He is reading a real clause, and partly misreading it. Here is what the terms actually say, split into two separate caps:

So the welcome package sits in the AU$4,000 row, not the bonus-amount row. That is a real ceiling but not the one the reviewer described. The bonus-amount cap applies to the loyalty offers, and there it is severe: a AU$50 cashback bonus pays AU$50 maximum no matter what you do with it.

And in both cases the cap survives the wagering. The terms state plainly that the maximum win restriction persists after the wagering requirement is completed. Finish 40x, build a AU$12,000 balance from a welcome bonus, and AU$4,000 is what leaves.

The casino's reply, and what it tells you

Voodoo's public response made two points. First, that the rule is displayed before a bonus is claimed and is applied consistently. That is accurate: it is in the bonus terms, not buried in a general document.

Second, it noted that the reviewer's profile contained many negative reviews of various casinos and invited readers to weigh that context.

We would separate those. The first point is a fair answer. The second is an argument about the person rather than the clause, and the clause is real regardless of who quoted it.

What to actually do about it

If you are playing for a big win, decline the bonus. The terms explicitly allow it: you can refuse any bonus, and you can cancel one before wagering starts without losing your own funds. Clean money has no cap on it beyond the standard withdrawal limits.

The 3x deposit rule

Section 9.7 requires every deposit to be wagered three times before you can withdraw it, even with no bonus claimed. Deposit without playing, then try to withdraw, and the casino may charge a processing fee or refuse.

The negative reviews, checked against the terms

A UK player complained about a GBP 20 minimum and said his account was blocked after he posted a review. The United Kingdom is on the restricted countries list in section 2.4, so his account should not have existed. That explains the block without needing any other theory, and the terms state players violating the policy are not entitled to withdrawals.

A player from Uzbekistan wrote that you can deposit but never see your money if you win. No detail, no amount, no date. We cannot check it against anything.

A French player reported an unresolved withdrawal issue. Again no figures or dates, so there is nothing to verify, though France is not restricted and the complaint could be genuine.

One accusation was answered convincingly.
