📝 Full Review
EvoSpin runs a broad multi provider library and supports Interac for Canadian players. The provider list is genuinely good: Evolution, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Yggdrasil, Quickspin, ELK Studios, Wazdan, Microgaming, Endorphina, Amatic, BSG and EGT. Alongside the main lobby there are tournaments, quests, scratch cards, a bonus shop and a loyalty programme.
Currencies supported are BGN, EUR, USD, CAD and GBP. There is no AUD, which is why this review sits in our Canadian rankings rather than the Australian ones.
That is the product. The rest of this review is about what the terms do and do not tell you, because on that front EvoSpin is an outlier and not in a good way.
The licence question
Here is the entirety of what the terms and conditions, last updated 24 March 2026, say about licensing:
The Casino Online has a legal permission to conduct online gambling on the basis of the international License.
That is it. No jurisdiction. No licence number. No operating company. The same sentence appears again in the About EvoSpin block in the site footer.
For comparison, and this is worth doing because it puts the gap in perspective: several casinos we rate below this one name their operator and licence precisely. The Anjouan licensed group in our US rankings names Primrose Media Limited, company number 15804, and the licensing act. Crown Slots names Metlait SRL, Costa Rica registration 3-102-911867, and Tobique licence 0000064. Neospin names Curacao.
EvoSpin names nothing you could check.
I want to be careful about what I am and am not claiming here. This does not prove the casino is unlicensed. Plenty of operators hold real licences and simply write terrible terms documents. But it does mean there is nothing for you to verify, and nothing for a regulator to be pointed at if something goes wrong.
And no dispute body either
The complaints section runs to five points. Complaints go to support, escalate internally, and you will be informed of progress to a reasonable level. Only the account holder may file, and you cannot hand a complaint to a third party. Server logs are the final authority in any dispute.
What is absent is any named external body. No ADR provider, no arbitration venue, no regulator contact. If the internal process stalls, the terms give you nowhere else to go.
Set that against Crown Slots, which names EGIS at disputes@egis-adr.com under Tobique regulation, or the RTG casinos that at least point to the Central Dispute System. Those routes are imperfect but they exist. Here, the escalation path ends inside the company.
Our complaints guide covers what to do when a casino offers no formal route, which in practice means independent mediators such as AskGamblers and Casino Guru, and public pressure.
Our test, and a clause I found too late
Author's test: I deposited, completed KYC without a document rejection loop, took the deposit bonus and played. I lost the balance during the wagering stage, which happens, so I never reached a withdrawal request.
What I can report: the deposit processed cleanly, verification went through without the repeated rejections that dominate the complaints on this casino, and the bonus credited as described. What I cannot report is anything about the payout process, which is the category that matters most.
I keep a fixed budget per casino for exactly this reason and I had reached it here. I will return with a second deposit and test a withdrawal end to end, and this page will be updated with the result either way.
Something I got wrong, and it is worth you knowing about.
After depositing, I found this in the terms, as item seventeen in a list of seventeen under the section on who can play: "You, or, if applicable, your employees, employers, agents, or family members, are not registered as an Affiliate in our Affiliate program."
CasinoGuides.pro is registered with the EvoSpin affiliate programme, which means under a strict reading I should not have been playing here for real money. I did not see the clause before I deposited. That is my mistake and I am reporting it rather than quietly removing the test.
Why this matters to you rather than just to me: almost every casino carries a version of this clause, and it is never on the promotional page. It exists to stop affiliates funnelling traffic to themselves and farming their own bonuses, which is reasonable. But it is written broadly enough to cover employees, employers, agents and family members. If anyone in your household runs a gambling site, writes for one, or is signed up to an affiliate programme, a casino can invoke this against your winnings. Search the terms for the word Affiliate before you deposit anywhere. It takes thirty seconds.
For transparency on how this affects the score: the payout rating rests on the published terms and on documented player reports, not on our own money leaving the casino. Payouts carry the heaviest weight in our methodology, and that uncertainty is priced in.
