That is character for character the same operator, registration number, address and licence number published by 7BitCasino, which is the highest rated casino in our rankings. The terms documents share a version number, 2.7, an effective date of 17 March 2025 and a last updated date of 25 February 2026. They are not similar documents, they are the same document with the brand name changed.

mBit Casino operates under the same licence number as well, so Scores55 Tech runs at least three brands.

Where Mirax differs from the sister brand, it goes both ways:

• Better: general bonus wagering is 30x rather than 35x. VIP free chips and cashback carry 15x rather than 40x. Minimum deposit is EUR 10 rather than NZ$20. Minimum withdrawal is EUR 20 rather than NZ$40. The dormancy fee is EUR 25 rather than a minimum of NZ$50. And the complaints page names AskGamblers directly.
• Worse: the welcome package totals NZ$8,000 against NZ$10,800. No deposit free spin winnings cap at NZ$40 against NZ$100. Roulette and poker contribute 0 percent toward wagering rather than 5 percent.
• Identical: withdrawal limits, the 3x and 10x deposit turnover rules, the two week KYC contact rule, arbitration in Curaçao, the one year claim window, and every provider restriction.

The Trustpilot flag, and what it does and does not tell you

This is the reason Mirax sits below its sister brand in our rankings, and it needs handling carefully because the honest answer involves saying what we do not know.

What that distribution implies. Run the arithmetic and it averages to roughly 4.1 out of 5, which would place Mirax among the better rated casinos we cover. Trustpilot chooses not to display it, which is the point of the sanction.

What the flag does not tell you. Trustpilot does not disclose who posted the removed reviews or whether they were positive or negative. Three scenarios are possible and we cannot distinguish between them from outside:

• The company, or someone acting for it, posted or purchased fake positive reviews. This is the most common cause of the flag across all industries, because businesses are the party with a commercial reason to buy reviews.
• A competitor or aggrieved individual posted fake negative reviews. This happens, particularly in gambling, and Trustpilot removes those too.
• A third party review farm posted reviews across many businesses at once, catching this profile up in a broader sweep.

One thing is worth keeping straight: the distribution above is what remains after removal. Whatever was taken down is not in those numbers. So if fake positives were the problem, the 57 percent five star figure is what survived the cleanup rather than what caused the flag.

We are not going to pretend to know which scenario applies. What we will say is that a review platform sanction is a real signal about profile integrity, it is the single strongest negative attached to this casino, and it is why Mirax does not carry the same score as its sister brand despite running on identical infrastructure.

Section 8 sets the ceilings, and they are among the highest in our rankings:
