The most substantial negative review on the Trustpilot profile describes a specific, documented failure, and it is worth setting out because the lesson applies at every casino, not just this one.

Here is the part that matters for you. The terms are unambiguous on both points the player misunderstood, and the support agent contradicted them.

The bonus terms state that when you accept a deposit bonus, your deposit is locked together with it, and that if you cancel, the bonus amount and all winnings linked to it will be lost. They also state that when playing with a bonus, your real money balance is used first.

Two things about the profile are worth observing.

The casino replies to every single review. Not a sample, not just the critical ones. Five star reviews consisting of three words get a personalised reply. Three star reviews get a reply asking specifically what would have made the experience better. That level of engagement is rare and it is a real signal about how the operation is run.

The recent reviews are dominated by New Zealand and Canadian accounts, which matches the markets this casino targets. Most are short and positive. What is notable is the shape of the three star reviews: they are not complaints about payouts or verification, they are requests for more no deposit free spins and more game variety. Players asking for more of something are engaged players, and that is a different picture from a profile where the middling reviews are about money not arriving.
