposit all i want but whenever i win big they won't let me withdraw." A second Bangladeshi player posts his gaming ID and withdrawal request number publicly, states the request was submitted on 14 October and never paid, and that support told him the technical department was working on it.
Malaysia. "My withdrawal is not credited to my bank account. They keep saying we are working on it with more than 10 days."
Canada. A player who states he lost over $10,000 on the site describes being owed VIP cashback that went unpaid for a month, then receiving $4 where he calculated over $500 was due.
The consistency is what makes this different from an ordinary pile of angry reviews. Players who have never met, writing from different continents, describe the same threshold behaviour: the system works until the amount gets large.
We cannot verify any individual account. What we can say is that our own experience matches the first half of it exactly.
The detail that matters most
Read the Polish player's wording again: "when try withdrawal ANY stake, there is technical issue."
He is saying that once the balance was large, even small withdrawal requests from it failed. That is not a limit being applied to a big payout. If accurate, it describes the account being flagged rather than the transaction being capped.
The returned balance, and why it is worse than a hold
This is the part that deserves the most attention, because it describes something more damaging than simply not paying.
Multiple players state the rejected money goes back into the playing balance. A Bangladeshi player set out why that matters:
"Your winnings are then returned to your betting account instead of being paid out. After this happens repeatedly, you may become frustrated and start placing impulsive bets, eventually losing all your money. It feels like a trap designed to keep your money on the platform."
We have documented this exact outcome at another casino, in the player's own words. An Irish player at a different site described twelve days of failed withdrawals and then wrote: "So I just fecked all the money on mad bets & lost it all."
He was not accusing that casino of taking his money. He lost it himself, after repeated failures wore him down. Money sitting in a casino balance that you cannot remove is money you will eventually gamble.
If this happens to you anywhere, the response matters more than the complaint. Stop playing immediately. Do not place a single bet from a balance you are trying to withdraw. Screenshot the failed attempt with its timestamp, and escalate while the money is still there.
A balance you lose chasing a stalled payout is a balance no regulator can recover for you.
The deposit complaints
A separate set of complaints concerns money going in rather than out, and these are the most heavily documented on the page.
Several Indian players describe UPI deposits debited from their banks and never credited to their 22Bet accounts.
One reports four transactions totalling ₹80,849.87 over several months, states he has transaction IDs and UTR numbers for all of them, provided bank statements, screenshots and a video recording of the transactions, and went to his bank in person to confirm the funds were received on the recipient side. He states support then blocked his chat access.
Another describes providing bank statements, UTR numbers, screenshots, a video of the mobile banking transaction and a video of the UPI application, and being told afterwards that the payment never reached the payment provider.
The casino's reply
22Bet responded publicly to one of these, and the answer is worth quoting because it is specific rather than boilerplate:
"For the payments already checked with our payment provider, the funds were not received on their side and the deposits were therefore unsuccessful... Unfortunately, we cannot credit deposits that were not received by the payment provider."
That is a coherent position and it may well be true. UPI payments do fail at the aggregator layer, and a casino genuinely cannot credit money it never received.
But it leaves the player with nowhere to go. His bank says the money left and was received. The casino says its provider never got it. Neither party can see the other's records, and the player cannot compel either to produce them.
The practical conclusion for anyone depositing here: use a method with a traceable chain you control. Card payments can be disputed through the issuer. Crypto is traceable on-chain. A local instant payment rail routed through a third party aggregator gives you a UTR number and nothing else, and a UTR proves the money left your bank, not where it went afterwards.
The cashback failures
A third category, from a different group of players, follows the same shape with a different product.
Three separate players — two Czech, one Irish — report VIP cashback not paid for two weeks or more, with support attributing it to technical issues or maintenance and providing no timeline.
One states she reached a VIP level where cashback is credited daily, and waited fourteen days. The Irish player describes repeatedly pressing support, being told it was routine maintenance, then eventually being told it was a technical issue, with no estimate for a fix.
His observation is the useful one: "they must owe a lot to all their customers and don't seem to care when they can't even provide a straight answer."
Cashback is money the casino's own system has calculated as owed. Three independent players describing the same unpaid balance over the same period points at something systemic rather than individual.
Trustpilot has removed fake reviews from this profile
The profile carries a notice from Trustpilot itself: "Breach of guidelines. We've removed a number of fake reviews for this company."
Trustpilot does not publish the detail of who posted them or how they were detected, so we are not going to speculate about who was responsible.
