Cons
🎁 Bonuses & Promotions
Two clauses here are better than anything else in our US rankings.
"There is no maximum cashout on all our deposit bonuses, including welcome offers, unless otherwise specified." Most casinos cap what you can withdraw from a deposit bonus at a multiple of the bonus, which quietly removes the top of any real win before payout.
No deposit bonuses carry 20x wagering, against the 40x standard almost everywhere else, with a 5x cashout cap and 30 days to clear.
Welcome offer: 250% match, plus a $75 free chip when depositing with crypto. The cap is not published on the promotional banner, so check the cashier before claiming.
Maximum bet during bonus play: $10. Higher than the $5 to $8 limit at most casinos. Betting above $10 while a bonus is active voids the winnings.
Minimum deposit to qualify for any bonus: $35.
One clause here is worth reading in light of the complaint on this casino's review page.
The terms state: "If a player does not wish to receive bonuses then they can play with no restrictions by simply not redeeming any coupons." That is the only opt-out described anywhere in this document, and it is an opt-out from claiming, not from being offered. Nothing in the terms describes a way to stop promotional offers reaching you.
Game contribution, published in full
| Game type | Contribution |
|---|---|
| Slots, video slots, keno, plinko, scratch cards | 100% |
| Roulette | 40% |
| Casino poker games | 25% |
| Video poker | 20% |
| Blackjack, baccarat, war, craps, sic bo | 10% |
| Live dealer | 0% |
Keep bonus play on slots. Anything outside the top row slows you down substantially, and live dealer stops progress entirely.
Other rules
Your cash balance is spent first, then the free chip.
Bonuses expire after 60 days unless a shorter window is stated.
Only one free bonus across the whole group before your first deposit. If your account is funded entirely by a free bonus, an approved deposit is required before any withdrawal.
Players with a pending withdrawal cannot claim free bonuses until it completes or is cancelled.
When bonus balance drops below $1 before the playthrough is complete, the remainder is automatically removed.
Check your account details before claiming anything. The terms require all contact details — name, address, email, telephone — to be correct before claiming any bonus, for winnings from it to be valid. A player at a sister brand on this licence lost $100 because her browser had autofilled an outdated phone number.
Slot tournaments
Free entry with no rebuys: 50x wagering and a $200 maximum cashout. A rebuy or add-on drops wagering to 10x and lifts the cap to $500. Cash buy-in tournaments cap at $1,000.
Winnings from one tournament cannot fund entry into another. Bonus funds cannot be used for buy-ins.
Note on bonus codes: Promo codes mentioned in this review were accurate at the time of writing but may have changed. For current, verified codes that are checked daily, see our No Deposit Bonus Codes page. If any of the terms above are unfamiliar, our bonus terms decoder explains what each clause means in practice.

📝 Full Review
Buzzluck runs under licence ALSI-202409030-F12 from the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, takes USD and EUR, and requires players to be 21 rather than 18.
That is the sixth casino we have found on this licence, and its terms are the same document as the other five with one abbreviation changed.
This review spends most of its length on one complaint, because it describes something the paperwork of all six brands confirms.
Our test
Author's test: Our deposit went through normally. The withdrawal took about a week and a half of back and forth with support before the money moved.
We were paid, and nothing was withheld. But that is the slowest result we have had at any of the six brands on this licence, where our other tests completed without friction.
The account closure complaint
A US player wrote in March 2025, and her account is detailed enough to set out properly.
She states this was the first online casino she played at, during a period when she was mentally unwell, and that she did not realise how much she had lost until she requested a transaction record two months in. The figure was over $10,000.
She asked for her account to be deleted, explaining that gambling had become a habit and had drained her finances. She says that instead of closing it, the casino kept offering free chips until she had nothing left to give, and that the account was only closed after months of messages.
Her criticism is specific and worth quoting: "they could have at least told me about restriction limits etc…. if they weren't going to fulfill my request, but they didn't."
She adds that she raised it again by email in March 2025 after completing treatment, sent screenshots of her original messages, and was told no wrongdoing had occurred.
The casino did not reply to this review. It did reply to a five star review posted on the same profile, more than three years after that review was written.
What we can check
We cannot verify her account of the conversations, and we have not seen the screenshots she describes.
What we can check is whether the tools she says she was never told about actually exist. So we read the full terms of all six casinos on this licence, looking for any responsible gambling provision.
There are none. Not at Buzzluck, and not at any of the five sister brands.
No deposit limits. No loss limits. No wager limits. No session limits. No cooling off period. No self-exclusion. No reality check. No responsible gambling section of any kind. The word self-exclusion does not appear in these documents.
