We check a casino's public review profile at every site we cover, because how an operator responds to complaints tells you more than the score does.

Why the silence matters more than the rating. Across the casinos we have reviewed, public complaints have resolved real disputes. At one, a player got an unstaked deposit returned after writing publicly, having been ignored internally. The most recent complaint is the most instructive, and it involves sites like this one.

A Canadian player wrote that he found Slotrave listed on a website as a new casino with no KYC as long as you stick to crypto wallets. He states he verified that claim with the listing site before doing anything, was told Slotrave was a business partner that paid to be advertised as a no KYC casino, then deposited, won, and could not withdraw. The casino pointed him to its terms.

The difference we try to maintain is that we read the terms and report what they say, including when it makes a casino look worse.

The rule that protects you is simple: the casino's own terms are the contract. Nothing an affiliate says about a casino changes what the casino can do to your account. If a site tells you a casino has no KYC, no wagering, or a bigger bonus than the casino's own page lists, open the terms and check before you deposit. The third party card case

An Australian player wrote that his daughter deposited AU$20 and lost it, then her grandfather put his Visa on her account and deposited AU$60. He describes this as the casino inventing rules. It is not.

Section 13 of the terms states plainly that deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name, and that a third party deposit means winnings confiscated, with the casino only "considering" returning the deposit to the payment account owner.

Every casino in our rankings has this rule and it exists for anti money laundering reasons. It is also, in our experience of reading these documents, the single most expensive avoidable mistake a player makes, because it feels harmless. A partner's card, a parent's card, a friend covering a deposit. The consequence is the same everywhere.

Two further points worth stating. A deposit funded by someone else's card was always going to be voided, whatever the casino. And if a player is under 18, the terms void everything regardless.

The low return complaints

Four separate reviewers describe unusually poor outcomes. A Canadian reported playing CA$110 and winning nothing at all. A Portuguese player said he never won anything. An Austrian player with a long review history called the RTP so low that winning was impossible. Another said returns seemed lower than at other casinos.

Keep it in proportion. Kahnawake is a smaller operation than the Malta Gaming Authority and does not have the enforcement reach of a provincial body like the AGCO. But it accepts player complaints and it is real.

The jurisdiction mismatch

Three jurisdictions appear in one document. The company is Costa Rican. The licence is Kahnawake, in Canada. And section 19 states that the terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao, with exclusive jurisdiction in Curaçao courts.

Curaçao appears nowhere else. No Curaçao licence is claimed. We found the identical mismatch at another Kahnawake licensed casino, which suggests a shared template rather than anything specific to this operator.

Practically: escalating to Kahnawake works, because section 18 directs you there. But anything beyond a regulator would, on the face of the document, go to Curaçao under Curaçao law.

Currency: no CAD

What this costs. Your bank converts on the way in and again on the way out, typically two to three percent each way plus any international transaction fee. On CA$200 deposited and CA$400 withdrawn, roughly CA$12 to CA$18 disappears before the casino takes anything.

Combined with Canadian exclusion from no deposit bonuses under clause 3g, the Canadian offering here is noticeably thinner than the country list suggests.
