Pixi Casino - Honest Terms, No Licence For Now Review 2026
- → Our own deposit and withdrawal both completed quickly, and we found no complaints against this casino anywhere
- → That said, Pixi launched in 2026 and has no public review record at all, so there is little to check our test against
- → No licence, no regulator and no dispute body are named anywhere in the terms
- → Governing law is Malta with Maltese courts, but no Malta Gaming Authority licence is claimed
- → The enforcement clauses are the fairest we have read anywhere: your deposit is protected even during a suspected breach
- → The 25x wagering looks low but applies to deposit plus bonus, which produces more turnover than a 40x bonus-only offer
- → Provably fair verification covers only Pixi's own games, not the provider slots, and they say so plainly

Cons
🎁 Bonuses & Promotions
The 25x looks low. Read what it applies to.
Most casinos apply their multiplier to the bonus alone. Pixi applies 25x to the deposit plus the bonus combined, and with a 250% match the combined figure is 3.5 times your deposit. That reverses the usual arithmetic, and we work it through below.
The offer
250% match on your first qualifying deposit, calculated on up to $800 deposited, capped at $2,000 in bonus funds. Minimum deposit $10.
The casino publishes its own calculation table, which is unusual and to its credit:
| Deposit | Bonus | Combined | Turnover at 25x |
|---|---|---|---|
| $10 | $25 | $35 | $875 |
| $100 | $250 | $350 | $8,750 |
| $800 | $2,000 | $2,800 | $70,000 |
How that compares
Take a casino applying 40x to the bonus only. A CA$150 bonus there needs CA$6,000 of turnover. Here, a $100 deposit produces a $250 bonus and $8,750 of turnover on a nominally lower multiplier.
The lesson is general: a wagering multiplier tells you nothing until you know what it multiplies. Bonus only, deposit plus bonus, and deposit only are three different bases producing wildly different obligations from the same number. Run any offer through our bonus terms decoder before claiming.
At the maximum, $70,000 of turnover at a $5 maximum bet is 14,000 spins minimum, and realistically far more. That is not a bonus anyone finishes.
The rules attached
Maximum bet during bonus play: $5.00 or the displayed currency equivalent per round.
Your deposit is played first, and the bonus stays locked until the full requirement clears. Withdrawing or forfeiting early removes the bonus.
Bonus funds sit in a separate bonus balance from your real money.
Cashback and reload offers apply to net losses only, credited as bonus balance subject to their own wagering.
Sequential offers: the first, second and third deposit bonuses all carry 25x, and later stages may stay locked until the earlier bonus is completed or forfeited.
Game contribution rates are not published in the terms. The bonus page says only to check the live offer and warns not to assume all games contribute equally. At most casinos slots count 100 percent while table games count 5 percent or nothing, which can multiply the real turnover several times over. Confirm the contribution table on the live promotion card before you claim.
Note on bonus codes: Promo codes mentioned in this review were accurate at the time of writing but may have changed. For current, verified codes that are checked daily, see our No Deposit Bonus Codes page. If any of the terms above are unfamiliar, our bonus terms decoder explains what each clause means in practice.

📝 Full Review
Start here, before anything else.
Pixi is new, crypto only, names no licence and has no public track record. Our own deposit and withdrawal went through cleanly, but one test is one test. Deposit a small amount, play it, withdraw it, and confirm the money arrives before you commit anything you would mind losing. That advice applies to every new casino. It applies here more than most.
Pixi Casino runs at pixi.casino, accepts nine cryptocurrencies, and combines provider slots from studios such as Hacksaw Gaming with its own in-house titles: Crash, Mines, Dice, Keno, Plinko X and a card game called Higher or Lower.
It produces the most unusual split we have encountered reviewing casinos. The terms are the fairest we have read anywhere. The regulatory position is among the weakest.
Our test
Author's test: Deposit and withdrawal both completed without problems, and the platform is fast and responsive. The terms state withdrawals process within 24 to 72 hours, and ours fell inside that.
No licence, and Maltese law without a Maltese licence
We read the full terms of service. They name Pixi Entertainment Ltd as the company behind the brand, and that is where the disclosure stops. No registration number. No registered address. No country of incorporation. And no licence or regulator of any kind.
Section 11 then says this:
"These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts."
Malta governing law is not the same thing as a Malta Gaming Authority licence, and this is worth understanding properly.
The casinos in our rankings that hold an MGA licence state the number in their terms, name an ADR provider with a submission form, and give the MGA's address and phone numbers. The MGA investigates complaints, fines operators and revokes licences.
