Two things about this casino turned out to be more interesting than the games, and both are in the terms document rather than on the promotional pages.

Our test

The operator, and a connection worth knowing about

Clause 1.1 of the terms names the operator precisely: Novatrix SRL, registered in Costa Rica under number 3-102-893958, operating under licence number 0000002 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission.

That level of specificity is worth pausing on. Several casinos we have reviewed name nothing at all, one stating only that it holds an unspecified international licence. Here you have a company name, a registration number and a licence number you could check.

Then there is what we found by comparing documents.

We flag shared infrastructure wherever we find it because it has a practical consequence: if you have a poor experience at one brand in a group, switching to what looks like a competitor often means dealing with the same payments team and the same policies. EGIS: an escalation route that actually exists

Clause 15.5 names EGIS as an independent alternative dispute resolution body operating under Tobique Gaming Commission regulation, reachable at disputes@egis-adr.com.

This matters more than it might sound. Most offshore casinos serving New Zealand hold a Curacao licence where, in practice, escalation to the regulator produces nothing. Several casinos we have reviewed name no external body at all, meaning the complaints process ends inside the company.

Here there is a named third party you can write to. It is not a UK Gambling Commission and it should not be oversold, but it is a real route and it is written into the terms rather than implied.

NZD is supported natively, and that is worth real money

Clause 4.1 lists the accepted currencies: EUR, USD, AUD, CAD, NOK, NZD, ZAR, INR, plus BTC, BCH, ETH, DOGE, LTC, USDT, XRP, BNB, ADA and TRX.

New Zealand players will know why this matters. Most offshore casinos bill in EUR or AUD, which means your deposit converts at your bank's rate and your withdrawal converts back. You pay a spread twice, typically two to three percent each way, plus whatever your bank adds as an international transaction fee.

On a NZ$200 deposit and a NZ$400 withdrawal that is roughly NZ$12 to NZ$18 gone before the casino has taken anything. Over a year of regular play the conversion losses alone exceed what most players ever extract from a no deposit bonus.

The published limits under clause 11.8, with New Zealand and Australian figures:

• Weekly, rolling 7 days: NZ$7,500 / AU$7,500, or EUR 5,000. Resets 7 days from your first cashout in a calendar month, and on the 1st.
• Monthly: NZ$30,000 / AU$30,000, or EUR 20,000. Resets on the 1st.
• Minimum withdrawal: NZ$30 / AU$30, or EUR 20
• Processing: the casino aims to process within 72 hours of approval

A NZ$30,000 monthly ceiling is generous by the standards of this market, and progressive jackpot wins are paid in full and sit outside these limits entirely.

Other clauses worth knowing before you deposit:

Clause 9.7, the 3x deposit rule. Any deposit must be wagered three times before you can withdraw funds connected to it. Make several deposits without playing and the combined total must be turned over. The casino may charge a processing fee or refuse the withdrawal if the requirement is unmet. This is anti money laundering practice and it applies whether or not you take a bonus.

Clause 11.5. The casino may pay your withdrawal via a different method than the one you specified, at its sole discretion.

All three stages carry 40x wagering on the bonus plus free spin result, with a 7 day window and a NZ$7.50 maximum bet. Those three numbers together are the real terms. On a NZ$500 bonus, 40x is NZ$20,000 of turnover inside a week at a maximum of NZ$7.50 per spin, which is roughly 2,700 spins. The missing public record

GunsBet has no Trustpilot profile. Not an unclaimed one, not a lookalike domain registered by an affiliate, none at all.

That is unusual and it cuts in a direction worth thinking through rather than just listing as a negative.

At most casinos we review, a public review page is the counterweight to our own test. When our withdrawal at one casino cleared in under a day, several hundred reviews averaging 3.8 told us that was not a fluke. Against that: there is no public feedback record at all, which means one clean test is carrying more weight in this review than a single test should.
