👍 Pros & Cons

    Pros

  • Our own deposit, play and withdrawal all completed without obstruction, as at the three sister brands
  • No maximum cashout on any deposit bonus, including the welcome offer
  • No deposit bonuses carry only 20x wagering, well below the 40x standard
  • Thirteen deposit methods, matching the widest list in our US rankings
  • Amex and Discover accepted, which very few offshore casinos support
  • Interac available both ways with 1 day withdrawals
  • Maximum bet during bonus play is $10, higher than the $5 to $8 most casinos allow
  • Maximum win of 50,000x your bet per line
  • Network progressive jackpot wins are exempt from the weekly withdrawal cap
  • KYC runs through a certified third party portal and documents are not stored on the casino's servers
  • Verification targeted at 2 to 3 business days
  • The casino replies to every review, including the critical one, with specific answers

    Cons

  • Only three public reviews exist, and all three carry an Invited tag, so there is almost no independent record
  • Weekly withdrawal ceiling of $5,001 means large wins are paid in instalments over weeks
  • No dispute body, ADR provider or external escalation route is named anywhere
  • The terms state that in any dispute the casino's decision is final and binding
  • A US player reports that collecting winnings is difficult, and the casino confirms a separate US withdrawal process exists
  • The welcome offer at 200% is the smallest of the four brands on this licence
  • Dormant account balances may be reduced after 180 days with no figure published
  • Crypto deposits below $35 are non-recoverable and will not be credited
  • Live dealer games contribute zero toward wagering and cannot be played with bonus funds

  • Minimum age is 21, not 18

🎁 Bonuses & Promotions

Two clauses here are better than anything else in our US rankings.

"There is no maximum cashout on all our deposit bonuses, including welcome offers, unless otherwise specified." Most casinos cap what you can withdraw from a deposit bonus at a multiple of the bonus, which quietly removes the top of any real win before payout.

No deposit bonuses carry 20x wagering, against the 40x standard almost everywhere else, with a 5x cashout cap and 30 days to clear.

Welcome offer: 200% match up to $2,000, plus a $75 free chip when depositing with crypto.

That is the smallest of the four brands on this licence. Lucky Red offers 400% up to $4,000, Club World 300% up to $3,000. The terms attached are identical, so if you are choosing between them purely on the offer, the arithmetic is straightforward.

Maximum bet during bonus play: $10. Higher than the $5 to $8 limit at most casinos. Betting above $10 while a bonus is active voids the winnings.

Minimum deposit to qualify for any bonus: $35.

Game contribution, published in full

Game typeContribution
Slots, video slots, keno, plinko, scratch cards 100%
Roulette 40%
Casino poker games 25%
Video poker 20%
Blackjack, baccarat, war, craps, sic bo 10%
Live dealer 0%

Roulette at 40 percent and video poker at 20 percent beat the flat 5 percent most casinos apply. Live dealer contributes nothing and bonus funds cannot be used there at all.

Other rules

Your cash balance is spent first, then the free chip.

Bonuses expire after 60 days unless a shorter window is stated.

Only one free bonus across the whole group before your first deposit. If your account is funded entirely by a free bonus, an approved deposit is required before any withdrawal.

Players with a pending withdrawal cannot claim free bonuses until it completes or is cancelled.

Comp points do not accrue while playing with free spins, or until your third deposit.

When bonus balance drops below $1 before the playthrough is complete, the remainder is automatically removed.

Check your account details before claiming anything. The terms require all contact details — name, address, email, telephone — to be correct before claiming any bonus, for winnings from it to be valid. A player at a sister brand on this same licence lost $100 because her browser had autofilled an outdated phone number.

Slot tournaments

Free entry with no rebuys: 50x wagering and a $200 maximum cashout. A rebuy or add-on drops wagering to 10x and lifts the cap to $500. Cash buy-in tournaments cap at $1,000.

Winnings from one tournament cannot fund entry into another. Bonus funds cannot be used for buy-ins.

Refer a friend pays $100 as unrestricted cash with no wagering. Your referee must deposit at least $105, or complete three qualifying deposits, and fully wager all of it.

Note on bonus codes: Promo codes mentioned in this review were accurate at the time of writing but may have changed. 📝 Full Review

High Noon Casino runs under licence ALSI-202409030-F12 from the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, takes USD and EUR, and requires players to be 21 rather than 18.

That licence number now appears on four casinos we have reviewed, and the documents behind them are the same document.

Our test

Author's test: Deposit, play and withdrawal all completed without problems, consistent with our tests at the three sister brands on this licence.

Four brands, one licence, one document

Licence ALSI-202409030-F12 appears on Lucky Red, Club World, Aladdin's Gold and now High Noon.

