Now apply that to a real number. One player publicly reported winning $14,000 and receiving $2,500 every ten to twelve days until it was paid, which took seven months. They rated the casino three stars and said the only problem was redemption time.

Slow payment, eventually paid

The largest group. One player waited from 5 June to 18 June on a $50 Litecoin withdrawal with all documents approved, noting that every support agent was polite. Another described requesting $2,500 on 19 April, approval on 1 May, being told 7 to 10 business days, then still waiting on 18 May after an escalation promised 72 hours. A third had $1,526 outstanding more than a month after requesting it.

Approved then reversed

More serious. One Canadian player reported a $800 withdrawal approved on 30 March by email, then returned to the casino balance on 2 April with no explanation. They played some of it, requested $500 by Bitcoin after being told by an account manager that this was possible, received another approval email, and again saw it returned to the balance. After two weeks and thirty emails across five support staff, nothing.

Coindraw is the outlier worth noting: a $20 minimum against $100 elsewhere and a stated 0 to 7 day window rather than 7 to 10. The 5 percent fee is worth paying on smaller amounts for the speed.

Section 5.5 controls which method you get. Card depositors are paid by bank wire. Crypto depositors are paid in crypto, and the casino reserves the right to make Bitcoin the only option regardless of what you deposited with.