The 3x deposit rule, and the case that should worry you
Section 8 of the withdrawal terms requires you to stake three times your deposit before withdrawing funds connected to it. If you make several deposits without playing, the combined total must be turned over. Section 13 adds that requesting a withdrawal before meeting it allows the casino to charge you the transaction processing costs.
This kind of rule is common and the stated purpose, anti money laundering compliance, is legitimate. Payment providers do watch for accounts used to move money in and straight out with no gameplay.
But there is a case on the Trustpilot profile that shows what happens when the rule meets a situation it was not designed for, and it is the most serious thing in this review.
A player in June 2026 described depositing funds, then requesting a withdrawal of the unused balance. They completed identity verification in full. They were then told they had to wager the deposit three times before the money could be returned. No bonus was involved and the funds had not been staked.
The player identified themselves as a recovering gambling addict who had deposited by mistake and had gambling blocks in place. They cited UK Gambling Commission guidance that un staked deposits remain the customer's property. They described sending countless emails and being ignored, with live chat directing them back to email.
The casino replied on 19 June confirming the full un staked deposit had been processed and returned, apologised for the communication breakdown, and wished the player well in their recovery.
Two things are true at once here and both belong in this review.
The casino resolved it. Fully, and with a reply that reads as genuinely apologetic rather than templated. That counts.
It resolved it after a public one star review. A person in recovery, who had already set gambling blocks, was told to gamble money they had deposited by accident before they could have it back, and the mechanism that eventually worked was writing about it on Trustpilot. The internal process, by the player's account, had ignored them.
I do not think this reflects malice. I think it reflects a support process applying a blanket AML rule without an override for responsible gambling cases, which is a design failure rather than a dishonest one. But if you are managing a gambling problem, that distinction will not help you in the moment.
Practical note: self exclusion at EvoSpin is genuinely simple, and this is worth knowing. Send one email from your registered address stating that you wish to self exclude, and per the terms it takes effect within 24 hours, with the account disabled until you say otherwise. If you need that, use it directly rather than going through live chat.
The Canadian problem: Interac verification
This is the recurring complaint from the exact market this casino targets, so it gets its own section.
One Canadian player in March 2025 described uploading all required documents, waiting 24 hours, having the withdrawal rejected, uploading more information, and the cycle restarting. They asked specifically what the Interac verification requirement actually consisted of, having been told repeatedly by live chat that everything was verified until the moment they tried to withdraw.
Another Canadian player in April 2025 reported sending at least 15 documents, each rejected with a follow up request for a different photo or screenshot, and being told three times the withdrawal would arrive. They said their next step was contacting the gaming commission, which given the licensing gap above is a problem in itself.
A third player, from the UK, reported numerous withdrawal attempts with documents uploaded as requested and nothing arriving. The casino's reply here is the most informative on the whole profile: it confirmed several withdrawal attempts had been declined, attributed some to temporary payment provider issues and others to incorrectly entered payment details, and confirmed the last three requests were processed successfully with the most recent completed on 16 May.
That reply suggests two distinct causes rather than one. Provider side failures, which the casino cannot control, and player entered payment details, which the interface apparently accepts before failing later. Neither is the casino refusing to pay. Both produce the same experience of repeated rejection with no clear explanation.
If you play here as a Canadian player: triple check your Interac details before submitting, screenshot the confirmation of every document you upload with its date, and ask support in writing exactly which documents are outstanding rather than guessing from a rejection notice.
Withdrawal limits, and one clause worth reading twice
The published limits, all in $ with equivalents in your account currency:
- Minimum withdrawal: $ 30 per transaction
- Daily: $ 2,000
- Weekly: $ 5,000
- Monthly: $ 10,000
- Processing: 0 to 48 hours, calculated from document verification where KYC is pending
The daily figure at $ 2,000 is better than several competitors in this market. The monthly ceiling at $ 10,000 is on the low side, and a large win will take months.
