Casino bonuses

Wagering: 40x on all deposit bonuses, and 40x on no deposit and free spin bonuses unless stated otherwise.

Real money is wagered first when a bonus is active, then bonus money. Clause 2f lets you withdraw your deposit before completing wagering, forfeiting only the bonus and its winnings.

Bonus abuse is defined as a bonus to wager ratio above 40 percent.

Sports bonuses, which are worth more

VIP Sport Bonus: wagering is 5x the bonus amount in accumulator or single bets. Each bet must contain at least one selection at odds of 1.8 or higher. Only unique bets count, and bets placed with bonus balance or free bets do not count toward wagering.

Risk-free bets are described in unusual detail. Your first bet must be real money. If it wins, you keep the full amount including stake. If it loses, you receive the compensation stated in that promotion. Winnings from free bets are credited to your main balance as withdrawable funds, though you cannot withdraw the free bet stake itself.

What does not count toward sports wagering: outrights and racing, returned bets, cancelled bets, draws, cashed out bets including partial cash-outs, bets placed with a free bet, and any bets containing a repeated event. BetBuilder bets are excluded from all promotions.

Unsettled bets placed from the bonus balance are voided the moment you complete wagering, so finish your outstanding bets before clearing the requirement.

Free bets and risk-free bets cannot be used on outrights or any Asian markets.

Japan and Georgia are excluded from all deposit based bonuses.

GranaWin presents itself as a casino, but read the terms and the priority becomes obvious. The document opens with definitions of a bet, an outcome and regular time. It runs through match markets, Asian handicaps, dead heat settlement, bookings, corners and time frame betting before casino play is mentioned at all.

This is a sportsbook that also has a casino, and that shapes everything worth knowing about it.

Our test

The sports side is genuinely better than the casino side

Most casinos in our rankings that bolt on a sportsbook treat it as an afterthought. Here the reverse is true, and the terms make it measurable.

A 5x wagering requirement is among the lowest we have documented anywhere. The risk-free bet mechanics are set out properly rather than vaguely, and the published settlement rules across football, tennis, motorsport and esports are more thorough than most dedicated bookmakers bother with.

The catch is what does not count. Outrights and racing are excluded from wagering. So are cashed out bets, including partial cash-outs, draws, returned bets and any bet repeating an event you have already used. And clause 5f voids any unsettled bets from your bonus balance the moment you finish wagering, so close out open bets before clearing the requirement.

The casino side is ordinary by comparison: 40x wagering, table games and live dealer contributing nothing, and an exclusion list running to hundreds of slots.

No operator, no licence, no regulator

The terms do reference "applicable license conditions" in passing, and section 2 says a complaint served on the bookmaker should go to "the bookmaker's registered office stated in the bookmaker's constituent documents". Those constituent documents are not identified either.

Before depositing, scroll to the bottom of the site and look for a licence number and seal. If you find one, note the issuing authority and search its public register. For contrast, the casinos we rate highest name their regulator with phone numbers and an ADR provider with a submission form.

The clause that could stop your withdrawal

Section 16 lists what the Granawin Security Service is entitled to do. The first item is one we have not encountered at any other casino:

"decline cash withdrawal requests if deposits were made through e-payment systems."

Read plainly, that says depositing through an e-wallet can be grounds to refuse a cash withdrawal.

Two other clauses sit alongside it: the casino may refuse a withdrawal where deposit or withdrawal amounts are inconsistent with bets placed, requiring bets at minimum odds of 1.1 totalling the amount, and it may refuse a withdrawal where the betting account is misused.

The second and third are standard anti money laundering provisions. The first is not, and it is broad enough to cover a large share of ordinary players.

Practically: if you deposit by Skrill or Neteller here, ask support in writing before you play whether that affects your withdrawal route, and save the answer. Depositing by card or bank transfer avoids the question entirely.

The migration case

The most serious complaint on the review profile comes from a Portuguese player in July 2026, and it is specific enough to set out in his own terms.

We cannot verify any of it, and a max bet breach is a real rule that voids winnings at every casino in this market. Our bonus terms decoder covers why it costs players more than any other clause.

Two things in his account are checkable in principle and matter regardless of who is right.

A migration between brands. He names TechSolutions Group N.V. as the operator, which does not appear anywhere in the terms we read. If a player's account was moved from one brand to another, the terms that applied to it changed, and clause 2 of this document says amended rules take effect immediately on publication with bets accepted afterwards subject to them. A player who never saw the new terms is in a weak position under a clause like that.

A mediation closing unresolved for non-response. If accurate, that is worse than losing a mediation. It means the external check that exists to settle these cases could not function. When a casino names no regulator in its own terms, an unanswered mediation leaves a player with nothing.

The rest of the review record

GranaWin sits at 3.0 on Trustpilot, and the profile splits cleanly.

Verification delays

A British player in September wrote a long, measured complaint stating that every time he provided a requested document, a new requirement followed, and that support repeatedly told him the matter sat with another department. He was explicit that he has no objection to legitimate KYC, only to requirements that never end.

A Norwegian player in July described the same pattern: documents verified, withdrawal unaccepted after six days, the same answer that another department was handling it, and support unable to give any timeframe.

A Danish player reported the same and said he had reported the casino to the Danish gambling authority. A Maltese player reported 13 consecutive declined withdrawals.