So the "restriction limits" she says she was never told about do not appear to exist in writing. On the documentary evidence, there was nothing for support to point her to.
For comparison, every Malta Gaming Authority licensed casino in our rankings publishes a full suite: deposit, loss, wager and session limits, cooling off and self-exclusion, all set from inside your own account, with decreases taking effect immediately and increases requiring confirmation plus a waiting period specifically so the decision cannot be made impulsively.
The only opt-out Buzzluck's terms describe is this: "If a player does not wish to receive bonuses then they can play with no restrictions by simply not redeeming any coupons." That is an instruction not to click, not a mechanism to stop offers arriving.
If you are in this position
This is the practical part, and it applies at any offshore casino rather than only this one.
Do not rely on a casino to close your account. Where no self-exclusion tool exists, closure is a request handled by a person, and that person works for a business that makes money when you play. That is not an accusation about any individual; it is a structural problem with asking the operator to be the gatekeeper.
Tools that work regardless of what any casino does:
- Bank level gambling blocks. Most major US banks and card issuers now offer a merchant category block for gambling transactions, often with a cooling off period before it can be lifted. This stops deposits at the payment layer rather than the casino layer, so it covers every site at once.
- Blocking software such as Gamban or GamBlock, installed across your devices, which prevents the sites loading at all.
- The National Council on Problem Gambling helpline on 1-800-GAMBLER, free and confidential, 24 hours. Text and chat are also available via ncpgambling.org.
- Gamblers Anonymous for meetings, in person and online.
If you are in Canada, ConnexOntario is free and confidential.
Keep a written record. If you do ask a casino to close your account, do it by email rather than live chat, state plainly that the reason is gambling harm, and save the message. An operator that continues to send promotional offers after a documented request has a problem it would struggle to defend, and a written trail is what makes any later complaint possible.
The cashier's cheque that nobody would cash
A more mundane complaint from the same profile is still worth reporting, because it tells you something about payments here.
A player won a jackpot on a progressive slot and had roughly $700 to withdraw. She chose a cashier's cheque because it was free. When it arrived, her bank would not cash it, nor would Walmart, nor would a second bank where she opened an account specifically to try. Her understanding was that the issuer was in Canada.
She contacted support, and the casino voided the cheque and returned the funds to her balance. She rated the experience five stars because of how it was resolved.
Two useful things here. Support handled it properly and without argument, which is a genuine mark in the casino's favour. And a free withdrawal method is worth nothing if the instrument cannot be deposited at your end.
Buzzluck does not publish its withdrawal method list in the same format as the sister brands, so confirm in the cashier what is available to you before you need it. At the other five casinos on this licence the fastest routes are Interac at 1 day and crypto at 2 days, both from a $50 minimum.
Six brands, one licence, one document
Buzzluck joins Lucky Red, Club World, Aladdin's Gold, High Noon and Manhattan Slots on licence ALSI-202409030-F12.
The terms are identical clause by clause: the same $5,001 weekly withdrawal cap, the same game contribution table with the same worked example, the same $10 maximum bet during bonus play, the same 50,000x single spin ceiling, the same 180 day dormancy clause, the same $35 crypto minimum with funds below it unrecoverable, the same tournament rules and the same KYC policy. Only the abbreviation changes: BZL here.
The group has a name, and it came from the operator. A player reviewing Manhattan Slots described it as part of the "Club World Group", and the casino's public reply confirmed the description rather than correcting it. None of the six brands names the group in its own terms.
Our casino groups page maps the full picture and covers how to check any casino's licence yourself in about two minutes.
Where Buzzluck sits within it
The rules are the same wherever you go in this group. What differs is the welcome offer, the payment list and the record.
Buzzluck has twelve deposit methods rather than thirteen: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Interac, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Lightning, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether, USD Coin and Binance BSC. Discover is missing, where four of the five sister brands accept it.
Its 250% welcome match sits mid-table: below Lucky Red's 400% and Club World's 300%, above High Noon's 200%.
And at 2.9 on Trustpilot it has the lowest score of the six, on a thin base of three reviews, two of which date from 2023.
The $5,001 weekly cap
With the exception of network progressive jackpot wins, the maximum withdrawal per week is $5,001, with larger requests paid in weekly instalments.
A $20,000 win takes roughly four weeks. A $50,000 win takes ten.
We have one public confirmation that this structure works: a player at Lucky Red documented a win of over $32,000 being paid in instalments, with the first received by wire transfer.
Network progressive jackpots are exempt from the weekly cap entirely, which matters here because one of the reviews on this profile involves a progressive jackpot win.
What is missing: nowhere to escalate
The terms name no ADR provider, no complaints procedure and no external dispute route. What they say instead, twice: "In the event of any disputes, all decisions made by the casino will be final."
