There is no real Trustpilot profile, and fakes exist

This matters more than it might sound, because a review page is the main tool most players use to check a casino before depositing. If the page you find is not the casino's, the reassurance it gives you is worthless.

How to tell a real review profile from a fake

This applies at every casino, not just here, and it takes about a minute.

Check the domain in the URL bar. A genuine Trustpilot profile lives at trustpilot.com, or a country subdomain like nz.trustpilot.com. Anything else is a different site that may simply look similar. Lookalike domains with hyphens, extra words or unusual endings are the most common trick.

Look for the casino's own replies. Real operators respond to reviews, often clumsily. A page where nobody from the business has ever replied, or where every reply is identical, is worth a second look.

Check the review dates. Genuine profiles accumulate reviews unevenly across years. A cluster of similar reviews posted within days of each other, especially from single review accounts, is the shape that paid reviews take.

Read three reviews in full. Real ones mention specific things: an amount, a date, a game name, a support agent. Fake ones praise game selection, withdrawal speed and customer service in that order without naming anything.

Search the casino name plus "complaints" rather than "reviews". Independent mediators like AskGamblers and Casino Guru maintain complaint databases that are harder to manipulate than a review page, and they publish the casino's side alongside the player's.

What the absence of a real profile means practically. It is not evidence of anything bad. Plenty of casinos never set one up. The 30 working day clause

In practice it is faster. Our own verification went through without a problem. The clause sets an outer limit rather than a typical timeframe, and it appears identically at Casino Chan and Woo Casino, two other casinos we have reviewed.

Running the other way, clause 8.5 gives the casino two weeks: if it cannot reach you by phone or email within two weeks of your withdrawal request, the account is locked and the withdrawal cancelled.

What we found reading the terms line by line

We read the full terms at every casino on this site. LimeWin's document carries several artefacts worth reporting, not because any of them changes how the casino operates, but because they tell you something about how carefully it was produced.

The dates run backwards

The header reads: "Effective Date: 20.04.2026, Last Updated: 10.03.2026, Version 1.1."

The document was last updated 41 days before it became effective.

The currency clause lists no currencies it claims to list

Clause 4 is headed "Accepted fiat and cryptocurrencies include:" and then lists EUR, NZD, AUD and CAD. No cryptocurrency appears.

Yet clause 4.2 explains how crypto transactions are converted, clause 2.7 requires Bitcoin players to verify ID before depositing, clause 10.5 explains why crypto deposits have no upper limit, and clause 11.8 references cryptocurrency withdrawal limits.

Either crypto is supported and the list is incomplete, or it is not and four clauses are leftovers. If you plan to deposit in crypto, confirm with support first.

Canadian figures are missing from the bonus terms

Every bonus amount in the document is quoted in EUR, AUD and NZD. CAD appears nowhere, despite being an accepted playing currency and appearing in the withdrawal limits.

The document is shared with a different company

This is the most interesting finding and it connects to something we have documented elsewhere.

LimeWin's terms match, clause for clause, the terms published by Casino Chan and Woo Casino. Same 18 section structure, same clause numbering, same 3x deposit rule at 9.7, same two week contact rule at 8.5, same EGIS route at 15.5, and the same "Last Updated: 10.03.2026, Version 1.1" header.

Casino Chan and Woo Casino are operated by Novatrix SRL under Tobique licence 0000002. LimeWin is operated by Metlait SRL under Tobique licence 0000064.

Two different Costa Rica companies, two different licences, one document revised on the same day. That does not prove common ownership. It does mean these operators share a legal template, a compliance provider, or a platform, and it is worth knowing when you assume a casino's terms were written for that casino. EGIS: the dispute route that matters more here

Clause 15.5 names EGIS as an independent alternative dispute resolution body operating under Tobique Gaming Commission regulation, reachable at disputes@egis-adr.com.

At most casinos this is a useful backstop. Here it is more than that, because with no public review record you have no informal pressure to apply. Several disputes we have documented at other casinos were resolved because the player wrote something the operator could see. That mechanism does not exist at LimeWin.

Two limits: clause 13 requires claims within one year, and clause 17 places disputes under arbitration in Costa Rica.

The household and IP clause

Clause 8.2 treats accounts sharing the same residential address, household, IP address or device as duplicates, with the right to close them, cancel pending withdrawals and confiscate winnings.

Shared home wifi or a partner who also plays produces exactly that overlap without either person doing anything wrong.

If anyone else in your household plays here, tell support before depositing and keep the acknowledgement in writing. We have documented a case elsewhere in our rankings where a player lost CA$10,000 to this clause after their spouse held a separate account.

Games and restrictions

One caveat in clause 11.10: the internal operating currency is EUR, so transacting in another currency may produce small differences from processing conversion. Bank transfer payouts in USD are unavailable, and bank transfers may attract intermediary fees of up to EUR 16.

Verdict

LimeWin did everything right in our test. Deposit, play and withdrawal completed, with one support query resolved quickly rather than becoming a saga. The withdrawal limits at NZ$4,000 daily and NZ$50,000 monthly are double what the same company allows at Crown Slots. The dormancy fee at EUR 10 is the lowest across this operator group. EGIS gives you a named dispute route. The operator is identified down to its Costa Rica registration number and Tobique licence.

Two things keep it at 7.6.

There is no public review record and fake pages exist using the name. That combination is worse than simply having no profile, because a player searching for reassurance may find something that looks like reassurance and is not. Our single clean test is carrying more weight in this review than one test should.

The terms document is carelessly assembled. Dates that run backwards, a currency clause that contradicts four other clauses, no Canadian figures in the bonus terms, free spin wagering stated as both 40x and 50x in one sentence, and a template shared with a different company on a different licence. None of that changes how the casino behaves, but it is the document you are agreeing to, and it should be better than this.
