Cons
🎁 Bonuses & Promotions
The bonus terms contradict themselves on the most important number, and one version is catastrophic.
Each individual welcome bonus states a maximum win of 5x the bonus amount, with free spin caps of EUR 125 to EUR 450 depending on the offer.
The General Terms section then states: "The maximum value allowed to withdraw from play with funds associated with a deposit bonus or/and a free spins bonus is USD 20 ... unless otherwise stated, not counting the deposit amount. The maximum win restriction persists after the completion of the wagering requirement. Remaining balance will be write-off in favor of the Casino."
Read literally, that caps your entire withdrawal from bonus play at twenty dollars. The individual bonus terms are probably the "unless otherwise stated" exception, which would make the two consistent. But the wording is not clear, the stakes are total, and you should get written confirmation of your actual cap from support before wagering anything.
Welcome package, four deposits
First deposit: 100% up to EUR 500 plus 75 free spins. Minimum EUR 20. Bonus wagering 40x, free spins 35x. Maximum win 5x the bonus. Free spin cap EUR 125.
Second deposit: 75% up to EUR 1,000 plus 50 free spins. Minimum EUR 20. Same 40x and 35x. Free spin cap EUR 200.
Third deposit: 75% up to EUR 1,000, no free spins. Minimum EUR 50. 40x wagering.
Fourth deposit: 100% up to EUR 1,500 plus 75 free spins. Minimum EUR 50. 40x and 35x. Free spin cap EUR 450.
The 5x maximum win is the figure that matters. Take a EUR 500 bonus, clear 40x which is EUR 20,000 of turnover, finish with EUR 8,000, and you keep EUR 2,500. Several casinos we review apply no cap at all on deposit bonuses.
Rules across all bonuses
Maximum bet during wagering: EUR 5, including bets doubled after a round completes and bonus rounds purchased inside a game.
Bonus validity: 7 days from receipt unless otherwise stated. Note that the main terms say the standard bonus expiry is 30 days while the bonus terms say 7. Another contradiction to check.
Game contribution: slots 100 percent except classic slots. All table games, classic slots and video poker 5 percent. Live dealer games do not count toward wagering at all.
Excluded slots: a long named list including Book of Dead, Dead or Alive, Bloodsuckers, Reactoonz, Moon Princess, Immortal Romance, Thunderstruck and Thunderstruck II, Tomb Raider, Guns N' Roses, Jimi Hendrix, Vikings Go Berzerk, Mega Joker, Medusa, Terminator 2, The Dark Knight, plus all jackpot slots. Roughly 75 titles in total.
Overall bonus winnings cap: USD 10,000 across all bonus types combined, including deposit bonuses, cashback, comp points, tournament winnings and local jackpots.
Real money is spent first, then bonus money. You may cancel a bonus before wagering completes without losing your own funds, but the bonus and everything won from it is voided.
Bonus ratio monitoring: the terms state that if bonuses represent 70 percent or more of total deposits over time, future bonus eligibility may be restricted. Usefully, they also state this will not affect already-wagered winnings unless fraud is identified.
Thursday Free Spins
Tiered by deposit: EUR 30 gives 50 spins, EUR 40 gives 75 spins, EUR 50 gives 100 spins. Wagering 35x on winnings. Maximum win and maximum withdrawal both capped at EUR 125, EUR 200 or EUR 450 respectively.
No Risk Deposit Program
First deposit only, minimum EUR 20, valid 24 hours. Refunds the difference between your post-deposit balance and your closing balance, with 1x wagering on the refund. Maximum refund EUR 50.
Five conditions cancel it entirely: placing a bet above EUR 5, letting your main balance exceed twice your first deposit, placing no bets at all, ending with a balance above your first deposit, or submitting a withdrawal during the period. The refund must be claimed within 72 hours or it is cancelled.
Note on bonus codes: Promo codes mentioned in this review were accurate at the time of writing but may have changed. 📝 Full Review
Slotrush runs a combined casino and sportsbook. The terms name the operating company as Veltica Solutions Sociedad de Responsibilidad Limitada, registered in Costa Rica, Jaco.
That is the last piece of clear information in the document. What follows is a review largely about what the terms say, because at this casino the terms are the story.
First, a correction that matters if you are American
United States players are restricted at Slotrush. Some third party listings suggest otherwise. The casino's own terms do not.
Clause 2.1.2 states you are not allowed to register or use the service if you are a resident of China, Costa Rica, Indonesia, Portugal, Russian Federation, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Ukraine, United States, United States Minor Outlying Islands, Virgin Islands U.S., United Kingdom or Cyprus. Clause 2.4.4 repeats it as a warranty you give when registering.
Canada is not on that list and Canadian players are accepted. But if you are in the US or UK, registering here means depositing at a casino whose own terms say you should not have an account, and clause 9.3 allows account blocking with forfeiture of the balance for breaches of this kind. That is a bad position to discover after a win.
This matters for reading the review page too. A substantial share of the negative reviews come from GB and US accounts, both restricted jurisdictions.