Pixi claims none of that. What section 11 gives you is the right to sue in Maltese courts, which for a player anywhere outside Malta is a theoretical remedy rather than a practical one. Court proceedings in a foreign jurisdiction cost more than almost any casino dispute is worth.
There is also no dispute body of any kind. Section 11 offers the provably fair verification tools for disputes about game fairness, which covers a narrow category, and requires you to contact support and wait 30 days before starting formal proceedings. For a withheld withdrawal or a closed account, no external route exists.
What to do: check the site footer for a licence number and seal before depositing. If you find one, search the issuing authority's public register. Our casino groups page covers the two minute method. If you find nothing, you are relying on the operator's own conduct, which is the position this review describes.
The terms are the fairest we have read
Having said all of that, something genuinely unusual is going on in this document, and it deserves to be set out properly.
We read the full terms at every casino we cover. The standard phrasing across this industry gives the operator sole and final authority to decide whether you broke a rule, and to act "without prior notice or explanation". We have quoted that clause, or close variants of it, at a dozen casinos.
Pixi does the opposite, repeatedly.
On duplicate accounts, section 2: funds are forfeited only where evidence establishes accounts were deliberately used for unfair advantage or fraud. "Accidental duplicate accounts that provided no unfair advantage will be handled case by case."
On investigations, section 3: bets or winnings are voided "only where the investigation establishes a material breach that provided, or attempted to provide, an unfair advantage."
On bonus breaches, section 5: "forfeiture is limited to bonus funds and associated winnings affected by an established material breach. Deposited funds unrelated to the breach will not be forfeited solely because of a suspected violation."
On max bet breaches, section 5: forfeiture follows only "after the breach is established from gameplay records."
Why each of those matters, from cases we have documented.
A player elsewhere lost CA$10,000 because their spouse held an account on the same household IP. Pixi's clause would treat that case by case rather than confiscating automatically.
A player elsewhere reported a month of escalating document requests ending in closure with no reason given, permitted by a sole discretion clause. Pixi's wording requires the breach to be established before action.
Players elsewhere have lost their deposits alongside bonus winnings over a max bet breach. Pixi's clause limits the loss to the affected bonus.
The honest caveat: a well written clause is a promise, and a promise is only worth what the enforcement behind it is worth. At an MGA licensed casino, a clause like this could be held to by a regulator. Here there is no regulator to hold anyone to anything. The drafting is genuinely better; the backing is not there.
Two more disclosures worth crediting
Provably fair, with the limit stated
Crypto casinos market provably fair verification heavily, and most are vague about its scope. Pixi is not:
"No. Pixi's provably-fair verification applies only to supported Pixi-operated games. External studio games run on the provider's game system."
So Crash, Mines, Dice, Keno and Plinko X can be verified. The Hacksaw Gaming slots and the live tables cannot, because they run on their providers' systems.
That is how provably fair works everywhere, and almost no casino says so upfront. It is also worth knowing that provably fair verifies a specific round was not tampered with after the bet. It does not tell you the house edge is favourable, and it cannot be applied retroactively to a session you are unhappy about.
A published RTP, and it is low
Section 6 states the Higher or Lower card game runs at an RTP of 94.80 percent, with a server side certified RNG, minimum bet EUR 0.10 and maximum EUR 10.00.
Publishing a specific RTP in the terms is rare and good practice. The figure itself is below the industry norm: most slots run at 95 to 97 percent, and table games higher. At 94.80 percent, EUR 1,000 of turnover returns around EUR 948 on average over the long run.
No RTP figures are published for the other in-house games. Ask support before playing them if it matters to you.
Telemetry, described in detail
Section 3 sets out what platform integrity data is recorded: page routes, account and product actions, timestamps, a session identifier, broad device category, referring domain and your account identifier when signed in.
It then states what is not included: form contents, URL query strings, wallet addresses, network IP addresses and raw browser identifiers.
Whether that reassures you is your call, but disclosure at this level is unusual, and the explicit exclusion of wallet addresses matters at a crypto casino.
Crypto only, with no fiat route
Supported: Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, BNB, Solana, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Cardano and XRP.
- Minimum deposit: $10 equivalent, with per currency minimums shown at deposit
- Minimum withdrawal: EUR 20 equivalent
- Processing: 24 to 72 hours, subject to verification
- Withdrawals go to the same crypto address where possible
No fiat option exists. No cards, no bank transfer, no e-wallets. If you do not already hold crypto, you have to acquire it first, and that exchange step carries its own fees and its own identity verification.
