📝 Full Review

Royal Ace runs on SpinLogic software and is operated by Primrose Media Limited, registered in Anjouan, Comoros, under company number 15804.

That is the fourth casino in our rankings sharing that exact registration. Silver Oak, Captain Jack and Planet 7 use the same operator, the same terms document down to the June 2026 revision date, and banking pages identical to the cent. Section 13.7 confirms the network openly: a ban for abuse of casino policy at this casino or any of our sister brands can result in suspension and voided winnings.

Royal Ace holds a 1.7 out of 5 rating on Trustpilot. We tested it with our own money and were eventually paid, which places it above Planet 7 in our rankings but well below anything we would recommend.

Our test: paid, but slowly

Author's test: We deposited our standard $100 and played without claiming any bonus, deliberately keeping the withdrawal path as clean as possible. The deposit processed normally. KYC verification completed without the document rejection loop that dominates the complaints on this casino.

The withdrawal took a very long time. Longer than comfortable, longer than any casino should need for a modest amount from a verified account with no bonus history. The money did arrive.

On that basis we can say Royal Ace pays. We would still not recommend playing here, for reasons the rest of this review sets out.

The withdrawal maths

Three clauses in the terms, taken together, produce the complaints that fill the review page.

  • Section 5.7: withdrawal requests are reviewed within 7 to 10 business days.
  • Section 5.8: a maximum of $2,500 is approved per pay period, with payment following 7 to 10 business days after approval, and a maximum of $2,500 sent per week.
  • Section 5.6: if your balance is at least ten times your total deposits, withdrawals are capped at $5,000 per month rather than $10,000.

One reviewer documented this with exact dates and it is worth reading closely, because it is the arithmetic working precisely as written.

She won $3,500 on 14 January. The system would only process $2,700 at a time, so she requested that. She was told 7 to 10 days for approval; it took 12 business days. She was then told another 7 to 10 days for payment. Twelve business days after that, on 20 February, still nothing. She escalated and concluded the site was a scam.

Read against the terms, almost every step of that was permitted. The approval window slipped, but the two stage structure and the $2,500 ceiling are published policy. What the terms do not do is make it clear to a player that a $3,500 win becomes a multi-month collection exercise.

Another player reported being owed over $10,000 for nearly five months, with withdrawal request amounts changed and dates reset, and over an hour spent waiting in chat. A third described the pattern in blunt terms: they pay you, but seventeen weeks from now.

What the Trustpilot reviews show

The official profile is at trustpilot.com/review/royalacecasino.com. Five patterns repeat.

The document rejection loop

The dominant complaint by volume. One player submitted a driver's licence, mortgage statement, bank statements and debit card. First the bank statement did not show enough transactions. Then it was incomplete because an information page was missing. Then it was outdated, despite being from the previous month. Each rejection restarts the clock.

Another described being told their identity was verified while the account simultaneously showed verification as outstanding, alongside a Manager Withdrawal of $868 they never requested.

That second detail is explained by section 5.12: a Manager Withdrawal is not a payment, it is the label applied when part of your balance is removed because it was not eligible. The naming is genuinely misleading and the terms are the only place it is explained.

Free chip winnings capped or voided

Several players describe clearing the wagering on free spins, building a real balance, and then being refused. One took free spins to over $300, played down to $100, and was told a $11 Litecoin verification deposit was required first. Another reached $126 and was told to play the balance to zero and make a deposit before any withdrawal would be possible.

Section 6.2 accounts for most of this: free chip winnings cap at $100, and non depositing players must send a $10 Litecoin verification deposit before any free bonus payout. Both rules are published. Neither is visible while you play, and the balance on screen shows the full amount you have won right up until the withdrawal screen.

One detailed account describes clearing every threshold on a free spins promotion, reaching $1,200 through a jackpot, receiving emails stating the funds were on the way and a transaction page showing manager approval, then being told two days later by phone that it had been rejected for using too many free spins. If that account is accurate, the casino approved and then reversed, which section 5.9 permits it to do.

