🎁 Bonuses & Promotions

One Australian player lost AU$1,500 in a way worth understanding before you deposit.

She made several deposits in one evening. Her earlier deposits had no bonus. Her last one did, and she did not realise it had been applied. She then bet above the bonus maximum and her winnings were confiscated.

Clause 1g says bonuses are activated by selecting a bonus card in the deposit window. Check that window every time you deposit, not just the first time. Her suggestion to the casino was also reasonable: other casinos block bets above the limit rather than letting you place them and confiscating later.

Wagering: 40x on all deposit bonuses. No deposit and free spin bonuses also 40x unless stated otherwise.

Maximum bet during bonus play: NZ$8, or EUR 5 / USD 5. Purchasing any game feature, including respins, adds to your bet amount. Exceed it and Dragonslots reserves the right to confiscate the winnings.

Minimum deposit for a bonus: NZ$25, or EUR 20 / USD 20. Higher than the general EUR 10 minimum deposit.

Clause 2a: table games and live dealer games contribute 0 percent toward bonus wagering. Nothing at all.

The excluded games list runs to hundreds of titles across roughly 30 providers, plus every jackpot game. Named exclusions include Dead or Alive and Dead or Alive 2, Reel Steal, The Wish Master, Book of Shadows, Jammin' Jars 2, Hellcatraz, Vikings Go Berzerk, Tomb Raider, Medusa and Stardust.

Maximum winnings caps:

  • No deposit bonuses: NZ$75, or EUR 50 / USD 50. The account must be fully verified and a deposit made before you can withdraw.
  • Cashback, comp points, tournaments, VIP bonuses, weekly bonuses and any deposit bonus except the welcome offer: NZ$17,000, or EUR 10,000. Anything above is forfeited before withdrawal.

No deposit free spins must be activated within 3 days and wagered within 7.

Bonus abuse is defined as a bonus to wager ratio above 40 percent.

Clause 2f: you may withdraw your deposit before meeting the wagering requirement, but the bonus and any winnings from it are forfeited.

Japan and Georgia are excluded from all deposit based bonuses.

Sportsbook

Sports bets require only 1x deposit turnover before withdrawal against 3x for casino play. Maximum winnings are capped at EUR 100,000 per bet, EUR 250,000 per day and EUR 500,000 per week. Sports disputes must be lodged within 7 days.

Note on bonus codes: Promo codes mentioned in this review were accurate at the time of writing but may have changed. For current, verified codes that are checked daily, see our No Deposit Bonus Codes page. 📝 Full Review

Dragon Slots runs a combined casino and sportsbook serving Australia and Canada. It runs on the same platform as National Casino and Bizzo Casino, both of which we have reviewed, and the three terms documents are identical almost line for line.

Of the three, Dragon Slots discloses the least.

Our test

Author's test: Our withdrawal did arrive. Everything leading up to it was slow, and honestly, we did not enjoy using this casino at all.

That is a subjective judgement and we are marking it as one. The objective part is that we were paid. The rest of this review explains why being paid once is not enough to recommend it.

What the terms do not contain

At most casinos, section 1 of the terms names the operating company, its registration number and its licence. That is the single most useful sentence in the document.

Dragon Slots' section 1 names no company, no registration number and no licence. It opens with a sentence about checking your local gambling laws.

And unlike its two sister brands, there is no governing law clause at all. National and Bizzo both end with a section placing disputes under Curacao law and courts. Dragon Slots' document ends at section 19, a one line privacy notice. No jurisdiction, no courts, no legal framework of any kind is stated.

The complaints section then says that if a dispute is not resolved, "you can contact any independent body, gaming authority or the licensing regulator listed on the Website." Nothing is listed.

The comparison across this platform is worth setting out plainly:

BrandOperator namedLicence namedGoverning law
National Casino Starsten Ltd, BVI Kahnawake 01056 Curacao
Bizzo Casino None None Curacao
Dragon Slots None None None

Before depositing, scroll to the bottom of the site and look for a licence number and seal. If you find one, search the issuing authority's public register. If you find nothing, you have no verifiable regulator. Our casino groups page covers the two minute method.

Responsible gambling: two opposite failures, one cause

This is the most important section of this review.

The terms describe no self service responsible gambling tools. No deposit limits, no loss limits, no session limits, no cooling off, no reality check. Everything goes through a person. The review profile shows what happens when it does, and it goes wrong in both directions.

Players who could not close their accounts

An Austrian player wrote in June 2026:

"The website offers no option to set limits yourself, apart from contacting live chat. When I raised this request through live chat, I was contacted by a 'VIP Manager.' Instead of simply processing my request, they have been questioning and debating with me for days about why I want to close my account."

A Greek player the same day described asking to close his account for weeks, being redirected to email, and receiving replies every few days that avoided the request. A New Zealand player in August wrote that trying to close her account was "a drama also".

A player who was closed without asking

An Australian player in March described waiting on support to explain why PayID had disappeared from her withdrawal options. During the conversation she mentioned she was "tempted to play my winnings", while stating she would withdraw by bank transfer in 12 hours if PayID did not return.

She was banned immediately for gambling addiction, with no chance to explain and no reinstatement.

These accounts look contradictory. They are not.

