The Short Version
  • → Eighth casino we have found on Anjouan licence ALSI-202409030-F12, with terms copied from the sister brands rather than rewritten
  • → Our own deposit, play and withdrawal all completed without problems
  • → Despite the name, account balances are held in USD and EUR only. Crypto is a deposit rail, not a currency here
  • → One of only two brands in the group that names its software provider: Realtime Gaming, tested by Gaming Labs Certified
  • → Its fairness page is also the only document in the group to acknowledge a parent company exists, without naming it
  • → Only four public reviews, all company invited, so the 4.0 score rests on almost nothing
  • → A player reports depositing by both card and crypto and cashing out several times, which is the most useful review on the profile

👍 Pros & Cons

  • Our own deposit, play and withdrawal all completed without obstruction
  • Names its software provider and testing body: Realtime Gaming, certified by Gaming Labs, which six of the eight brands on this licence do not
  • No maximum cashout on any deposit bonus, including the welcome offer
  • No deposit bonuses carry only 20x wagering, well below the 40x standard
  • Maximum bet during bonus play is $10, higher than the $5 to $8 most casinos allow
  • Maximum win of 50,000x your bet per line
  • Network progressive jackpot wins are exempt from the weekly withdrawal cap
  • Both card and crypto deposits are supported, confirmed by a player on the review page
  • Refer a friend pays $100 as withdrawable cash with no wagering
  • KYC runs through a certified third party portal and documents are not stored on the casino's servers
  • The casino replies to every review on its profile

    Cons

  • Only four public reviews exist, and all four are company invited, so the score rests on almost nothing
  • Account balances are held in USD and EUR only, despite the casino being named after cryptocurrency
  • Crypto deposits below $35 are non-recoverable and will not be credited
  • No responsible gambling tools of any kind are described in the terms, as at all seven sister brands
  • No dispute body, ADR provider or external escalation route is named anywhere
  • The terms state that in any dispute the casino's decision is final and binding
  • Weekly withdrawal ceiling of $5,001 means large wins are paid in instalments over weeks
  • Dormant account balances may be reduced after 180 days with no figure published
  • Live dealer games contribute zero toward wagering and cannot be played with bonus funds
  • Free entry tournament winnings carry 50x wagering and a $200 cashout cap

  • Minimum age is 21, not 18

🎁 Bonuses & Promotions

Two clauses here are better than anything else in our US rankings.

"There is no maximum cashout on all our deposit bonuses, including welcome offers, unless otherwise specified." Most casinos cap what you can withdraw from a deposit bonus at a multiple of the bonus, which removes the top of any real win before payout.

No deposit bonuses carry 20x wagering, against the 40x standard almost everywhere else, with a 5x cashout cap and 30 days to clear.

The welcome offer is not published in the terms. Check the cashier for the current match and cap before depositing. Across the seven sister brands on this licence, published offers range from 200% to 500%.

Maximum bet during bonus play: $10. Higher than the $5 to $8 limit at most casinos. Betting above $10 while a bonus is active voids the winnings.

Minimum deposit to qualify for any bonus: $35.

Game contribution, published in full

Game typeContribution
Slots, video slots, keno, plinko, scratch cards 100%
Roulette 40%
Casino poker games 25%
Video poker 20%
Blackjack, baccarat, war, craps, sic bo 10%
Live dealer 0%

Keep bonus play on slots. Anything outside the top row slows you down substantially, and live dealer stops progress entirely.

Other rules

Your cash balance is spent first, then the free chip.

Bonuses expire after 60 days unless a shorter window is stated.

Only one free bonus across the whole group before your first deposit. If your account is funded entirely by a free bonus, an approved deposit is required before any withdrawal. A player at a sister brand documented clearing a $3,800 playthrough from a free bonus, passing verification, and then being asked for a $35 deposit before anything would be paid.

Players with a pending withdrawal cannot claim free bonuses until it completes or is cancelled.