The terms match clause by clause: the same $5,001 weekly withdrawal cap, the same game contribution table with the same worked example, the same $10 maximum bet during bonus play, the same 50,000x single spin ceiling, the same 180 day dormancy clause, the same $35 crypto minimum with funds below it unrecoverable, the same refer a friend structure, the same tournament rules, the same KYC policy. Only the internal abbreviation changes: HNC here, LRC, CWCUSD and AGC at the others.

The banking page is identical to Club World's down to the method list, the minimums and the processing times. The same thirteen deposit options, the same six withdrawal routes.

All four documents use the phrase "the casinos in the Group", plural, and a player at Lucky Red referred in a review to playing at "lucky red and sister casinos". Regular players know these brands are connected even though none of them says so.

What this means when you are choosing. The rules are the same wherever you go. What differs is the welcome offer, the payment list and, most importantly, how much independent evidence exists about how each one behaves. On that last point High Noon is the weakest of the four, which is the main reason it sits at the bottom of the group.

Our casino groups page maps every operator group we have identified and covers the two minute method for checking any casino's licence yourself.

Three reviews, all of them invited

High Noon sits at 3.6, and that number rests on a very small base.

We found three reviews. All three carry an "Invited" tag, meaning the casino asked for them.

That is not fraud and it is common practice. But it means every public account of this casino exists because the operator prompted it, and there is no independent record to weigh our own test against.

Compare that with the sister brands. Lucky Red has dozens of reviews where the organic ones and the invited ones say the same thing, which is what makes its 4.1 credible. Club World has more than a dozen. High Noon has three.

A score of 3.6 from three reviews tells you almost nothing. One more five star review pushes it to 4.0. One more one star pushes it to 3.0. Treat this number as noise rather than signal, and weigh the licence, the terms and the group's broader record instead.

The one critical review, and what the reply reveals

A US player wrote in April 2026, giving two stars. Her complaint had two parts: she dislikes the bonus restrictions, and "since I'm from the USA it is hard to get your winnings".

The casino replied that many promotional offers are available and support can find one that suits her, then added something more interesting: "our customer support team will go through your available options for withdrawing in the USA".

That phrasing confirms rather than denies the underlying issue. If withdrawing in the USA were the same as anywhere else, there would be no "available options for withdrawing in the USA" to go through.

The casino is not being evasive here. It is describing something real about this market, and it is worth explaining properly because it affects every US facing casino in our rankings.

Why getting paid is harder in the US

Under the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act, US banks and payment processors face restrictions on handling transactions connected to online gambling. The law targets the payment rails rather than the player, so you are not doing anything illegal by playing. But it means:

  • Card deposits fail often, at the bank's discretion, regardless of what the casino does. A player at a sister brand described his bank locking his card after every deposit
  • Payouts back to cards are limited, which is why the withdrawal list here is shorter than the deposit list: six methods out versus thirteen in
  • Crypto exists in this market mostly for this reason, not because operators prefer it
  • Wire transfers and courier cheques take 4 to 5 days and carry $200 to $300 minimums

Practically: the fastest routes out of High Noon are Interac at 1 day or Bitcoin and Litecoin at 2 days, both from a $50 minimum. Bank transfer and courier cheque take 4 to 5 days from $200, wire transfer 5 days from $300.

If getting paid quickly matters to you, set up crypto before you win rather than after. That is the single most useful thing a US player can do at any casino in this market.

Payments: thirteen ways in, six ways out

The deposit list is the widest in our US rankings, identical to Club World's.

Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover. The last two are notable, because very few offshore casinos support them.

Crypto: Bitcoin, Bitcoin Lightning, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether, USD Coin and Binance Coin. Lightning means faster and cheaper Bitcoin deposits than the base chain.

Interac both ways, which is the rail most Canadians use. All deposits are instant with a $35 minimum.

Withdrawal minimums and times:

  • Interac: $50, 1 day
  • Bitcoin and Litecoin: $50, 2 days
  • Courier cheque: $200, 4 days
  • Bank transfer: $200, 5 days
  • Wire transfer: $300, 5 days

Unlike Club World, High Noon does not publish an overall processing target such as "12 to 24 hours". The per-method times above are what it commits to.

The $5,001 weekly cap

With the exception of network progressive jackpot wins, the maximum withdrawal per week is $5,001, with larger requests paid in weekly instalments.

A $20,000 win takes roughly four weeks. A $50,000 win takes ten.

We have one public confirmation that this structure works. A player at Lucky Red, on this same licence, is documenting a win of over $32,000 being paid in instalments, with the first received by wire transfer. That is the clearest evidence available that the clause is applied as written rather than used to stall.

Against the rest of the US market it is still comparatively quick. The five Primrose Media casinos we have reviewed cap at $2,500 per pay period plus 7 to 10 business days to review and another 7 to 10 to pay, which turns a $14,000 win into six or seven months.

Network progressive jackpots are exempt from the weekly cap entirely.