What it changes practically. Any score you see on that page is calculated after an unknown number of reviews were stripped out. It also means the remaining reviews have survived a verification pass, which arguably makes them more credible rather than less.
We have now seen this at two casinos in our rankings. At the other, the rating was suspended entirely.
Where to escalate
Because we could not read the terms, we cannot tell you what dispute route they name. Two routes exist independently of the document.
AskGamblers. The casino carries a certificate badge linking to its profile there, and AskGamblers runs a complaints service with a real resolution record. A casino that displays the badge has a reason to engage with complaints filed through it. For a stalled withdrawal, this is the first place we would go, and it is where we are taking ours.
The regulator, if you can establish one from the site footer. One player states he reported the casino to Curacao eGaming, which suggests a Curacao licence. If that is correct, the Curacao Gaming Authority accepts player complaints under the framework introduced in 2024.
Our complaints guide covers how to prepare a submission. For a case like this, gather: the withdrawal request with its date and reference number, screenshots of each failed attempt, every support transcript, and your account balance before and after. Do this while the money is still in the account.
On the RTP complaints
Two reviewers allege the casino runs low RTP versions of games. A Hungarian player states he bought bonus features on a 100x game and never saw more than 40x back.
We are separating this from the payment complaints, because it is a different kind of claim and a much weaker one.
Several providers do supply the same slot at multiple RTP settings, and which version a casino runs is often not disclosed. So the allegation is not impossible. But a run of poor sessions is also exactly what variance looks like, and a player who has just failed to withdraw will interpret an ordinary losing streak very differently from one who has not.
We cannot test RTP from outside, and neither can the players making the claim. The payment complaints come with dates, reference numbers and bank records. The RTP complaints do not, and we weight them accordingly.
Verdict
We deposited at 22Bet on 16 October 2026 and requested a withdrawal on 17 October. It has not been paid.
The bonus conditions are not published either. The wagering requirement, the maximum cashout, the max bet rule and the excluded games list all have to be extracted from support one question at a time. Every expensive bonus dispute we have documented turned on a clause the player had not read — and here you cannot read them before or after.
Our deposit credited instantly. That is the first half of a sequence described independently by players in Poland, Bangladesh, Malaysia, India, the Czech Republic and Ireland: deposits work, small wins pay, large wins meet a "technical issue", and the money goes back into the playing balance rather than out to the player.
Two players describe what happens next, and one of them lost everything to it. A balance you cannot withdraw is a balance you will eventually bet.
Separately, several Indian players describe deposits debited from their banks and never credited, with one documenting over ₹80,000 across four transactions supported by UTR numbers, bank statements and video evidence. The casino's answer — that its payment provider never received the funds — may be accurate, and leaves those players with no way to resolve it either way.
Three more players report VIP cashback unpaid for a fortnight or longer. Trustpilot has removed fake reviews from the profile. And we could not read the terms at all, which means the licence, the limits, the stated payout window and the dispute route are all unverified here.
The sportsbook is large and the casino section is reasonable. None of that matters if the money does not come back out.
If you have funds stuck here right now: stop playing from that balance immediately, whatever the temptation. Screenshot every failed withdrawal with its timestamp. Save every support transcript. File with AskGamblers, where this casino holds a listed profile, and with the regulator if you can establish one from the footer. Do all of it while the money is still in the account, because once it is gambled away no complaint can recover it.
This casino is listed on our payout warnings page. If our money arrives, we will update this review with the date, raise the rating and remove the entry. That offer has no expiry, and we would rather write that update than leave this page as it is.
Alternatives are in our Australian casino rankings.
We earn commission when readers sign up at most casinos we review, and that funds the deposits and withdrawal tests this site runs on. We have not placed one here, and we will not while our own payout is outstanding.

A withdrawal that stalls. An account closed without explanation. Winnings confiscated. A bonus that behaved differently from the published terms. If any of that happens to you here, contact us with the dates, the amounts, and what support actually told you. Screenshots help.
This casino names no dispute body in its terms, so there is no formal route to escalate to. Our complaints guide covers the independent mediators that are left when an operator names nothing.
What we do with it: we read every report, check it against the casino's own terms, and update this review where a pattern emerges across more than one player. Ratings on this site move both ways, and player reports are part of why. Nothing identifying gets published without asking you first.
What we cannot do: we are not a mediator and have no authority over any casino. What we can do is make sure the next person reading this page knows. Casinos that did not pay us are listed here.