When bonus balance drops below $1 before the playthrough is complete, the remainder is removed automatically.

Check your account details before claiming anything. The terms require all contact details — name, address, email, telephone — to be correct before claiming any bonus, for winnings from it to be valid. A player at a sister brand on this licence lost $100 because her browser had autofilled an outdated phone number.

Slot tournaments

Free entry with no rebuys: 50x wagering and a $200 maximum cashout. A rebuy or add-on drops wagering to 10x and lifts the cap to $500. Cash buy-in tournaments cap at $1,000.

Winnings from one tournament cannot fund entry into another. Bonus funds cannot be used for buy-ins.

Refer a friend pays $100 as withdrawable cash with no wagering. Your referee must deposit at least $105, or complete three qualifying deposits, and fully wager all of it.

Note on bonus codes: Promo codes mentioned in this review were accurate at the time of writing but may have changed. For current, verified codes that are checked daily, see our No Deposit Bonus Codes page. If any of the terms above are unfamiliar, our bonus terms decoder explains what each clause means in practice.

📝 Full Review

CryptoReels runs under licence ALSI-202409030-F12 from the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, and requires players to be 21 rather than 18.

That is the eighth casino we have found on this licence. The name sets an expectation the terms do not meet, so that is where we start.

Our test

Author's test: Deposit, play and withdrawal all completed without problems, consistent with our tests at most brands on this licence.

It is not a crypto casino

A crypto casino, properly speaking, holds your balance in cryptocurrency. You deposit Bitcoin, your balance is denominated in Bitcoin, you bet in Bitcoin and you withdraw Bitcoin. Pixi Casino, which we reviewed separately, works that way.

CryptoReels does not. Its terms state plainly: "The casinos in the CRL Group will accept wagers in the following currencies only: US Dollars (USD) and Euros (EUR)."

The only other mention of cryptocurrency anywhere in the document is the warning that deposits below $35 are not accepted and are unrecoverable. There is no crypto balance, no crypto wagering, and no crypto-specific feature of any kind described.

What that means in practice. You can send Bitcoin, it converts to dollars at the point of deposit, you play in dollars, and you withdraw in whatever method the cashier offers. The token's price movement between your deposit and your withdrawal is irrelevant, because you were never holding it.

A player on the review page confirms the picture, writing that it is "easy to deposit with card and crypto". Cards work here exactly as at the seven sister brands.

None of this is deceptive, and the terms are clear once you read them. But if you came here expecting a crypto-native casino because of the name, it is not one. It is a dollar casino that accepts crypto deposits, which is what every other brand on this licence also does.

The provable-fairness question follows from this. Crypto casinos often offer provably fair verification on in-house games, letting you check a specific round was not tampered with. CryptoReels does not offer that, and does not claim to. Its fairness assurance comes from RTG certification instead, which is a different model and covered below.

Eight brands, one licence, one document

CryptoReels joins Lucky Red, Club World, Aladdin's Gold, High Noon, Manhattan Slots, Buzzluck and All Star Slots on licence ALSI-202409030-F12.

Its terms are copied rather than rewritten: the same $5,001 weekly withdrawal cap, the same game contribution table with the same worked example, the same $10 maximum bet during bonus play, the same 50,000x single spin ceiling, the same 180 day dormancy clause, the same $35 crypto minimum, the same tournament rules and the same refer a friend structure. Only the abbreviation changes: CRL.

Of the eight, only All Star Slots has a restructured document. The other seven, including this one, share the template.

The group has a name and it came from the operator. A player reviewing Manhattan Slots described it as part of the "Club World Group", and the casino's public reply confirmed the description. None of the eight names the group in its own terms. Our casino groups page maps the full picture.

One of two brands that names its software

Six of the eight casinos on this licence say only that their game server was "checked by a third-party accounting firm", naming neither the firm nor the software.

