The "cashback", with the arithmetic

The site describes a cashback bonus paying EUR 1 for every 300 comp points. Comp points are earned at 1 CP per EUR 5 wagered, on slots only.

300 CP × EUR 5 = EUR 1,500 wagered for EUR 1 back. That is a return of about 0.07 percent of turnover.

This is a comp point exchange, and calling it cashback is generous. A loss based cashback at 5 to 10 percent, which several casinos in our rankings offer, is worth roughly a hundred times more to a typical player.

The casino is big. Around 14,000 games from more than 130 providers, a 50 level VIP club, a three stage welcome package. On the surface, it looks like one of the better equipped casinos in our Australian rankings.

Read the marketing page and the terms side by side, though, and they disagree about money in several places.

Where the marketing and the terms disagree

The EUR 100,000 VIP reward

The marketing page describes a VIP club with 50 levels, where "the final reward is 100000 EUR for reaching the very last level", and says bonuses on the site range up to "huge €100000 boosts".

Clause 1d of the bonus terms says the maximum winnings paid from any "personal VIP bonus" is EUR 10,000, with any excess forfeited before withdrawal.

Those two statements cannot both apply in full. If the top reward is paid as a VIP bonus, the terms cap what you can actually withdraw from it at a tenth of the advertised figure. Nothing in the terms describes the top reward being paid any other way.

Reaching level 50 of a slot only programme earning 1 point per EUR 5 wagered would take very large turnover. Most players never get close. But the headline number is the one being used to sell the programme, and it should match the contract.

The "cashback"

The marketing lists a cashback bonus paying EUR 1 for every 300 comp points, with 1 comp point per EUR 5 wagered.

Withdrawal limits

The payments table lists Interac and Paysafecard withdrawals up to EUR 6,000 per transaction. Clause 11.8 of the terms caps withdrawals at EUR 4,000 per day. A single EUR 6,000 withdrawal is not possible under the daily limit.

The marketing also says minimum withdrawals start at EUR 20. The same table shows Skrill starting at EUR 50 and bank transfer at EUR 500.

None of these is dramatic individually. Together, they suggest the promotional pages were written without checking the terms, and the terms are what you are held to.

The dates

The terms header reads: effective 07.04.2026, last updated 10.03.2026. The document was updated four weeks before it took effect. This is the same template, and the same "Last Updated: 10.03.2026, Version 1.1" line, used by LimeWin, Casino Chan and Woo Casino, two of which are run by a different company.

The marketing page, meanwhile, describes Spinando as a 2023 platform secured by "2026 SSL". SSL does not have year versions.

The welcome package, and why its size works against you

EUR 1,750 across three deposits sounds strong. At 40x it means EUR 70,000 of wagering to clear in full, at a maximum bet of AU$8 during bonus play.

We made this point at length in our Avalon78 review, and it applies directly here: a bigger bonus at the same multiplier is not a better offer. It is a larger number attached to a proportionally larger obligation that almost no one finishes. If you claim the first deposit bonus, EUR 500 at 40x is EUR 20,000 of turnover, which is already a lot.

No public review record

Spinando has no Trustpilot profile. That is not evidence of anything bad, and several casinos we rate reasonably have none. But it means our single test is the only independent data point in this review, and there is no record of how the casino handles disputes, delays or confiscations.

What the Tobique licence gives you

Clause 15.5 names EGIS as an independent dispute resolution body under Tobique regulation, at disputes@egis-adr.com. With no public review record, that is your only external route if something goes wrong.

Clause 13 requires claims within one year. Clause 17 places disputes under arbitration in Costa Rica. Clause 7.8 gives the casino final authority to decide whether you have broken a rule, without prior notice or explanation.

Spinando paid us and did nothing wrong in our test. The game library is huge, the operator is identified, EGIS gives you a named dispute route, the withdrawal limits are solid at AU$50,000 monthly, and the weekly reload is reasonable.

What holds it at 6.3 is the gap between what the casino advertises and what it contracts to. A EUR 100,000 VIP reward against a EUR 10,000 cap on VIP bonus winnings. A "cashback" that returns 0.07 percent. Per transaction withdrawal limits above the daily limit. A minimum withdrawal figure the payment table contradicts. Free spin wagering stated two different ways in one sentence. And a welcome package whose size mostly measures how much you would have to wager to clear it.
