Cons
🎁 Bonuses & Promotions
The terms state the wagering requirement twice and the two numbers do not match.
General Bonus Terms, point 3: "Bonus and free spins must be wagered 50 times before player can order a withdrawal."
Each of the four deposit bonuses: "must be wagered a minimum of 35x within 30 days." On a AU$3,000 bonus that is the difference between AU$105,000 and AU$150,000 of turnover. Ask support in writing which applies before you claim anything.
The welcome package, as the terms describe it
| Deposit | Match (AUD) | Spins | Code |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1st | 100% up to AU$3,000 | 150 | HUNTER1 |
| 2nd | 100% up to AU$3,000 | 50 | HUNTER2 |
| 3rd | 50% up to AU$2,000 | 50 | HUNTER3 |
| 4th | 25% up to AU$2,000 | 50 | HUNTER4 |
That totals AU$10,000 and 300 spins. The promotional banner advertises "up to $2,500 and 350 FS". Neither figure matches the terms, in either direction.
Minimum deposit AU$30 on each. Bonus expires in 30 days. Free spins land on a different slot depending on your country: Bonanza Billion for Australia, Big Bass Splash for New Zealand, Gates of Olympus for Canada.
The ceiling matters more than the match.
The terms state: "The maximum withdrawal is limited to x5 the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the bonus offer." And: "The maximum win restriction persists after the completion of the wagering requirement." So a AU$500 bonus pays out at most AU$2,500, however much you build the balance to, and finishing the playthrough does not lift it.
Game contribution
| Game type | Contribution |
|---|---|
| Slots, excluding the excluded list and all jackpot slots | 100% |
| Baccarat, blackjack, Hi-Lo, video poker | 5% |
| Roulette, poker, everything else | 5% |
Everything outside slots contributes 5 percent. There is no middle tier here, unlike casinos that count roulette at 10 to 40 percent. Keep bonus play entirely on slots.
The excluded games list runs to several hundred titles plus every jackpot slot. It includes Jammin' Jars 2, Dwarf Mine, Sweet Alchemy, Mines, Hilo, Sun of Egypt 3 and the entire Betsoft "Take the..." series. Check your game before claiming.
Reload offers
- Monthly Reload — 100% up to AU$750, code MONTHLY. 40x within 7 days. Requires 4 prior deposits. Not available to VIP players
- Promo Slot — code PROMOSLOT. Deposit AU$30 for 30 free spins, AU$50 for 100. Winnings carry 40x within 3 days. Requires 3 prior deposits
- Email Confirmation — a no deposit offer capped at AU$75, available once, and only after one deposit
- Live Cashback — periodic, 30% of live game losses up to EUR 300. 3x wagering, which is the best figure on the site, capped at EUR 1,000
The 7 and 3 day windows are short. A 40x requirement on free spin winnings inside 72 hours is a lot of play, and the terms are explicit that missing the window forfeits both bonus and winnings.
Other rules
Bonuses are non-sticky. You cannot withdraw until wagering is complete. Cancelling an active bonus reduces your balance to the original deposit, or wipes it if the balance is below the bonus amount.
You can cancel a deposit bonus before starting to wager it without losing your own funds — but the free spins go with it, because they are part of the deposit bonus.
Bonuses auto-cancel when the tied balance drops to EUR 0.20 or less.
No deposit free spin winnings cap at AU$75, and require full verification plus a minimum deposit before withdrawal.
Players from Israel, Spain, Sweden, the UK and the USA get no bonuses at all. Finland is excluded from deposit bonuses.
Note on bonus codes: Promo codes mentioned in this review were accurate at the time of writing but may have changed. For current, verified codes that are checked daily, see our No Deposit Bonus Codes page. If any of the terms above are unfamiliar, our bonus terms decoder explains what each clause means in practice.

📝 Full Review
Lucky Hunter is operated by Stable Tech N.V., registered in Curaçao under number 160129 at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad. It holds licence OGL/2024/161/0191 from the Curaçao Gaming Authority, and has been running since 2021.
It does several things better than most casinos we have reviewed, and its terms contradict themselves in a way we have not seen before.