The Anjouan licence is named, which beats the casinos that name nothing. But Anjouan has no meaningful player complaint mechanism, and the terms do not point you to one.
That absence is what the player in the complaint above ran into. She raised it with the casino, was told no wrongdoing had occurred, and had nowhere else to take it. At an MGA licensed casino she could have filed with the regulator, and responsible gambling failures are precisely the kind of case a regulator acts on.
Our complaints guide covers the independent mediators that remain when a casino offers nothing internally.
Clauses worth knowing before you deposit
Crypto below $35 is gone
"Cryptocurrency transactions below $35 are not accepted, any transaction below this amount is non-recoverable and will not be added to account balance." Not refunded. Not returned. Send $35 or more, every time.
Dormant accounts after 180 days, with no figure
The casino may reduce the balance in dormant accounts after 180 days of inactivity, with contacting customer services given as the way to get funds back. That is half the 12 months most casinos allow, and no amount is published.
One account per household or IP address
More than one account and "all winnings will be void". Shared home wifi or a partner who also plays produces this overlap without either of you doing anything deliberate.
Verification is triggered by any withdrawal
Requesting a withdrawal of any amount triggers the full KYC process: government photo ID, proof of address within three months, front and back images of payment cards, and a live selfie.
The process runs through a certified third party portal, with documents not stored on the casino's servers and never requested by email. Targeted at 2 to 3 business days.
Start it the day you register. Given that our own withdrawal took a week and a half, anything that removes a step from that process is worth doing in advance.
One group-wide note on card verification. Players at two of the six brands on this licence have reported finding fraudulent charges on cards shortly after uploading card images for verification. Both casinos responded that documents go through an encrypted third party portal and are not stored on their servers, and we cannot audit that from outside. We record it as a pattern rather than a finding. If you verify a card anywhere, use one with a low limit, cover the middle digits and CVV unless a specific check requires them, and turn on transaction alerts.
Verdict
Buzzluck has the same licence, the same terms and the same two genuinely good bonus clauses as the other five casinos in its group: no maximum cashout on deposit bonuses, and 20x rather than 40x on no deposit offers. The $10 maximum bet during bonus play, the 50,000x single spin ceiling and the published contribution table all carry across too.
Support also handled one player's uncashable cheque properly, voiding it and returning her funds without argument.
Two things put it at the bottom of its group.
Our withdrawal took a week and a half of support messages. The money arrived and nothing was withheld, but that is the slowest result we have had at any of these six brands, and the others completed without friction.
And the account closure complaint describes a gap the paperwork confirms. A player asked to have her account closed because gambling had become harmful, says she was offered free chips instead, and criticises the casino for never telling her about restriction limits. We checked: no responsible gambling tools are described in the terms of this casino or any of its five siblings. No deposit limits, no self-exclusion, no cooling off period, nothing. There was no tool for anyone to tell her about.
That is a structural absence rather than a single bad interaction, and it is the most serious finding across this entire group. Every MGA licensed casino in our rankings provides these tools as standard, set from inside your own account.
Alongside that: 2.9 on a thin review base, no external dispute route with the casino's decision final by its own terms, the $5,001 weekly cap, a dormancy clause reducing balances after 180 days without naming a figure, and no Discover where most sister brands accept it.
Within this group, Lucky Red is where we would start, on the strength of a clean test, a larger offer and a review record deep enough to mean something. Buzzluck is where we would stop.
If you play here: complete verification the day you register, because our withdrawal was slow and every removed step helps. Set up crypto or Interac before you win. Send at least $35 on any crypto deposit. Stay under $10 per bet while a bonus is active and keep that play on slots. Do not leave a balance sitting past 180 days. And if you ever need to stop, use a bank level gambling block or blocking software rather than asking the casino, because no self-exclusion tool exists here. Compare against the alternatives in our US casino rankings.
A withdrawal that stalls. An account closed without explanation. Winnings confiscated. A bonus that behaved differently from the published terms. If any of that happens to you here, contact us with the dates, the amounts, and what support actually told you. Screenshots help.
This casino names no dispute body in its terms, so there is no formal route to escalate to. Our complaints guide covers the independent mediators that are left when an operator names nothing.
What we do with it: we read every report, check it against the casino's own terms, and update this review where a pattern emerges across more than one player. Ratings on this site move both ways, and player reports are part of why. Nothing identifying gets published without asking you first.
What we cannot do: we are not a mediator and have no authority over any casino. We cannot recover your money. What we can do is make sure the next person reading this page knows what happened to you.

Regional availability can change without notice, and individual states or provinces may be restricted even where the casino serves the wider market. Check the casino's own terms before registering.
