Sportsbook, where the terms are better

Sports bets require only 1x deposit turnover before withdrawal against 3x for casino play. If you bet as well as play, that is a real advantage.

Maximum winnings are capped at EUR 100,000 per bet, EUR 250,000 per day and EUR 500,000 per week. Minimum stake is EUR 0.10.

Sports disputes must be lodged within 7 days of the bet being determined. Result complaints have 10 calendar days.

The terms document is where this review has to start, because of what is missing from it.

No licence, no operator, no regulator

Section 18 makes the gap concrete. The complaints procedure states that if a dispute is not resolved at management level, "you can contact any independent body, gaming authority or the licensing regulator listed on the Website."

Nothing is listed in the terms. No ADR provider is named. No regulator contact is given. The escalation route points at a list that does not exist in the document you agreed to.

Why this stands out particularly here

Bizzo is not an isolated operation with a sloppy document. It runs on the same platform as National Casino, which we reviewed separately, and the two terms documents are identical almost line for line.

Same 20 section structure. Same sportsbook rules covering Asian handicaps, dead heats, bookings, corners and time frame betting word for word. Same excluded games list running to hundreds of titles across roughly 30 providers. Same bonus abuse definition using a bonus to wager ratio above 40 percent. Same EUR 12.50 account closure fee. Same clause 9 permitting VPN use. Same section 20 placing governing law in Curacao.

The difference is section 1. National Casino names Starsten Ltd., registered in the British Virgin Islands under company number 2174149, holding Kahnawake licence 01056 issued 13 May 2026. Bizzo's section 1 has that information removed.

What to do about it: before depositing, scroll to the bottom of the site and look for a licence number and seal. If you find one, note the issuing authority and search that authority's public register. If you find nothing, you have no verifiable regulator. For comparison across our rankings: the MGA licensed brands name their regulator with phone numbers and an ADR provider with a submission form. The Tobique licensed brands name EGIS with an email address. National Casino names the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. Bizzo names nothing.

Our test, and why the recent reviews matter more

Bizzo sits at 3.5 on Trustpilot, which is a respectable score. But the profile shows something a single number hides, and it is the most useful thing on the page.

Payouts appear to be slowing

Read the reviews chronologically and a pattern emerges.

Through mid 2026, players describe withdrawals as fast. "Fast wildraw." "Always cash out and easy to use." "Excellent in payment, very fast." "Really fast withdrawal."

Then, from August onward, the tone changes in a specific way. An Australian player wrote in August:

"It's a great site but payouts are getting abit hard to deal with I don't know why it's used to be quick and in my bank account within a couple hours theses days it's really been taken a few days even a week."

She gave four stars. That is not a disgruntled player, it is a satisfied one reporting a change.

A player from Indonesia the same week: "Payouts could happen a bit quicker." Four stars. An Australian in July: "Only for deposits/withdrawals issues again.. spoiled whole experience. Everything else great." Two stars.

And in September, a New Zealand player: "2 weeks iv been waiting for my withdrawl and nothing keep getting told 5 business days well its been 10 days." The casino did not reply to that one.

The casino's reply to the Australian player was reasonable: processing times may vary due to payment checks or provider delays, and she should contact support with her withdrawal details. That is a fair answer. It is also the answer every casino gives, and it does not explain why the same player's payouts moved from a couple of hours to a week.

What "Verified" means on these reviews

A large share of the five star reviews carry a Trustpilot Verified badge, and several are a few words long: "Great casino." "I can play On vacation." "Fast wildraw."

Verified does not mean more trustworthy. It means the company invited the review. That is legitimate and extremely common, but it means the operator chooses when invitations go out, and inviting players right after a successful withdrawal produces a different profile than inviting them at random.

We noted the same pattern at National Casino, which runs on this platform and sits at 3.7 on a similar mix. None of this is fraud. It does mean the score reflects a curated sample, and the detailed critical reviews deserve proportionally more attention than their number suggests.

A currency problem for Canadian players

What this costs you. If you hold your account in EUR or USD, your bank converts on deposit and again on withdrawal. That typically runs two to three percent each way plus any international transaction fee. On CA$200 in and CA$400 out, roughly CA$12 to CA$18 disappears before the casino takes anything.

National Casino, on the same platform, does list CAD. Confirm your account currency at registration rather than assuming, and if CAD is unavailable, factor the conversion into whether this casino is worth it for you.