Payment routing dead ends

Section 5.5 sends card depositors to bank wire only. One player deposited by debit card, won over $900, then found their bank could not receive international wires, opened a new account, and was told it needed fifteen transactions and a supporting statement first. The relevant point is that none of this is visible before you deposit.

Support quality

Long chat queues, an hour or more reported by one player. Copy paste responses. Chats ended without resolution. One player described being told by an agent that a free chip win would probably be denied anyway.

The other side

Two positive reviews exist on the profile, both brief and from outside North America. One Italian reviewer states the casino is well stocked and pays quickly. A three star review from a player mid withdrawal reported the process taking days and promised to return with the outcome.

Our own test and the seventeen week comment both point at the same conclusion: Royal Ace pays, on a timeline that makes the payment feel like it never happened.

Games

SpinLogic software, formerly RTG. Online slots, table games, video poker and specialty games. A downloadable Windows client is available alongside instant play in the browser, which is a small plus for players who prefer it.

Section 6.14 classifies network progressives as Not Allowed Games: only match bonuses tied to a progressive release may be used on them, and any other bonus can void winnings even after wagering is met. Play jackpots on real money with no bonus active.

Banking

Deposits:

  • Bitcoin: free, 3 minutes, $30 to $100,000
  • Litecoin: free, 2 minutes, $30 to $100,000
  • Ethereum: free, 3 minutes, $30 to $100,000
  • Changelly: free, 5 minutes, $60 to $200
  • Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover: 3 to 10 percent fee, instant, $30 to $1,000

Withdrawals:

  • Bitcoin: fee $0 to $40, 7 to 10 days, $50 to $2,500
  • Coindraw: 5 percent fee, 0 to 7 days, $20 to $2,500
  • Bank Wire: fee $0 to $20, 7 to 10 days, $100 to $2,500
  • Check: fee $0 to $25, 7 to 10 days, $100 to $2,500

Coindraw is the only method with a meaningfully shorter window and a $20 minimum. Everything else runs 7 to 10 days on top of the approval wait.

Do not deposit by card. The fee is high, the limit is a hundred times smaller than crypto, and section 5.5 then locks you into bank wire for withdrawals, which is where several players got permanently stuck.

An 8 percent fee, minimum $4, applies if you withdraw without wagering your deposit at least once.

Verification

Government issued photo ID, front and back images of any card used in the past three months, a selfie holding your ID or a requested object, and a utility bill from the last three months. The casino may additionally request bank statements or proof of legal residency, and reserves the right to verify at any point.

Our own verification went through without incident, which suggests the process can work. Given how many players report otherwise, treat it as the main risk. Submit everything on day one, photograph documents flat and in daylight with all four corners visible, and keep every confirmation email with its date. If a document is rejected after you were told the account was verified, that email is your evidence.

Licence and recourse

Licensed in Anjouan, Comoros, under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005. Section 15.3 sets governing law as Anjouan, section 15.4 places disputes under Comoros jurisdiction. Anjouan offers no meaningful player protection mechanism.

Two clauses worth knowing. Section 15.1 requires disputes to be lodged within three days of the wager being decided, against a 14 day standard elsewhere. Section 14 caps total liability at the value of your wager or $500, whichever is lower.

The Central Dispute System is linked in the site footer and is the practical escalation route once four weeks have passed from your request. Our complaints guide covers how to use it and what evidence to collect first.

Restricted countries

Australia, Austria, France and its territories, Germany, Netherlands and its territories, Spain, Union of Comoros, United Kingdom, all FATF blacklisted countries, and any jurisdiction prohibited by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority. Minimum age 21. VPN use is prohibited under section 2.6.

Verdict

Royal Ace paid us. We deposited $100, played without bonuses, passed verification and eventually received our money. That fact is why this casino is not flagged as a scam here, and it is worth stating clearly because most of the reviews you will read say otherwise.

