The reason for the gap starts with something we have not encountered anywhere else.

Trustpilot deleted the profile

This is a materially different signal from the flags we have reported elsewhere.

At Mirax Casino, which we also reviewed, Trustpilot displayed a notice saying it had removed a number of fake reviews and hid the overall score. The profile stayed up, the review distribution remained visible, and we could still read what players wrote. We flagged it, factored it into the score, and said plainly that we could not establish who posted the removed reviews or in which direction they pointed.
