- → The terms name no operating company, no licence number and no governing law. Across more than forty casinos, this is the thinnest disclosure we have found
- → Our own deposit, play and withdrawal all completed without problems
- → But there is no public review record of any kind, so our single test is the only independent evidence in this review

📊 Expert Scores
👍 Pros & Cons
- Our own deposit, play and withdrawal all completed without obstruction
- Section 19 describes self-exclusion, cooling-off periods and limit setting, which several casinos in our rankings offer nothing comparable to
- The welcome bonus is exempt from the EUR 10,000 cap that applies to every other bonus type, so it has no maximum cashout
- Withdrawal ceilings are reasonable at EUR 4,000 daily, EUR 16,000 weekly and EUR 50,000 monthly
- Progressive jackpot winnings are paid out in full outside those limits
- Minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal are both EUR 10, among the lowest we have seen
- Sports bets require only 1x deposit turnover against 3x for casino play
- VPN use is explicitly permitted rather than grounds for confiscation

- Dormancy fee is EUR 10 per month, on the lower end of our rankings
Pros
- No operating company is named anywhere in the terms, with no registration number or address
- No licence number or regulator is named, despite the complaints section referring to a regulator listed on the website
- No governing law, jurisdiction or arbitration clause exists in the document at all
- No independent dispute body is named, so there is no external escalation route
- AUD and NZD are missing from the accepted currencies list despite the casino serving both markets
- Visa payouts are explicitly not supported for Australia
- Australia, Canada and New Zealand are all absent from the list of Mastercard supported countries
- No public review record of any kind exists, so our single test is the only independent evidence
- Table games and live dealer games contribute zero percent toward bonus wagering

- Closing an account with funds in it costs EUR 12.50
- A verification phone call is mandatory before winnings are processed
Cons
🎁 Bonuses & Promotions
Clause 2a decides whether a bonus here is usable for you.
"Table games and live dealer games do NOT count towards bonus wagering requirements." Not five percent. Nothing. Every jackpot game is excluded too, along with a list running to several hundred titles across roughly thirty providers. If you play anything other than standard slots, a bonus here is worthless to you.
Welcome offer
100% up to €1,000, plus a bonus game and 300 free spins. The promotional page states a €10 minimum deposit.
Check the minimum before you deposit. Clause 1f sets the minimum deposit for any bonus at €20, not €10, with a footnote that it may vary by offer. A €10 deposit meets the site minimum but may not qualify you for the bonus. Confirm in the cashier.
Wagering is 40x on all deposit bonuses, and 40x on no deposit and free spin bonuses unless stated otherwise.
Maximum bet during bonus play: €5, or AU$8, NZ$8 and CA$8. Feature purchases including respins count toward your bet amount, and clause 3k adds that doubled bets after a round also count. Exceed it and the casino reserves the right to confiscate the winnings.
The one clause genuinely in your favour
Clause 1c caps winnings from cashback, comp points, tournaments, VIP bonuses, weekly bonuses and any deposit bonus at €10,000 — "except for welcome bonus".
So the welcome offer carries no maximum cashout. That makes it the only bonus on the site worth taking for a serious win, and it is better than the 5x ceilings at several casinos in our rankings.
No deposit bonuses cap at €50, AU$75, NZ$75 or CA$75, and the restriction survives completion of the wagering. Full verification plus a minimum deposit are required before withdrawal.
No deposit bonuses must be activated within 3 days, with 7 days to wager.
Game contribution
| Game type | Contribution |
|---|---|
| Slots, excluding the excluded list and all jackpot games | 100% |
| Table games and live dealer | 0% |
The excluded games list is long and specific. It names Dead or Alive and Dead or Alive 2, Reel Steal, The Wish Master, Book of Shadows, Jammin' Jars 2, Wild Swarm, Hellcatraz, Tomb Raider, Medusa, Stardust, Vikings Go Berzerk, Dwarf Mine and several hundred more, grouped by provider. Check your game before claiming.
Other rules
Real money is wagered first, then bonus money.
Clause 2f: you may withdraw your deposit before completing the wagering, but the bonus and any winnings from it are forfeited.
Clause 2d: cancelling a bonus after you have started wagering removes both the bonus and the winnings gained with it.
Bonuses auto-cancel when the tied balance drops to €0.05 or less.
One bonus per person, email, browser, device and IP address. One bonus at a time, and deposit bonuses do not stack.
Clause 1l: free spin winnings require you to have wagered the qualifying deposit at least three times, excluding table games, or the casino may cancel the spins and any winnings.