CryptoReels has a separate Fair Gaming page that names both, as Manhattan Slots does:

  • Software: Realtime Gaming, one of the longest established providers serving the US market
  • Testing: Gaming Labs Certified, described as independent
  • Industry bodies: RTG named as a member of the iGGBA and the Interactive Gaming Council

Naming both makes the claim checkable, which is the whole point of an audit. Gaming Labs is a real testing house with a public presence, and RTG's certification status can be verified independently of anything the casino says.

One sentence that appears nowhere else in the group

The fairness page describes Gaming Labs as not affiliated with "CryptoReels casino, Realtime Gaming or any parent company".

That is the first acknowledgement anywhere in these eight documents that a parent company exists. It is still not named. But every other brand writes as though the casino stands alone, and this one, in a single clause about auditor independence, concedes there is something above it.

Combined with the shared licence number, the identical paperwork and the casino's own confirmation of the "Club World Group" at a sister brand, this is another small piece of the same picture.

What RTG certification does and does not tell you. It confirms outcomes are random and that the published return percentage is what the software delivers over time. It says nothing about whether that percentage is generous, and nothing about whether you will be paid. The withdrawal structure answers the second question, and the dispute section answers neither.

Four reviews, all invited

CryptoReels sits at 4.0, and that figure rests on four reviews. All four carry an "Invited" tag, meaning the casino requested them.

At that volume the score is noise. One more five star review moves it to 4.2. One one star review drops it to 3.2. Treat the licence, the terms and the group's broader record as the evidence.

This is also consistent with a recently launched brand. The earliest reviews date from January 2026, and the casino is clearly newer than siblings like All Star Slots, where one player claims seven years, or Lucky Red with dozens of reviews.

The one review worth reading

Three of the four are a handful of words. The fourth is specific:

"Ive won and cashed out here several times. its easy to deposit with card and crypto."

Multiple completed withdrawals from one player is the most useful thing on this page. A single successful cashout can be luck. Several, over time, describes a working process.

It is still one account, prompted by the casino, and it does not tell you how a large win would be handled.

Our advice for any casino this new, and it is what we would do ourselves: deposit a small amount, play it, withdraw it, and confirm it lands before committing anything larger. One clean cycle at a casino with four reviews is worth more to you than any score on a review page.

The $5,001 weekly cap

With the exception of network progressive jackpot wins, the maximum withdrawal per week is $5,001, with larger requests paid in weekly instalments.

A $20,000 win takes roughly four weeks. A $50,000 win takes ten.

We have one public confirmation that this structure works, from a sister brand rather than here: a player at Lucky Red documented a win of over $32,000 being paid in instalments, with the first received by wire transfer.

Against the rest of the US market it remains comparatively quick. The five Primrose Media casinos we have reviewed cap at $2,500 per pay period plus 7 to 10 business days to review and another 7 to 10 to pay, turning a $14,000 win into six or seven months.

Network progressive jackpots are exempt from the weekly cap entirely.

What is missing

No responsible gambling tools are described anywhere in these terms. No deposit limits, no loss limits, no session limits, no cooling off period, no self-exclusion, no reality check. That gap is identical across all eight brands on this licence.

And there is no external dispute route. No ADR provider, no complaints procedure, and the terms state twice that the casino's decision in any dispute is final.

A player at Buzzluck, on this same licence, describes asking for her account to be closed because gambling had become harmful, being offered free chips instead, and losing over $10,000. Her specific complaint was that nobody told her about restriction limits. On the documentary evidence, there were none to tell her about.

If you need to limit or stop your play, do not rely on any casino in this group. Bank level gambling blocks, offered by most major US card issuers, stop deposits at the payment layer and cover every site at once. Blocking software such as Gamban prevents the sites loading. The National Council on Problem Gambling helpline is 1-800-GAMBLER, free and confidential, 24 hours. In Canada, ConnexOntario.

Our complaints guide covers the independent mediators that remain when a casino offers nothing internally.

Clauses worth knowing before you deposit

Crypto below $35 is gone

"Cryptocurrency transactions below $35 are not accepted, any transaction below this amount is non-recoverable and will not be added to account balance."