Deposit turnover: 3x for casino and live casino play, 1x for sports bets. That sports figure is genuinely better than the flat 3x almost everywhere else in our rankings.

Vouchers such as Flexepin and Kinguin plus CoinsPaid crypto deposits are accepted, though the terms note deposit limits cannot be applied to those methods. If you want to limit your own spending, use a different one.

Two clauses to plan around.

Section 15: the security service may refuse a withdrawal where deposit or withdrawal amounts are inconsistent with bets placed, with a minimum odds requirement of 1.1 on sports. Depositing and immediately withdrawing without meaningful play can be blocked.

Section 15 again: closing your account with funds still in it adds a EUR 12.50 transaction fee for a manual bank transfer. Withdraw everything and wait for it to arrive, then close the account.

Verification, and a two week deadline

Standard requirements: photo ID, a photo or screenshot of the payment system, and proof of address dated within 90 days. Scanned copies of payment system documents are explicitly not accepted. Proof of funds or proof of wealth may be requested additionally.

The casino may request a selfie with ID, a selfie with ID plus a handwritten note showing the casino name and date, a phone call, or a live video call via Skype.

Responsible gambling

The terms describe no self service responsible gambling tools. No deposit limits, no loss limits, no session limits, no cooling off, no reality check.

That matches National Casino on the same platform, and it is a meaningful gap against the MGA licensed brands in our rankings where all of those are set from inside your account with decreases applying immediately.

The terms do note that deposit limits cannot be applied to voucher and crypto deposits, and suggest using another method if you want to limit your gambling. That is at least honest about the constraint.

The VPN clause, which is unusual

Almost every casino we have reviewed prohibits VPN use with confiscation of winnings as the penalty. Bizzo does not:

"Using VPN is not restricted, however, it may lead to malfunction of games or connections issues."

That favours players who use a VPN for ordinary privacy reasons. It does not override the restricted countries policy. Section 2 still states that selecting a different country to bypass a registration restriction can lead to confiscated winnings and permanent closure.

Restricted countries, which is a short list

Unusually for this market, the restricted list is brief: Israel, United States, United Kingdom, France and its overseas territories, Netherlands, Malta, UAE, Turkey, Latvia, Estonia, Belarus, Lithuania, Gibraltar, Jersey, Ukraine, Belgium, Curacao, Cyprus and a group of smaller jurisdictions.

Canada, New Zealand and Australia are all accepted, and notably Ontario is not excluded, which is rare. Most casinos in our rankings exclude Ontario specifically.

That said, Ontario has a licensed market under the AGCO with a real regulator and mandated player protection tooling. If you are in Ontario, that is a materially better position than an offshore casino with no named licence.

Canadian players cannot access NYX or NextGen games. The NetEnt branded titles Vikings and Street Fighter are also restricted in Canada. Australian players cannot win NetEnt jackpots, and the terms state any such win would be annulled.

Dormant accounts

After 12 consecutive months without login, a EUR 10 monthly administrative fee applies while the balance stays positive, stopping when it reaches zero or you reactivate. That is on the lower side compared with the EUR 25 several casinos charge.

Verdict

Bizzo Casino worked for us. Deposit and withdrawal both completed without friction, the withdrawal limits at EUR 4,000 daily and EUR 50,000 monthly are strong, progressive jackpots are paid in full, sports bets need only 1x deposit turnover, the minimum deposit and withdrawal are both EUR 10, the restricted country list is short enough to include Ontario, and the VPN clause is the most player friendly we have found.

Two things hold it at 6.5.

The terms name no licence, no regulator and no operating company. That would be notable anywhere. It is more notable here because Bizzo runs on the identical platform to National Casino, whose terms name a BVI company and a Kahnawake licence in the same section where Bizzo's are blank. The complaints procedure then directs you to a regulator "listed on the Website" that the document never lists. If something goes wrong, you have support, then management, then nothing the terms can point you to.

The payout trend runs the wrong way. Four and five star reviewers, players who like the casino, started reporting in August that withdrawals moved from a couple of hours to days to a week. A New Zealand player in September reports two weeks with nothing and no reply. Our own withdrawal went through, but one clean result does not outweigh a pattern from satisfied customers.

Around those: bonus terms that exclude table games and live dealer entirely and blacklist hundreds of slots, no CAD support despite accepting Canadian players, no self service responsible gambling tools, a two week verification deadline with confiscation as the penalty, and a EUR 12.50 fee to close an account with funds in it.