What is missing: nowhere to escalate

The terms name no ADR provider, no complaints procedure and no external dispute route. What they say instead, twice: "In the event of any disputes, all decisions made by the casino will be final."

The Anjouan licence is named, which beats the casinos that name nothing. But Anjouan has no meaningful player complaint mechanism, and the terms do not point you to one.

This matters more here than at the sister brands, because there is no public record to fall back on either. At Lucky Red, a player with a problem can at least write a review that other players and the casino will see. At High Noon, with three invited reviews on file, even that informal pressure barely exists.

Our complaints guide covers the independent mediators that remain when a casino offers nothing internally.

Clauses worth knowing before you deposit

Crypto below $35 is gone

"Cryptocurrency transactions below $35 are not accepted, any transaction below this amount is non-recoverable and will not be added to account balance." Not refunded. Not returned. Send $35 or more, every time.

Dormant accounts after 180 days, with no figure

The casino may reduce the balance in dormant accounts after 180 days of inactivity, with contacting customer services given as the way to get funds back. That is half the 12 months most casinos allow, and no amount is published. Withdraw rather than leaving a balance.

One account per household or IP address

More than one account and "all winnings will be void". Shared home wifi or a partner who also plays produces this overlap without either of you doing anything deliberate. Tell support before depositing if that applies.

Fraud elsewhere can cost you here

Fraudulent behaviour "perpetrated against any online Casino Operator or Payment Service Provider" may result in your balance here being forfeited.

Verification is triggered by any withdrawal

Requesting a withdrawal of any amount triggers the full KYC process: government photo ID, proof of address within three months, front and back images of payment cards, and a live selfie.

The process runs through a certified third party portal, with documents not stored on the casino's servers and never requested by email. Targeted at 2 to 3 business days.

Start it the day you register. Across this group, every player who praised fast payouts added the same qualifier: fast once verified.

One group-wide note on card verification. Players at two of the four brands on this licence have reported finding fraudulent charges on cards shortly after uploading card images for verification. Both casinos responded that documents go through an encrypted third party portal and are not stored on their servers, and we cannot audit that from outside. We record it as a pattern rather than a finding. If you verify a card anywhere, use one with a low limit, cover the middle digits and CVV unless a specific check requires them, and turn on transaction alerts.

Verdict

High Noon is the fourth casino we have found on licence ALSI-202409030-F12, and everything structural about it is shared with the other three.

Our test completed cleanly, as it did at all of them. The deposit list is the widest in our US rankings at thirteen methods including Amex, Discover, Interac and Bitcoin Lightning. The bonus terms carry the two best clauses in this market: no maximum cashout on deposit bonuses, and 20x rather than 40x on no deposit offers. The maximum bet during bonus play is $10 rather than $5, single spin wins run to 50,000x, and the game contribution table is published in full with a worked example.

What holds it at 6.6, the lowest of the group, is two things.

There is almost no independent record. Three reviews, all company invited. At that volume the 3.6 score is noise. Our own test is effectively the only evidence, and one test is one test.

The welcome offer is the smallest of the four. 200% up to $2,000, against 400% up to $4,000 at Lucky Red and 300% up to $3,000 at Club World, on identical terms. If the rules are the same everywhere, the offer is the thing that differs.

Alongside those: the $5,001 weekly cap, no external dispute route with the casino's decision final by its own terms, a dormancy clause reducing balances after 180 days without naming a figure, crypto under $35 permanently lost, and live dealer contributing nothing to wagering.

Within this group, Lucky Red is where we would start. Same licence, same rules, a larger welcome offer and a review record deep enough to mean something.

If you play here: complete verification the day you register. Set up crypto or Interac before you win, because they are the fastest routes out and US card payouts are unreliable. Send at least $35 on any crypto deposit. Check every field in your account profile, because autofill has cost a player at a sister brand her winnings. Plan around $5,001 per week on anything large. Take deposit bonuses rather than free chips because of the cashout difference. Stay under $10 per bet while a bonus is active. And do not leave a balance sitting past 180 days. Compare against the alternatives in our US casino rankings.

Had a problem at High Noon Casino? Tell us

A withdrawal that stalls. An account closed without explanation. Winnings confiscated. A bonus that behaved differently from the published terms. If any of that happens to you here, contact us with the dates, the amounts, and what support actually told you. Screenshots help.

This casino names no dispute body in its terms, so there is no formal route to escalate to. Our complaints guide covers the independent mediators that are left when an operator names nothing.

What we do with it: we read every report, check it against the casino's own terms, and update this review where a pattern emerges across more than one player. Ratings on this site move both ways, and player reports are part of why. Nothing identifying gets published without asking you first.

What we cannot do: we are not a mediator and have no authority over any casino. We cannot recover your money. What we can do is make sure the next person reading this page knows what happened to you.