Which brings us to section 14, and this is the clause I would want you to read before depositing anything substantial:
The Casino reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly installments until the full amount is paid out.
No cap on how many instalments. No stated minimum per instalment. Combined with the $ 10,000 monthly ceiling, a five figure win becomes a payment schedule measured in months, at the casino's discretion.
Section 15 provides the counterweight and it is a real one: progressive jackpot wins are paid in full. If you chase jackpots here, that clause is in your favour.
Other banking details worth knowing. Withdrawals must go to the original payment method, with exceptions at the casino's discretion subject to additional security checks. Bank transfers process within three banking days, are unavailable for USD payouts, and may attract intermediary bank fees which the terms put at around $ 16. Third party deposits are prohibited outright and winnings from them will be confiscated.
Games
The provider lineup is the strongest thing about this casino and it deserves saying plainly. Evolution for live dealer, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Yggdrasil, Quickspin, ELK Studios, Wazdan, Microgaming, Endorphina, Amatic, BSG and EGT.
That is a real spread across studios with genuinely different game design, not a single software family with twelve skins. If you have cycled through RTG based casinos and found every lobby identical, this is a different product.
Beyond the slots there are tournaments, quests, scratch cards, a bonus shop and a jackpot section. A downloadable app is offered.
One caveat that applies to every casino with this provider mix: game availability varies by jurisdiction because providers impose their own country restrictions, and the terms note these change over time. Your visible library depends on where you play from.
On game fairness, one reviewer complained about feature frequency and RTP after buying bonus rounds. The casino's reply was technically correct: outcomes, RTP and bonus trigger frequency are set by the certified provider and cannot be adjusted by the operator, and long featureless runs are a normal property of high variance slots. That is the right answer and it is worth repeating because the suspicion comes up at every casino.
Reading the Trustpilot profile
The official profile is at trustpilot.com/review/www.evospin.com.
Two observations about how the profile is shaped, offered so you can weigh it yourself rather than as an accusation.
There is a dense cluster of four and five star reviews from July 2024, predominantly from Netherlands based accounts, many of them single review accounts, and several naming a VIP manager by first name. We have seen an identical pattern on other casino profiles. It may mean nothing more than a satisfied cohort responding to a review request campaign. It is also the shape that incentivised reviews take.
The negative reviews split cleanly into two kinds. Some are detailed, dated and specific, and the casino replied to those with case level information. Others are brief and unverifiable, and the casino's replies to those repeatedly note that requested account details were never provided.
Read the detailed reviews on both sides and discount whatever gives you nothing to check.
The most useful positive data point on the profile is from a player in May 2025 who reported account verification completed in a few hours and withdrawals paid in under an hour. That is a specific, checkable claim about the thing that matters most, and it suggests the payment infrastructure works well when the verification file is clean.
The most useful unresolved negative is from a long term player in August 2024 who described a bonus removal leaving them with $ 347 of an approximately $ 500 balance, with the bonus value apparently not deducted as expected, and who also claimed lottery winnings could not be withdrawn. That one drew no reply and we cannot assess it. We mention it because leaving out the complaints nobody answered would give you a false picture.
The things this casino gets right
It would be easy to let the licensing gap swallow the rest of the review, so here is the other side collected in one place.
Self exclusion is properly implemented. One email from your registered address, effective within 24 hours, account disabled until you say otherwise. No hoops, no counter offer written into the process. Several casinos we have reviewed require a support ticket and a negotiation.
The dormancy fee is $ 10 per month after 12 consecutive months of no login, deducted until the balance reaches zero or you reactivate. That is half what one competitor charges and the terms state the deduction stops on reactivation.
Low risk roulette is defined numerically rather than left as a vague abuse clause: equal stakes on both black and red, or odd and even, covering 25 or more of 37 numbers. Quantifying it means you can avoid it deliberately.
Progressive jackpots are paid in full outside the instalment clause.