Bonus abuse is defined in clause 3c as a bonus to wager ratio above 40 percent.
Japan and Georgia are excluded from all deposit bonuses. Canada is excluded from no deposit free spin bonuses under clause 3g, along with a long list of other countries. Australia and New Zealand are not on that list.
Sportsbook
Sports bets require only 1x deposit turnover before withdrawal, against 3x for casino play. Maximum winnings are capped at €100,000 per bet, €250,000 per day and €500,000 per week. Minimum stake €0.10.
Sports disputes must be lodged within 7 days of the bet being settled, and claims are reviewed within 30 days.
Note on bonus codes: Promo codes mentioned in this review were accurate at the time of writing but may have changed. For current, verified codes that are checked daily, see our No Deposit Bonus Codes page. If any of the terms above are unfamiliar, our bonus terms decoder explains what each clause means in practice.

📝 Full Review
We read the full terms and conditions at every casino we cover. RoyalXO's name no operating company, no licence number, no regulator and no governing law. Across more than forty casinos, this is the thinnest disclosure we have found.
That is not an accusation, and our own money came back out without a problem. But it means that if something does go wrong, there is no company to identify, no regulator to complain to and no court named in the document. You would be relying entirely on the operator's own conduct.
Our test
Author's test: Deposit, play and withdrawal all completed without problems. The site is responsive and the sportsbook is properly integrated.
That is a real result and we are not going to downplay it. The cashier works in both directions, and at a casino with no public record our own test is the only independent evidence that exists.
It is also one account. A clean payout tells you the casino can pay and chose to on that occasion. What it cannot tell you is how a large win is handled, or what happens when a document is rejected, because there is no accumulated record here to check that against.
What the terms do not say
Almost every set of casino terms opens the same way: this website is owned and operated by [company], registered under number [X], licensed by [regulator] under licence [number].
RoyalXO's terms begin at section 1, "Who can play", and never make that statement at all.
What is absent from the document:
- × The operating company's name
- × A company registration number or registered address
- × A licence number or the name of a regulator
- × A governing law clause
- × A jurisdiction or arbitration clause
- × Any named dispute resolution body
Section 17 refers to a regulator that the terms never identify. It states that if a dispute is not resolved at management level, "you can contact any independent body, gaming authority or the licensing regulator listed on the Website."
The terms themselves list none. Check the site footer for a licence seal before depositing — if one is there, it is the only identification available to you.
Why a governing law clause matters. Most casinos name one, usually Curaçao or Costa Rica, and for a player in Australia or Canada suing there is impractical anyway. But its absence removes even the theoretical remedy, and more importantly it means the document does not say which country's consumer law it was written under.
The same document as Slotrave, with the identification removed
This is the part that makes the omission worth examining rather than shrugging at.
We reviewed Slotrave separately. Its terms name Galan Operations SRL, Costa Rica registration 3-102-817852, and Kahnawake licence number 00910.
RoyalXO's terms are the same document. Clause for clause:
- The same 34 numbered general betting rules, in the same order
- The same bonus terms structure, 1a through 3l
- The same excluded games list, provider by provider, title by title
- The same withdrawal ceilings: EUR 4,000 daily, EUR 16,000 weekly, EUR 50,000 monthly
- The same EUR 12.50 account closure fee
- The same 3x casino and 1x sports deposit turnover
- The same two week verification deadline ending in confiscation
- The same note that Canadian players cannot access NYX games
What a shared template does and does not prove. It is strong evidence of shared infrastructure: the same platform provider, the same legal drafting, very possibly the same operator. We have documented identical paperwork across operator groups before, and in several cases the shared document turned out to span companies that did not appear connected.
So we are not stating that RoyalXO is run by Galan Operations SRL. What we can state is narrower and more useful: the template RoyalXO used does contain an operator and licence clause, because the other casino using it fills that clause in. RoyalXO's copy has it removed.
Our casino groups page maps every operator group we have identified and covers the two minute method for checking any casino's ownership yourself.
What Australian and New Zealand players should check first
This section matters more than everything above for the market this casino is being sold into, and it is the one place our clean test tells you nothing — we did not withdraw in AUD.
AUD and NZD are not accepted currencies
Section 2 lists twenty-two currencies: EUR, USD, CAD, PLN, CZK, NOK, BGN, BRL, CHF, CLP, CNY, HUF, INR, IQD, JPY, MXN, MYR, PEN, PKR, THB, UAH and VND.