Our test
Author's test: Deposited $100, played without claiming any bonus, and withdrew the remaining balance without problems. No unexplained holds, no document rejection loop, no support runaround.
The honest summary is that the platform worked and was unremarkable. Nothing went wrong and nothing stood out. That result is worth stating plainly before the rest of this review, because most of what follows is critical and it would be misleading to leave the impression that the casino failed to pay us. It did not.
The terms document is a mess, and that is a finding in itself
We read the full terms at every casino on this site. Contradictions turn up occasionally, usually one per document. Slotrush has at least five, and they sit on the numbers that decide whether you get paid.
1. No licence, anywhere
Clause 1.4 names Veltica Solutions SRL in Costa Rica. That is the entire disclosure. No licensing authority. No licence number. No regulator.
Compare with casinos we rate higher: 7BitCasino names Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/1307/0748. Crown Slots names Tobique licence 0000064. Even the Anjouan group in our US rankings names a company registration number and a licensing act.
2. The governing law clause is unfinished
Clause 14.5 reads, in full: "These Terms are governed by the laws of and the parties agree to the jurisdiction of the courts and to the rules of arbitration in accordance with applicable law."
The sentence stops after "the laws of". No jurisdiction was ever filled in. As drafted, there is no stated governing law and no named court or arbitration venue.
3. Deposit rollover: 1x or 3x
Clause 5.6 of the terms: "a deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made." Clause 6.5 repeats it: "You have to turn over the initial deposit at least one time."
Clause 3.12 of the Payment Policy: "Users must play through active deposited amounts at least three times (x3) to be eligible for withdrawal, in line with AML practices."
Three times the difference, and no way to know which applies until you try to withdraw.
4. Bonus expiry: 7 days or 30
Clause 16.10.2.9 of the terms: "The standard expiry date for bonus money is 30 days." The bonus terms: "Validity of the bonus is 7 days from its receipt."
5. Bonus wagering: 30x or 40x
Clause 16.10.2.10 of the terms states the standard casino betting requirement is 30 times the bonus. Every welcome bonus in the bonus terms states 40x.
None of these is fatal on its own. Together they tell you the document has not been reviewed carefully, and that matters because this document is the only thing standing between you and a discretionary decision by the casino.
The two clauses that concerned me most
Closing your account cancels your money
Clause 7.2, quoted in full: "If you intend to close your account with a positive balance or/and pending withdrawal requests, all funds in your account will be canceled."
Clause 7.1 does say you may close your account and request withdrawal of the balance, which reads as the intended process. But 7.2 as written means that asking to close while money is still there forfeits it. Withdraw everything first, wait for it to arrive, then request closure. Never do the two together.
One reviewer from the Netherlands described asking around five times for their account to be closed and being refused, while unable to withdraw. Read against clause 7.2, refusing to close an account with a balance may actually have protected them, though that is speculation and it clearly did not feel like protection at the time.
The responsible gambling clause runs backwards
This is the most serious thing in this review and it needs quoting rather than summarising. Clause 7.1 states that if you close your account because of concerns about gambling addiction:
"Upon receiving a report regarding gaming problems, Slotrush reserves the right to immediately suspend the Account and freeze any remaining balance under responsible gaming regulations. The balance will remain frozen until the Account Holder successfully completes an evaluation process, which may include a test, quiz, or any other assessment as determined by Slotrush, to demonstrate the absence of gambling problems."
Read that sequence carefully. You disclose that you have a gambling problem. Your balance is frozen. To get your own money released, you must pass an assessment designed by the casino demonstrating that you do not have a gambling problem. If you fail it, or decline to take it, the terms state the balance remains frozen.
A person in that position is being asked to contradict the disclosure that triggered the freeze in order to recover their funds. The incentive it creates points in exactly the wrong direction.
For comparison, BeOnBet publicly confirmed applying restrictions immediately on disclosure and returning funds. EvoSpin returned an un-staked deposit to a recovering player after a public complaint. Both handled it imperfectly. Neither wrote a policy requiring the player to prove they were well before releasing money.
The self exclusion process itself is separate and better: email support with a chosen period between 6 months and 5 years, and it cannot be reversed early. If you need to stop, use that route rather than reporting a problem through account closure. If you are struggling, BeGambleAware and ConnexOntario are free and independent of any casino.
The withdrawal fee that explains a review
One Canadian reviewer wrote that they could not withdraw under $50, topped up to reach the threshold, and were then told a $15 commission would be taken from their own money.
The Payment Policy confirms the mechanism exactly. Clause 3.3 sets the minimum withdrawal at EUR 40 or equivalent. Clause 3.8 states that on bank transfer withdrawals between EUR 40 and EUR 299, a fixed fee of EUR 20 is deducted.
At the minimum withdrawal of EUR 40, that fee is 50 percent. At EUR 100 it is 20 percent. It only becomes proportionally reasonable somewhere above EUR 300.