The word doing the work in that sentence is eventually. A $2,500 approval ceiling per pay period, a review window of up to ten business days followed by another ten to pay, and a monthly cap that halves exactly when you win big relative to your deposits. Together those turn any real win into a collection schedule measured in months. One player documented $3,500 taking over five weeks without arriving. Another was owed $10,000 for five months.

Add a Trustpilot score of 1.5, a documented pattern of documents rejected after verification was confirmed, free chip winnings capped at $100 with the cap invisible while you play, an explicit contractual right to reverse an approved withdrawal, an Anjouan licence, a three day dispute window and a $500 liability cap.

We do not recommend playing here. The casino is not stealing money, but it is structured so that collecting a meaningful win takes longer than most people are willing to wait, and the verification process appears to work far more smoothly for some accounts than others.

If you play anyway: deposit by crypto, never by card. Verify on day one and keep every confirmation email. Play without bonuses. Keep requests under $2,500 so they clear in one cycle. Use Coindraw. Refuse every promotional offer while a withdrawal is pending. Escalate to CDS once four weeks have passed. Better rated options are in our US casino rankings.

🎁 Bonuses & Promotions

Free chip winnings are capped at $100. This is the single biggest source of complaints here.

Section 6.2 sets maximum withdrawal from any no deposit bonus at 1x its face value, and caps any bonus under $100 at exactly $100. When you finish the wagering, the system automatically deletes everything above that ceiling. Several players describe clearing playthrough on free spins, reaching several hundred dollars, and receiving nothing or a fraction of it.

If you have never deposited, section 6.2 also requires a one time $10 Litecoin verification deposit before any free bonus payout is released, and specifies that sending a different cryptocurrency allows the casino to treat it as a real deposit with no refund. Multiple complaints describe sending this and hearing nothing back.

Standard wagering: 40x for Slots, Keno, Bingo, Board Games, Plinko and Scratch Cards. 60x for Table Games and Video Poker.

Not Allowed Games with any bonus: Baccarat, Craps, Crash games, Pai Gow Poker, Pontoon 21, Roulette, Shooting games including Fish Catch, Sic Bo, War, Tournaments, Live Dealer and Progressive Games.

Bonus rules survive playthrough. Section 6.1 states that the original rules of a bonus continue to apply even after the wagering requirement has been completed, and that the casino may void all funds and close the account if a restricted game is played on that balance. Clearing wagering does not unlock the excluded games.

No Rules bonuses: section 6.11 sets 1x playthrough on slots, keno, bingo, board games, plinko and scratch cards, with no maximum cashout. Table games and video poker are not permitted at all. The bonus amount itself is non-cashable and removed from your withdrawal. Despite the name, the restrictions on excluded games still apply after playthrough.

Deposit bonuses: must be redeemed before you place any bets with the deposit. Your withdrawal request must exceed the sum of deposit plus bonus, because the bonus is stripped at approval. Deposit $100 with a $100 bonus, request $390, and you are paid $290.

Consecutive free bonuses: not permitted without a real money deposit of $30 or more in between.

Rewards Club: the best value offer here. Calculated on real money deposits from the previous day, credited automatically within 24 hours. 1x wagering, no maximum withdrawal, up to $500.

Weekly Cashback: credited Sunday afternoon EST on the previous week's net losses. 40x playthrough, 2x maximum withdrawal, $100 minimum. Cashable, so not deducted from your payout. Requires no pending withdrawals and a balance under $3.

Comp Points: 100 points equals $1. Minimum 1,000, maximum 20,000, one redemption per day. 40x playthrough, 1x maximum withdrawal. Points expire after 12 months.

Mixing funds: section 6.17 states that deposits made while a bonus is active may result in winnings being voided, with only the original deposit credited back.

Note on bonus codes: Promo codes mentioned in this review were accurate at the time of writing but may have changed. For current, verified codes that are checked daily, see our No Deposit Bonus Codes page.