AUD and NZD are not on that list. CAD is.
Yet the bonus terms quote AUD and NZD equivalents throughout: AU$8 maximum bet, AU$75 no deposit cap, AU$15,000 bonus winnings cap. The two documents contradict each other.
What it costs if the currency list is the operative one. Your bank converts on the way in and again on the way out, typically two to three percent each way plus any international transaction fee. On AU$300 deposited and AU$600 withdrawn, roughly AU$20 to AU$30 disappears before the casino takes anything.
Canadian players are fine — CAD is native.
Card payouts are a problem for all three markets
Section 13 sets out which countries support card withdrawals, and the lists are specific.
For Visa, the terms state these countries are not supported: USA, Australia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore.
For Mastercard, the supported list is: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and the United Kingdom.
Australia, Canada and New Zealand do not appear on the Mastercard list, and Australia is explicitly excluded from Visa. Read together, card withdrawals look unavailable across all three markets this casino serves.
Practically this means: set up an alternative withdrawal method before you win. The terms mention Skrill and Neteller, bank transfer, vouchers through Flexepin and Kinguin, and crypto through CoinsPaid. Bank transfer carries a EUR 500 minimum, so for ordinary wins that leaves e-wallets or crypto.
Confirm in the cashier what is actually offered to your country before you deposit, not after.
One more contradiction worth noting
Ukraine is on the restricted countries list in section 1. The Ukrainian hryvnia is on the accepted currencies list in section 2. Minor, but it is the third place in this document where two sections disagree.
Where RoyalXO does better than several casinos we rate higher
Two things here deserve credit, and we are going to give it.
Responsible gambling tools are described
Section 19 states: "We provide tools to help manage your gaming behavior, including self-exclusion, cooling-off periods and limit setting options." It refers to a separate Responsible Gaming Policy and makes it part of the terms.
That puts RoyalXO ahead of a substantial part of our rankings. Eleven casinos we have reviewed describe no responsible gambling provision of any kind: no limits, no cooling-off, no self-exclusion, nothing.
At one of them, a player describes asking repeatedly to have her account closed because gambling had become harmful and being offered free chips instead. At another, five separate players describe requesting cooling-off or self-exclusion and not receiving it.
A described tool is not a tested tool. We have not verified that these work in practice, and the casino names no regulator who could be told if they did not. But the clause exists, which is the first requirement.
If you need to limit or stop your play, something independent of any casino is stronger: a bank level gambling block, or blocking software like BetBlocker, which is free. Gambling Help Online in Australia is on 1800 858 858, the Gambling Helpline in New Zealand on 0800 654 655, and ConnexOntario covers Canada.
The welcome bonus has no maximum cashout
Clause 1c caps bonus winnings at EUR 10,000 for cashback, comp points, tournaments, VIP bonuses, weekly bonuses and any deposit bonus — "except for welcome bonus".
So the welcome offer is uncapped. Several casinos in our rankings limit bonus winnings to five times the bonus amount, with the cap surviving completion of the wagering. This one does not.
That makes the welcome offer the only bonus on this site worth taking for a serious win. Our bonus terms decoder covers why a max cashout clause matters more than the headline percentage.
Withdrawals
- Daily: EUR 4,000
- Weekly: EUR 16,000
- Monthly: EUR 50,000
- Minimum: EUR 10
- Processing: up to 3 days depending on method
- Verification hold: the casino may hold payouts while checking identity
Our own withdrawal arrived without friction, which is consistent with those figures rather than an exception to them.
Those ceilings are mid-table in our withdrawal times comparison, and considerably better than the casinos capping at EUR 15,000 a month. A EUR 50,000 win clears in a month rather than several.
Progressive jackpot winnings are paid in full outside every limit.
Wire transfers require a EUR 500 minimum, and intermediary banks may add charges up to EUR 16.
Closing an account with a balance costs EUR 12.50 for a manual bank transfer. Withdraw everything, wait for it to land, then close.
Verification, and the two week clock
Photo ID, proof of payment method, and proof of address dated within 90 days. Scanned copies are not accepted for payment documents, only photographs. The casino may also request proof of funds, proof of wealth, a selfie holding your ID, or a selfie with a handwritten note showing the casino name and date — on squared paper rather than plain, per clause 11.
A phone call may be required, and the terms state the account will not be verified and winnings will not be processed until it happens. An invalid or missing phone number is grounds to terminate the account and confiscate winnings.