The casino's reply to the British complaint was better than most. It acknowledged that repeated requests are frustrating when documents have already been provided, and asked for account details to review what happened. That is a more substantive answer than the template apologies we see elsewhere.

Worth noting against those accounts: the terms state "Documents will be checked in 48 hours time", which is a rare published commitment. A Finnish player in September wrote simply that KYC was quick.

The advertising complaint

A Canadian player wrote that he saw around ten Instagram ads offering NZ$150 in bet credits for a NZ$5 bet, and that Granawin responded it is only responsible for promotions published on its own website, not on third party platforms.

That position is legally defensible and practically unhelpful. Affiliates advertise gambling sites heavily on social media, and their claims are frequently more generous than the casino's own terms.

The rule that protects you is simple and applies everywhere: the promotion page on the casino's own site is the offer. If an ad promises something the site does not, the site wins. Screenshot the casino's own promotion page before you deposit.

The positive reviews

A cluster of five star reviews appeared on 1 September, several from Portugal, most carrying a Verified badge and running only a few words: "Very helpfull", "Payments are fast". A Verified badge means the company invited the review, not that it is more reliable.

Others are more specific and more credible. A Finnish player with a long review history praised quick KYC and game selection. A Canadian player described a straightforward experience with no problems. An Irish player reported fast payouts.

One review is worth reading for its own contradiction: a player gave five stars, praised the service and payout speed, and then said the roulette was so rigged he had stopped playing and so had a friend. Both halves cannot be weighted equally.

Withdrawal limits and payments

All progressive jackpot winnings are paid out in full. Wire transfers require a EUR 500 minimum and may attract intermediary fees up to EUR 16.

The monthly ceiling is lower than the EUR 50,000 published by several comparable sites.

Sports winnings are paid within 30 calendar days of the official publication of the final result on your bet slip. Winning bet slips can be paid out within 30 days of the event.

Closing your account with funds in it costs EUR 12.50 for a manual bank transfer. Withdraw everything, wait for it to land, then close.

Complaint deadlines, which are short

The terms set several different windows, and missing one forfeits the claim:

• Disagreement with winnings paid: 10 days
• Sports bet settlement disputes: 7 days from the bet being determined
• Complaints about results: 10 calendar days from the end of the event
• Cyber-Live game calculations: 72 hours from the game ending
• Refund requests: 24 hours from the transaction, or 30 days for unauthorised account access

Claims are reviewed within 30 days. The terms also require a written pre-trial complaint served to the bookmaker's registered office before any court action, and that office is not identified in the document.

Responsible gambling, and a badly set threshold

There are no self service tools. Self-exclusion is by email to support, and the terms add a condition worth noting: "Your account will be blocked only after the specific period of time has been clarified in your message." The options are a week, a month, six months or a year. Permanent self-exclusion is not offered, and the account reactivates automatically when the period ends.

The terms also publish a seven question self-assessment covering uncontrolled spending, borrowing or stealing to gamble, lost time with family, lost interest in hobbies, depression or suicidal feelings, and lying about gambling. Then:

"If you say 'yes' to all questions, you are likely to have a gambling problem."

If you need support, use something independent of any casino. Gambling Helpline NZ and ConnexOntario are free and confidential. Bank level gambling blocks and blocking software work regardless of what any operator does.

Restrictions and currency

Australia is restricted, listed in both section 2 and section 3. New Zealand and Canada are accepted, and unusually Ontario is not excluded, though Ontario players have AGCO licensed operators with a real regulator available to them.

Canadian players cannot access NYX or NextGen games, and the NetEnt branded titles Vikings and Street Fighter are restricted in Canada.

VPN use is explicitly not restricted, though selecting a false country to bypass a registration restriction still risks confiscation.

One account per family, address, email, IP address, card or e-wallet. Shared household connections produce exactly that overlap, so tell support in advance if anyone else in your home plays.

Dormancy: an account is blocked after 12 months without login, and a EUR 10 monthly fee applies while a balance remains. Unblocking requires contacting support.

Verdict

If you bet on sport, GranaWin has real advantages. Deposits need only 1x turnover, the VIP sport bonus carries 5x wagering rather than 40x, free bet winnings are credited as withdrawable funds, risk-free bet mechanics are properly documented, and the settlement rules are more thorough than most bookmakers publish. Our own test completed cleanly, document checks are promised within 48 hours, and the casino replies to complaints with more substance than most.

What holds it at 6.0 has nothing to do with the sportsbook.

The terms name no operator and no licence. The complaints section directs you to a regulator "listed on the Website" that the document never lists, and the pre-trial procedure requires serving a complaint on a registered office that is never identified.

One clause lets the casino decline a withdrawal because you deposited through an e-wallet. We have not found that anywhere else.

And a player reports EUR 4,749.88 confiscated after an account migration he says he never agreed to, with independent mediation closing unresolved because the casino did not respond. We cannot verify it, but an unanswered mediation at a site that names no regulator leaves a player with no route at all.

Around those: repeated reports of document requests that do not end, a monthly ceiling below comparable sites, casino bonuses where table games count for nothing and hundreds of slots are excluded, self-exclusion by email with no permanent option, and a self-assessment that only flags a problem if you answer yes to all seven questions.