Two crypto specific risks worth stating plainly. Sending to a wrong address is irreversible, and no casino can recover it. And the value of your balance moves with the token unless you hold a stablecoin, so a win can shrink between the withdrawal request and the moment it lands.
KYC: present, despite the crypto framing
Section 4 states the casino "reserves the right to request proof of identity (KYC) before processing withdrawals above threshold amounts, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations." Section 3 adds it may verify identity at any time and suspend accounts pending verification.
Crypto deposits are not the same thing as no KYC. We have documented a case at another casino where a player was told by an affiliate site that crypto play meant no verification, deposited, won, and hit a full KYC policy at the withdrawal stage.
Pixi's terms are clear about this and do not claim otherwise. The threshold is not published, so assume verification will be required and have documents ready.
Responsible gambling, which is better than most
Section 7 describes deposit limits, session time limits and self-exclusion options accessible from your account settings.
That matters because several casinos we have reviewed recently describe no self service tools at all, routing every request through a live chat agent. We documented players at two of them being argued with for days when they asked to close their accounts.
Pixi also states it may impose restrictions or close accounts where it has reason to believe a player is experiencing gambling related harm, and directs players to BeGambleAware and GamCare.
Use the limits before you need them. If you need to stop gambling entirely, a tool independent of any casino is stronger: bank level gambling blocks and blocking software work regardless of what any operator does.
What is missing or limited
No public review record. No Trustpilot profile, no accumulated player history. Our single test is the only independent data point in this review, and the platform is new enough that a longer record does not exist to find.
Liability capped at your deposits. Section 10 limits total liability to the amount you deposited in the preceding 12 months. If you deposit $100 and win $5,000, the stated cap on any claim is $100.
Restricted territories include the United States and France, with the terms noting others without listing them. If your country is not on the registration form it is not available, and selecting another to bypass that is prohibited.
Terms can change with notice by email or prominent notice, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
Verdict
Pixi Casino is the hardest review we have written, because the two halves point in opposite directions.
The terms are the fairest we have read at any casino. Forfeiture limited to the affected bonus rather than your whole balance. Deposits protected during an investigation. Duplicate accounts assessed case by case instead of confiscated. Breaches required to be established from records before action. An explicit statement that provably fair covers only the in-house games. A published RTP figure. Real self service responsible gambling tools. A wagering calculation table the casino published itself, including the $70,000 figure that makes its own headline offer look unattractive.
Almost nothing in that paragraph is true of the casinos we rate above it, and we want to be clear that the drafting here is a deliberate choice by someone who understood what the standard clauses do to players.
And none of it has anything behind it. No licence. No regulator. No ADR. No dispute body except for narrow fairness questions. A governing law clause pointing at Maltese courts, which for any player outside Malta is not a remedy anyone will use. A company named without a registration number or an address. No public record at all.
Our deposit and withdrawal went through quickly, and the platform works well. There are also no complaints against this casino that we could find, though it is worth being precise about what that means: Pixi launched in 2026 and has no public review profile at all. That is an absence of evidence rather than evidence of good conduct, and it will be worth revisiting in six months when a record exists.
7.6 reflects a clean test, terms drafted more fairly than anywhere else in our rankings, and nothing found against it. It sits below the licensed casinos we rate similarly, because a promise with no regulator behind it is worth what the operator chooses to make it worth, and Pixi has not yet had time to demonstrate what that is.
If you play here: start with a small deposit, play it, withdraw it, and confirm it lands before committing more. Check the footer for any licence before depositing. Treat the 250% offer as the $70,000 obligation it is rather than the headline. Confirm game contribution rates on the live promotion card, because they are not in the terms. Have KYC documents ready despite the crypto framing. Double check every withdrawal address, because crypto transactions cannot be reversed. And use the deposit and session limits in your account settings from day one. Alternatives with named regulators and public track records are in our Canadian and New Zealand rankings.
This casino has no regulator, no ADR provider and no public review profile. If something goes wrong, there is nowhere obvious to report it, which is part of why we rate it where we do.
So if you run into a problem at Pixi - a withdrawal that stalls, an account closed without explanation, winnings confiscated, a bonus that behaved differently from the published terms - contact us and tell us what happened. Dates, amounts, what support said. Screenshots if you have them.
What we do with it: we read it, we check it against the casino's own terms, and where a pattern emerges across more than one player we update this review and lower the rating. We have done exactly that elsewhere in our rankings. We will not publish your name, your account details or anything identifying without asking you first.
What we cannot do: we are not a mediator and we have no authority over any casino. We cannot recover your money or force an operator to act. What we can do is make sure the next person reading this page knows what happened to you. Our complaints guide covers the routes that do carry weight.
