Reading the Trustpilot profile, something stands out that is not about the casino's conduct at all.

The negative reviews are overwhelmingly from United Kingdom accounts. Of the one star reviews on the visible profile, the large majority are GB, with Denmark, Netherlands and Turkey making up most of the rest.

Clause 4.1.3 of the terms lists the countries from which the service must not be used: Austria, France and its territories, Germany, Netherlands and its territories, Spain, Union of Comoros, United Kingdom, USA and its territories, all FATF blacklisted countries.

Clause 8.7 then states: "we cannot guarantee successful processing of withdrawals or refunds in the event if you breach the Restricted use policy stated in Clauses 3.3 and 4."

The Canadian reviews are a smaller and different sample. One rated three stars, praising the platform while noting the interface feels cluttered on smaller screens. Another rated three stars, calling it reliable with easy navigation but saying verification took longer than expected. A third rated one star, describing repeated withdrawal errors with funds returned to the account across more than a month, ending with them gambling the balance to zero.

That is a mixed picture rather than a catastrophic one, and it is the sample most relevant to you.

What else the reviews show

The official profile sits at 2.0 at trustpilot.com/review/beonbet.com. The casino replies to essentially every review, and the replies are unusually substantive.

Documented payments

Several reviewers confirm being paid, and their accounts are specific enough to be credible.

One player in March 2026 described being sceptical, depositing £100, using the sportsbook, and updating their review three times: first when KYC was approved, then when the withdrawal was paid after 36 hours, concluding that the negative reviews were not accurate.

Another from the Netherlands won around €300 and was paid within 10 hours, writing that players claiming non-payment were probably not providing correct documents or had violated bonus terms.

In another it stated withdrawals were cancelled because incorrect payment details had been entered, and that the final request was cancelled by the player themselves.

One player who was already verified was asked for a bank statement screenshot they could not produce because their banking app blocked screenshots. The casino replied explaining that payment method ownership must be verified separately even when the account is verified, and suggested downloading an official PDF statement instead. That is a reasonable answer that the support agent apparently did not give at the time.

The wagering contradiction

Three clauses are worth reading before you use it.

Clause 26.4: "The probability of receiving each prize type may vary and is not publicly disclosed." Crown Slots, by contrast, publishes its lootbox weightings in full.

Clause 26.7: the company reserves the right to suspend or disable the feature at any time, "as well as to void the bonus balance and winnings received from the bonus conversion."

Clause 26.10: "This functionality is in beta-test stage. The functionality may not work correctly, in case of errors or problems with the functionality please contact the support team. The Company is not liable for any losses caused by potential malfunctioning during the beta-test."

A paid feature with undisclosed odds, an explicit right to void winnings, and a disclaimer of liability for malfunctions is not something we would spend real money on. Note the one genuine positive though: clause 26.3 states Lucky Box winnings go to the real balance with no wagering requirement.

Fees and other clauses

Minimum withdrawal: €10, which is among the lowest anywhere and a real positive.

Withdrawal fee: 8 percent with a €4 minimum if you have not rolled over your deposit at least once, per clause 8.2.

Chargeback fee: €50 administration charge per chargeback, denial or reversal, per clause 9.1.

It is a casino where the published withdrawal ceiling makes winning meaningfully almost pointless. €1,000 per 30 days at base level, in €250 transactions. Withdrawable money is spent first, then bonus money. You may cancel a bonus before wagering is complete, but the bonus and everything derived from it is removed and only the remainder is withdrawable.