Our test
Author's test: Deposit, play and withdrawal all completed without problems. The platform is responsive and the mobile app works properly.
The wagering requirement is stated twice, with different numbers
This is the first thing to deal with, because it decides whether a bonus here is worth claiming at all.
General Bonus Terms, point 3: "Bonus and free spins must be wagered 50 times before player can order a withdrawal."
Each of the four deposit bonuses, sections 3 to 6: "Both the Bonus and the Free spins winnings must be wagered a minimum of 35x within 30 days."
Same document. Same bonuses. On the first deposit bonus of AU$3,000, that is AU$105,000 of turnover at 35x and AU$150,000 at 50x. A AU$45,000 difference in what you owe.
Which one applies? Normally a specific clause overrides a general one, so 35x is the better reading. But the general section opens with "must be wagered 50 times" and the phrase "a minimum of" in the bonus sections could be read as a floor rather than a figure.
We have read the terms of more than forty casinos. Contradictions between the promotional page and the terms are common. A contradiction inside the same terms document, on the single most important number in it, is not.
What to do: ask support in writing which figure applies, before you deposit. Save the reply. If the answer is 35x and you are later told 50x, that email is the only thing you will have.
Our bonus terms decoder covers how wagering multipliers work and why the base they apply to matters as much as the number.
The welcome offer does not match its own advertisement
The banner on the site advertises up to $2,500 and 350 free spins.
Add the four deposit bonuses in the terms and you get AU$10,000 and 300 free spins: AU$3,000, AU$3,000, AU$2,000 and AU$2,000, with 150, 50, 50 and 50 spins.
The headline figure is understated by a factor of four and the spin count is overstated by fifty.
There is also an internal oddity. The first bonus caps at 2,000 EUR or 3,000 AUD, a 1.5x conversion. The second caps at 1,000 EUR or 3,000 AUD, a 3x conversion. The same document uses two different exchange rates for the same pair of currencies.
None of this is necessarily bad faith — it reads like a document that has been edited in pieces without a final pass. But it means you cannot rely on any single number here without checking it in the cashier first.
The VIP clause that penalises you for stopping
This one is unusual enough that we want to quote it directly.
VIP Club terms, point 5: "If the player's total bet amount is less than 5,000 EUR/USD per week or 20,000 EUR/USD per month, the Casino reserves the right to reduce the withdrawal limits to 1,000 EUR/USD per week and 5,000 EUR/USD per month."
So a VIP player's limit drops from EUR 5,000 a week to EUR 1,000 a week if their betting volume falls below the threshold.
Think about when that bites. You reach VIP status, you win EUR 30,000, and you stop playing to withdraw it. Your betting volume for that week is now zero. By the letter of this clause, your weekly limit can be cut to EUR 1,000 and your monthly to EUR 5,000, turning a six week payout into six months.
We have read VIP programmes at dozens of casinos. Tiered limits that rise with volume are standard. A clause that lets the casino cut the limit of an existing VIP for not betting enough is something we have not found anywhere else.
We have no reports of it being applied, and it may exist to stop people depositing EUR 2,500 purely to unlock higher limits. But it is written broadly enough to apply to a player who simply won and stopped.
If you reach VIP here, read point 5 again before you plan around the higher limits.
Withdrawal limits
- Standard: EUR 3,000 per week, EUR 15,000 per month
- VIP (EUR 2,500 lifetime deposits): EUR 5,000 per week, EUR 20,000 per month
- Supreme VIP: set individually
- Minimum withdrawal: AU$30
- Processing: 0 to 24 hours, with e-wallets up to a day
- Verification hold: up to 72 hours
EUR 15,000 a month is among the lowest ceilings in our rankings. A EUR 50,000 win takes three and a half months as a standard player, two and a half as a VIP. For comparison, the casinos at the top of our withdrawal times comparison clear that in weeks.
Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full and exempt from every limit. Worth knowing if you play jackpots.
Mystery Drops are not progressive jackpots. Section 11.8 states this explicitly and sets separate limits: EUR 2,500 daily and EUR 12,000 monthly. If you win a Mystery Drop, the full payout exemption does not apply to you. That distinction is easy to miss and expensive to discover afterwards.