The reviewer was not being cheated. They ran into a published fee that makes small withdrawals by bank transfer close to pointless. If you play here, either withdraw above EUR 300 or use a method other than bank transfer, and check the fee before you request.
Withdrawal limits
The terms and the payment policy agree here, which is worth noting given everything above:
- Daily: EUR 2,000
- Weekly: EUR 10,000
- Monthly: EUR 20,000
- Minimum withdrawal: EUR 40
- Processing: approved or denied within two days per clause 6.6
These are reasonable for this market and considerably better than several casinos we review. Above EUR 20,000 the payout may be split into monthly instalments, and progressive jackpot wins are paid in full outside the limits.
One pending withdrawal per payment method at a time, and depending on the method, one request per 24 hours.
What the reviews actually say
The profile sits at 2.7 at trustpilot.com/review/slotsrush.com, and it is worth reading rather than glancing at.
The casino does not reply to a single review on the profile. Not to the accusations of theft, not to the specific payment complaints, not to the positive ones. Every other casino we have reviewed recently responds at least selectively, and several respond to every review with case detail. Silence is a choice, and it means there is no public record of the casino's side of any dispute here.
Most of the negative reviews are not about payments. Reading them properly, the majority describe losing money and getting few bonus features: complaints about RTP, about spending £400 with no bonus round, about spending £200 at 10p spins with poor returns, about losing €2,000 without a single prize.
Those are variance complaints. Long featureless runs on high volatility slots are a documented property of how the games work, not evidence of manipulation, and RTP is set by the certified provider rather than the operator. The frustration is real. The conclusion drawn from it usually is not.
The genuine payment complaints are fewer and more specific. One Dutch player reported winning, being told repeatedly that the casino had to wait for their deposit to arrive, and still being unable to withdraw after 48 hours, alongside the account closure refusal noted above. Another Dutch player reported completing all checks and never receiving the withdrawal.
And there are positive reports. A Dutch player confirmed being paid correctly, three days later than expected. A player from Kenya described the games as good and the withdrawals as quick and efficient. Our own test also completed cleanly.
The picture that emerges is a casino that pays, sometimes slowly, with a review page dominated by players who lost money rather than players who could not collect it. That is a meaningfully different problem from the one the 2.7 score suggests at first glance.
Recourse, and the lack of it
The complaints section is three clauses long. Email support. The casino will use best efforts. And then clause 13.3:
"We will review any queried or disputed transactions. Our judgment is final."
No independent dispute body. No ADR provider. No regulator contact. No arbitration venue, because clause 14.5 never states one. Combined with the absence of any named licence, there is no external party you can take a dispute to.
Our complaints guide covers what to do when a casino offers no formal route, which in practice means independent mediators such as AskGamblers and Casino Guru, and public pressure. At a casino that ignores its own review page, the second of those has limited force.
Games and account rules
Casino, live casino, sportsbook and card games under one account. The excluded slot list, roughly 75 titles plus all jackpot slots, points to a NetEnt, Microgaming and Play'n GO based library.
Two account rules worth knowing. Clause 3.2 allows only one account per household, IP address and device, and requires you to notify the casino in advance if you share any of those with another player. Clause 2.2.5 prohibits employees, former employees of service providers, affiliated persons and their family members from registering, with permanent closure and forfeiture of winnings as the stated consequence.
Clause 9.3 prohibits VPN or proxy use that masks your location, with account blocking and forfeiture of the balance.
Two factor authentication is available and worth enabling.
Verdict
Slotrush paid us. We deposited, played without a bonus, and withdrew the remainder without any friction. The withdrawal limits at EUR 2,000 daily and EUR 20,000 monthly are reasonable, progressive jackpots are paid in full, and the two day processing commitment is faster than much of this market.
What sits against that is a terms document that should worry you more than the review score does.
No licensing authority is named anywhere. The governing law clause is an unfinished sentence. Four separate contradictions appear on numbers that determine whether you get paid, including one that reads as capping all bonus withdrawals at twenty dollars. Closing your account with a balance cancels the balance. There is no dispute body, no regulator, no arbitration venue, and the terms state the casino's judgment is final. And the responsible gambling clause requires a player who discloses a gambling problem to pass a casino-designed test proving they do not have one before their frozen money is released.
The casino also replies to no reviews at all, which removes the informal accountability that has resolved real disputes elsewhere in our rankings.
Most of the negative reviews here are about losing money rather than being unable to collect it, and it would be unfair to read the 2.7 score as a payment failure record. But a casino with no licence, no recourse and a terms document this careless is one where your only protection is the operator choosing to behave well, with nothing to fall back on if it does not.
If you play here: do not register from the US or UK, withdraw above EUR 300 or avoid bank transfer entirely, never claim a deposit bonus given the 5x cap and the USD 20 ambiguity, withdraw your full balance and wait for it to arrive before requesting account closure, and use the fixed-term self exclusion route rather than reporting a problem through account closure. Better documented options are in our Canadian casino rankings, and Ontario players have access to AGCO licensed operators with a real regulator and a genuine dispute process.
