Clause 1.1 names Novatrix SRL with registration number 3-102-893958 and a full registered address in Cartago, Costa Rica.

That is the same operating company and the same registration number published by GunsBet, which also appears in our rankings. The registered addresses match down to the description of the location.

What differs is the licence. GunsBet operates under Tobique Gaming Commission licence 0000002, which comes with EGIS named as an independent dispute resolution body. PlayAmo operates under Anjouan licence ALSI-202508056-FI2, and the terms name no external dispute body at all.

The 50x problem, and the case that came out of it

Clause 1i states that all deposit bonuses carry 50x wagering. Across every casino we have reviewed for this site, that is the highest standard multiplier we have encountered. Most sit at 30x or 40x.

Combined with the CA$8 maximum bet in clause 1d, a CA$500 bonus requires CA$25,000 of turnover at no more than CA$8 per spin. That is roughly 3,100 spins, and every one of them must stay under the limit.

Clause 8.4: "The casino reserves the right to confiscate funds and/or suspend access to the account in case of detecting an overlap of IP addresses between two or more accounts. Decisions made by the casino administration regarding IP address overlap are final and not subject to appeal."

Shared household wifi, a partner who also plays, a shared workplace connection. Any of those can produce IP overlap without either person doing anything wrong, and the clause explicitly removes any right of appeal.

We have reviewed casinos where positive reviews are short, generic and posted by single-review accounts. This is a different pattern.