Payments, which are the strongest part of this casino
Nineteen deposit methods, all free and instant, from EUR 20.
Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, AstroPay.
E-wallets: Skrill, Neteller, ecoPayz, MuchBetter, Jeton, MiFinity.
Vouchers: Neosurf, Flexipin and CashToCode. These matter specifically for Australian players, because Australian banks block gambling card transactions routinely and vouchers route around that entirely. Few casinos in our rankings carry all three.
Crypto: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin and USDT, from 0.0001 BTC.
Accepted account currencies include AUD, CAD, NZD, EUR, USD, NOK, JPY and BRL, so Australian and New Zealand players are not paying conversion both ways.
Only 1x deposit turnover is required before withdrawal, against the 3x most casinos set. The terms reserve the right to raise it to 3x where money laundering is suspected.
A mobile app, which is genuinely rare
Lucky Hunter offers a native mobile app. Almost every casino in our rankings is a mobile browser experience only.
The practical advantages are faster loading, proper push notifications and no mobile browser quirks on game launch.
Two things to check before installing. Confirm the download link comes from the casino's own site rather than a search result, because fake casino apps are a known problem. And remember that an app on your phone removes a step of friction between you and depositing. If you use blocking software to control your gambling, check it covers apps as well as browsers.
No public record at all
Lucky Hunter has had several review accounts on Trustpilot. All of them have been removed, and no reason is published.
We cannot tell you why, and we are not going to speculate. Trustpilot removes profiles and reviews for several different reasons: detected fake reviews, which can be positive or negative; a business successfully showing that reviewers were not customers; or account holders deleting their own profiles.
What we can say is what this leaves you with. There is no accumulated player record for this casino that we were able to find, which means our own test is effectively the only independent data point in this review.
For a casino operating since 2021, that absence is worth noticing. The brands we rate highest have review histories deep enough that the pattern is visible — dozens of entries where the organic and the solicited ones say the same thing. Here there is nothing to compare our test against.
The practical advice is the same one we give for any new or unrecorded casino: deposit a small amount, play it, withdraw it, and confirm it lands before committing anything you would mind losing. One clean cycle of your own is worth more than any score.
The licence, and what it does for you
The Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/161/0191 is issued under the framework that replaced Curaçao's old master licence system, where a handful of master licence holders issued sublicences with minimal oversight. The new regime licences operators directly and the CGA accepts player complaints.
That is a meaningful improvement over the Curaçao sublicences still cited by some casinos, and over the Anjouan licences that name no complaint mechanism at all.
But the terms name no independent dispute body. Section 15 describes an internal process: support, then escalation within the casino. No ADR provider, no regulator contact, no external route of any kind.
And section 17 places all arbitration in Cyprus, under Cyprus Civil Procedure Rules, for a Curaçao company serving Australian players. That is a theoretical remedy rather than a practical one.
So your escalation route is the Curaçao Gaming Authority directly, even though the terms do not point you there. Several casinos we have reviewed under other licences name an ADR provider with a working email, which is a step better. Our complaints guide covers how to file with a regulator and what evidence to gather first.
What Australian players lose
This matters more here than the country list suggests, because Australia is not restricted but several providers are.
- NetEnt games are blacklisted in Australia under section 3.4
- Microgaming games are unavailable to Australian players under section 3.10
- Amatic games are restricted in Australia under section 3.11
Between them that removes a substantial part of a typical library: Starburst, Dead or Alive, Gonzo's Quest, Mega Moolah, Immortal Romance and the rest.
Canadian players lose NYX titles and the Vikings and Street Fighter slots. New Zealand players are the least restricted of the three.
The Pragmatic and BGaming catalogues, where the welcome free spins land, are available everywhere.
Clauses worth knowing before you deposit
Forty days to verify, or winnings may go
Section 9.8 states that winnings "whether acquired through gameplay with bonuses or using real funds, may be subject to confiscation in the event that the player fails to provide the required KYC information in its entirety within 40 days".