Our own deposit and verification went through cleanly, without the document rejection cycle that dominates the complaints here. That is one account rather than a pattern, but it is worth stating.
The casino replies to reviews with specifics, including the 16 May payout date and the confirmation that the recovering player's deposit had been returned. Casinos that ignore their Trustpilot page entirely are common. This is not one of them.
Verdict
EvoSpin has the best game library of any casino in our Canadian rankings and one of the weakest terms documents.
Evolution, Pragmatic, NetEnt, Yggdrasil, Quickspin, ELK and Wazdan in one lobby is a genuinely good product. Interac works. The daily withdrawal limit beats several rivals. Self exclusion is clean. The dormancy fee is mild by the standards of this market. Our deposit and KYC both went through without friction, and reports exist of verification in hours and payouts inside an hour.
Against that: the terms name no licensing jurisdiction, no licence number and no operating company. There is no independent dispute body anywhere in the complaints process. Section 14 permits payouts to be split into monthly instalments with no stated limit. Canadian players report Interac verification cycles that reset with each rejection. And a self identified recovering addict had to write a public review before an un staked deposit was returned.
We reached the deposit and verification stages here but not a withdrawal, and I am not going to pretend a payout score built on documents and other people's reports is worth the same as one built on our own money arriving. It is not, and that uncertainty is priced into the 6.9.
If you play here: deposit only what you are prepared to wager three times over, because until you have, it is not straightforwardly yours to withdraw. Check your Interac details character by character before submitting. Screenshot every document upload with its date. Keep withdrawals well inside the $ 2,000 daily limit so the instalment clause never becomes relevant. And if you need to stop, email self exclusion directly rather than going through chat.
Better documented options, including one where our own withdrawal cleared in under 24 hours, are in our Canadian casino rankings. If you are in Ontario, a licensed AGCO operator gives you a real regulator and a real dispute process, which is a materially better position than anything on this page.
🎁 Bonuses & Promotions
The 3x deposit rule applies whether or not you take a bonus, and it is the single most important clause here.
Section 8 of the withdrawal terms requires you to stake three times your deposit before withdrawing funds connected to it. Make several deposits without playing and the combined total must be turned over. Section 13 goes further: request a withdrawal before meeting it and the casino may charge you the transaction processing costs.
The reasoning given is anti money laundering compliance, which is a legitimate purpose. The practical effect is that money you deposited and never gambled is not immediately yours to take back. If you deposit by mistake, expect friction.
Current first deposit offer, code MEGASPIN: 120% match plus 150 free spins, minimum deposit $ 30. Confirm the wagering multiplier, maximum bet during wagering and any cap on free spin winnings in the cashier before claiming, because these figures change between campaigns and the promotions page is the authoritative source.
Bonus policy structure: section 1 of the bonus policy terms states that available bonuses and their conditions are listed on the Promotions page rather than fixed in the terms document. The casino reserves the right to amend bonus rules at any time with or without notifying you, and to review transaction history and cancel bonuses where it identifies abuse.
Sweden: players from Sweden are excluded from all bonuses, promotional programs, VIP rewards and comp point exchanges.
Low risk roulette is explicitly defined as fraud. The anti fraud section names betting equal stakes on both black and red, or both odd and even, covering 25 or more of the 37 numbers. This is spelled out more precisely than most casinos manage, and it is worth knowing because the strategy is sometimes suggested as a way to clear wagering.
Other named fraud triggers: collusion with other players, strategies aimed at unfair winnings, chargebacks or payment denials, and holding two or more accounts. The consequence stated is account termination with cancellation of all payouts, at the casino's sole discretion and without the player being informed of the reasons.
Bonus shop, quests and scratch cards operate alongside the standard promotions. Terms for each are on their respective pages.
Note on bonus codes: Promo codes mentioned in this review were accurate at the time of writing but may have changed. For current, verified codes that are checked daily, see our No Deposit Bonus Codes page. If any of the terms above are unfamiliar, our bonus terms decoder explains what each clause means in practice.