Clause 12, point 12: "If the player fails to complete the required verification procedure within a period of two weeks, the account will be permanently closed and the winnings confiscated."
Two weeks is a short window when a document can be rejected and resubmitted. Complete verification the day you register, and put a working phone number on the account.
Clauses worth knowing before you deposit
VPN use is permitted
Section 8: "Using VPN is not restricted, however, it may lead to malfunction of games or connections issues." That is unusual and genuinely more honest than casinos that confiscate for it.
But selecting a false country at registration is still prohibited under section 1, and may lead to confiscation and permanent closure. The two are different things.
Third party deposits
Deposits must come from an account in your own name. A third party deposit means winnings confiscated, with the casino only "considering the possibility" of returning the deposit. This is the most expensive avoidable mistake we see at any casino.
One account per person
Duplicate accounts mean termination and suspended payouts. The terms specify same browser, same IP and same playing scheme as triggers. Shared home wifi produces this without anyone doing anything deliberate.
Dormancy at EUR 10 per month
After 12 months without logging in, EUR 10 monthly until the balance reaches zero. That is on the lower end — several casinos we have reviewed charge EUR 25.
Nickname field
An oddly specific clause: offensive, obscene or promotional content in the nickname field can be changed by staff, and repeat violations allow the account to be blocked and all funds confiscated. Worth a glance when you register.
Game restrictions
Australian players cannot win NetEnt jackpots — the terms state any such win would be annulled. Canadian players cannot access NYX games, and the Vikings and Street Fighter slots are restricted in Canada.
Verdict
RoyalXO works. Our deposit, play and withdrawal all completed without a problem, the platform is competent, the sportsbook is properly built, and two clauses here are better than at casinos we rate higher: the welcome bonus carries no maximum cashout, and section 19 describes real responsible gambling tools where eleven casinos in our rankings describe none at all. Withdrawal ceilings are reasonable, jackpots are paid in full, dormancy is only EUR 10, and VPN use is permitted rather than punished.
What holds it at 5.5 is what is missing rather than what went wrong.
No operating company. No licence. No regulator. No governing law. No dispute body. The terms refer to a regulator listed on the website without naming one anywhere in the document. Across more than forty casinos this is the thinnest disclosure we have found, and it means that if a payout ever does stall you have no company to identify and nowhere external to take it.
The template makes that omission harder to read as an oversight. The same document at another casino names an operator, a registration number and a licence. This copy has that clause removed and everything else kept.
For the markets this casino is sold into, the practical problems compound. AUD and NZD are not accepted currencies, so Australian and New Zealand players pay conversion both ways. Visa payouts are explicitly unsupported for Australia, and all three markets are absent from the Mastercard list. Table games and live dealer contribute nothing toward bonus wagering. Verification runs against a two week clock ending in confiscation.
And there is no public review record of any kind, which is the reason our clean test cannot carry more weight than it does. One successful payout from one account is good evidence about that payout. At a casino with forty reviews it would be a data point among many; here it is the only one.
If you play here: check the site footer for a licence number and search the issuing authority's register before depositing. Complete verification the day you register and put a working phone number on the account. Set up an e-wallet or crypto for withdrawals before you win, because card payouts look unavailable in your market. Take the welcome bonus rather than any other, because it is the only one without a cap. Keep bonus play on slots, because table games count for nothing. And withdraw your balance rather than leaving it, both because of the dormancy fee and because of everything above.
Start with a small deposit and a withdrawal before committing anything you would mind losing. That is our advice at any casino with no public record, and ours going through cleanly is a reason to try that yourself rather than to skip the step. Alternatives with named operators and named regulators are in our Australian casino rankings.
A withdrawal that stalls. An account closed without explanation. Winnings confiscated. A bonus that behaved differently from the published terms. If any of that happens to you here, contact us with the dates, the amounts, and what support actually told you. Screenshots help.
This casino names no dispute body in its terms, so there is no formal route to escalate to. Our complaints guide covers the independent mediators that are left when an operator names nothing.
What we do with it: we read every report, check it against the casino's own terms, and update this review where a pattern emerges across more than one player. Ratings on this site move both ways, and player reports are part of why. Nothing identifying gets published without asking you first.
What we cannot do: we are not a mediator and have no authority over any casino. What we can do is make sure the next person reading this page knows. Casinos that did not pay us are listed here.
🌍 Available Regions
Regional availability can change without notice, and individual states or provinces may be restricted even where the casino serves the wider market. Check the casino's own terms before registering.