Section 8.4 adds a shorter clock: if the casino cannot reach you by phone or email within two weeks of your withdrawal request, the account is locked.
Two consequences. Put a working phone number on the account and answer it. And complete verification the day you register, not when you want your money.
Bitcoin players must verify first
Section 2.8 requires proof of age before any Bitcoin deposit or bet, with both blocked until it completes. Failure leads to account closure.
Dormancy at EUR 25 per month
After 12 months without logging in, the casino charges EUR 25 monthly until the balance reaches zero. That is the highest dormancy fee in our rankings, matched only by one other casino. Withdraw rather than leaving a balance.
One account per household, IP or device
Duplicate accounts mean termination and cancelled payouts, with withdrawn funds reclaimable. Shared home wifi or a partner who also plays produces this without anyone doing anything deliberate.
Third party deposits
Deposits must come from an account in your own name. A third party deposit means winnings confiscated and the deposit returned to its owner. This is the most expensive avoidable mistake we see anywhere.
One year to bring a claim
Section 13 bars any claim filed more than a year after it arose.
Replace-by-Fee Bitcoin transactions
Section 9.6 allows immediate account closure and withheld winnings if a Bitcoin deposit is marked as RBF. Most wallets let you disable this; check yours before depositing.
Verdict
Lucky Hunter gets the fundamentals right. The operator is named with a registration number, the licence is from the Curaçao Gaming Authority under the newer and stricter framework, and our own test completed without a problem.
The payment list is the best reason to consider it. Nineteen methods including Neosurf, Flexipin and CashToCode, which matter specifically because Australian banks block gambling card transactions so often. Native AUD, CAD and NZD accounts. Six cryptocurrencies. A mobile app, which almost nobody in our rankings offers. Withdrawals in 0 to 24 hours, a AU$30 minimum, and only 1x deposit turnover rather than the usual 3x.
What holds it at 7.3 is the paperwork.
The terms give two different wagering figures for the same bonuses, 50x and 35x, in the same document. The welcome banner advertises numbers that match neither the terms nor each other. Maximum withdrawal from any bonus is 5x the bonus amount and survives the wagering, so clearing a AU$105,000 playthrough on a AU$3,000 bonus caps your payout at AU$15,000. And VIP clause 5 permits cutting an existing VIP's weekly limit to EUR 1,000 if their betting volume drops, which is a clause we have not found at any other casino.
Alongside those: weekly and monthly ceilings among the lowest we have recorded, no independent dispute body named anywhere, arbitration in Cyprus, a EUR 25 monthly dormancy fee, a forty day verification deadline ending in confiscation, and no public review record of any kind to weigh our test against.
If you play here: ask support in writing whether the wagering is 35x or 50x before you claim anything, and keep the reply. Complete verification the day you register and put a working phone number on the account. Consider declining the bonus entirely, because the 5x ceiling survives the playthrough and the terms let you cancel before wagering starts. If you do claim one, keep play on slots, because everything else contributes 5 percent, and check the excluded list first. Use Neosurf or crypto if your bank blocks cards. Play jackpots on real money, because jackpot wins bypass the limits while Mystery Drops do not. And do not leave a balance sitting past 12 months. Compare against the alternatives in our Australian casino rankings.
A withdrawal that stalls. An account closed without explanation. Winnings confiscated. A bonus that behaved differently from the published terms. If any of that happens to you here, contact us with the dates, the amounts, and what support actually told you. Screenshots help.
This casino names no dispute body in its terms, so there is no formal route to escalate to. Our complaints guide covers the independent mediators that are left when an operator names nothing.
What we do with it: we read every report, check it against the casino's own terms, and update this review where a pattern emerges across more than one player. Ratings on this site move both ways, and player reports are part of why. Nothing identifying gets published without asking you first.
What we cannot do: we are not a mediator and have no authority over any casino. What we can do is make sure the next person reading this page knows. Casinos that did not pay us are listed here.
🌍 Available Regions
Regional availability can change without notice, and individual states or provinces may be restricted even where the casino serves the wider market. Check the casino's own terms before registering.