Not refunded. Not returned. Gone. This matters more at a casino with crypto in its name, because it is exactly the site where someone might send $20 to test the process. Send $35 or more, every time.

Dormant accounts after 180 days, with no figure

The casino may reduce the balance in dormant accounts after 180 days of inactivity, with contacting customer services given as the way to get funds back. That is half the 12 months most casinos allow, and no amount is published.

One account per household or IP address

More than one account and "all winnings will be void". Shared home wifi or a partner who also plays produces this overlap without either of you doing anything deliberate.

Verification is triggered by any withdrawal

Requesting a withdrawal of any amount triggers the full KYC process: government photo ID, proof of address within three months, front and back images of payment cards, and a live selfie.

The process runs through a certified third party portal, with documents not stored on the casino's servers and never requested by email.

Start it the day you register. Across this group, every player who praised fast payouts added the same qualifier: fast once verified.

One group-wide note on card verification. Players at two of the eight brands on this licence have reported finding fraudulent charges on cards shortly after uploading card images. Both casinos responded that documents go through an encrypted third party portal and are not stored on their servers, and we cannot audit that from outside. We record it as a pattern rather than a finding. If you verify a card, use one with a low limit, cover the middle digits and CVV unless a specific check requires them, and turn on transaction alerts. Depositing by crypto avoids the question entirely.

Verdict

CryptoReels does the fundamentals of its group correctly. Our test completed without problems. The two best bonus clauses in this market are here: no maximum cashout on deposit bonuses, and 20x rather than 40x on no deposit offers. The maximum bet during bonus play is $10 rather than $5, single spin wins run to 50,000x, and the game contribution table is published in full.

It is also one of only two brands on this licence that names its software provider and testing body, RTG and Gaming Labs, where six others name nobody. Its fairness page is the only document in the group to concede that a parent company exists, even while declining to name it.

What holds it at 6.5 is mostly a lack of evidence rather than a fault.

Four reviews, all company invited. At that volume a 4.0 tells you nothing, and our own test is carrying almost all the weight. One of those reviews does report multiple successful cashouts, which is the single most useful line on the page, but it is still one prompted account.

And the name sets an expectation the product does not meet. Balances are in USD and EUR, there is no crypto wagering, and no provably fair verification. Crypto is a deposit rail here exactly as it is at the seven sister brands.

Alongside that, the gaps shared across the whole group: no responsible gambling tools of any kind, no external dispute route with the casino's decision final by its own terms, the $5,001 weekly cap, and a dormancy clause after 180 days with no figure named.

Within this group, All Star Slots is where we would start, on the strength of Google Pay and Apple Pay support, a real rewards programme and a broader review record. Lucky Red is the other brand with evidence behind it.

If you play here: treat it as a new casino and test it with a small deposit and withdrawal before committing more. Complete verification the day you register. Send at least $35 on any crypto deposit. Check the cashier for the current welcome offer, because the terms do not publish one. Stay under $10 per bet while a bonus is active and keep that play on slots. Do not leave a balance sitting past 180 days. And if you need to stop playing, use a bank block rather than asking the casino, because no self-exclusion tool exists here. Compare against the alternatives in our US casino rankings.

Had a problem at CryptoReels Casino? Tell us

A withdrawal that stalls. An account closed without explanation. Winnings confiscated. A bonus that behaved differently from the published terms. If any of that happens to you here, contact us with the dates, the amounts, and what support actually told you. Screenshots help.

This casino names no dispute body in its terms, so there is no formal route to escalate to. Our complaints guide covers the independent mediators that are left when an operator names nothing.

What we do with it: we read every report, check it against the casino's own terms, and update this review where a pattern emerges across more than one player. Ratings on this site move both ways, and player reports are part of why. Nothing identifying gets published without asking you first.

What we cannot do: we are not a mediator and have no authority over any casino. What we can do is make sure the next person reading this page knows. Casinos that did not pay us are listed here.