When a casino provides no tools you can set yourself, every responsible gambling decision becomes a judgement call by whoever is on the other end of the chat. One player asking to stop gets argued with for days. Another player who never asked to stop gets shut out over a single phrase. The common factor is that neither player controlled the outcome. Proper self service tooling exists precisely so that this decision belongs to you.

If you need to stop gambling, do not rely on any casino to do it for you. Gambling Help Online in Australia and ConnexOntario in Canada are free and confidential. Australia's national self exclusion register, BetStop, covers licensed operators, and bank level gambling blocks work regardless of what any offshore site does.

The PayID problem for Australian players

PayID is how most Australians expect to get paid, and one reviewer praised it directly: an Australian player in March reported PayID payouts arriving within about two hours, including AU$500 inside an hour of approval.

But two separate Australian players report it vanishing.

One in May wrote that after fully verifying his documents, his PayID withdrawal was declined for additional documents, PayID was then removed as a withdrawal option, and he was told he had to deposit again to add a new withdrawal method. The other is the player banned above, whose conversation with support began because PayID had disappeared from her options.

Being required to deposit before you can withdraw is a pattern worth recognising anywhere. A legitimate withdrawal should not require new money. If a casino asks you to deposit in order to unlock a payout route, stop and escalate in writing before sending anything.

The AU$40,000 case

An Australian player in June reported AU$40,000 in his account that he could not withdraw. He described being sent transactions from his own bank statements unrelated to the casino, transfers between him and his family, and being asked about them repeatedly despite providing everything he could.

The casino's reply was the same template it posted to at least four other reviews: "We're truly sorry to hear that your experience at Dragonslots Casino didn't meet your expectations. We've requested more information from you to better understand what happened."

We cannot assess the underlying case. Large withdrawals legitimately trigger source of funds checks, and bank statement queries are standard for them. What we can say is that a player with AU$40,000 at stake and a casino that names no regulator is a combination with nowhere to escalate. Our complaints guide covers independent mediators such as AskGamblers and Casino Guru, which are the only routes left when the terms name nothing.

Reading the review profile

Dragon Slots sits at 2.3 on Trustpilot. Two things about the profile are worth pointing out.

The template reply. The same two sentence apology appears word for word on at least five reviews, including the AU$40,000 case, the unrequested ban and the refused account closures. Where the casino did reply specifically, it was usually to dispute the player: stating it found no withdrawal requests on one account, and confirming another player's withdrawals were processed and their account closed at their own request.

The recent five star reviews. Three posted in September 2026 share an unusual focus:

  • "Everything worked smoothly during my visit. Navigation was simple, the design was tidy"
  • "I liked how straightforward the site was... it still felt clean and easy to browse"
  • "The site was easy to understand from the beginning. Everything felt organised"

All three discuss navigation and design. None mentions a deposit, a withdrawal, a game, or a win. On a casino review page, reviews that never mention money are unusual. We are not asserting anything about who wrote them. We are pointing out the pattern so you can weigh it.

The more substantive positive reviews exist too: the Australian player praising two hour PayID payouts and RTP figures displayed on the home screen, and another praising a VIP manager by name.

Currency: neither AUD nor CAD

Section 3 lists the accepted currencies as NZD, EUR and USD.

Australia and Canada are both accepted countries. Neither currency is supported. Every bonus figure is quoted in NZD, EUR and USD only.

If you hold your account in a foreign currency, your bank converts on the way in and again on the way out, typically two to three percent each way plus any international transaction fee. That is a real cost on top of everything else, and it is the opposite of what the casino's name and marketing toward Australian players would suggest.

Interestingly, NZD is the only regional currency supported, which suggests the platform was built with New Zealand in mind first.

Withdrawal limits and payments

  • Daily: EUR 4,000
  • Weekly: EUR 16,000
  • Monthly: EUR 50,000
  • Minimum withdrawal: EUR 10
  • Processing: up to 3 days per the terms

All progressive jackpot winnings are paid out in full. Wire transfers require a EUR 500 minimum and may attract intermediary fees up to EUR 16.

Deposit turnover: 3x for casino play, 1x for sports bets.

Closing your account with funds in it costs EUR 12.50. Withdraw everything first, wait for it to arrive, then close.

One Austrian player reported a successful withdrawal that then reappeared on his balance, requiring a new request. Cancelled or bounced withdrawals return to the gaming balance automatically, so check your balance daily until money actually lands.

Verification, and a two week deadline

Photo ID, payment method proof and proof of address within 90 days, with proof of funds or wealth possible. Selfies with ID, a handwritten note, phone calls or Skype video calls may be requested.

If verification is not completed within two weeks, the account is permanently closed and winnings confiscated. Submit documents the day you register.

Restrictions and games

The restricted list includes the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, France and a group of smaller jurisdictions. Australia, Canada and New Zealand are all accepted, and Ontario is not excluded.

Canadian players cannot access NYX or NextGen games, and the NetEnt branded titles Vikings and Street Fighter are restricted in Canada. Australian players cannot win NetEnt jackpots, and the terms state any such win would be annulled.

VPN use is explicitly not restricted, though selecting a false country to bypass restrictions still risks confiscation.

Verdict

Dragon Slots paid us. That is the strongest thing we can say for it, and it is a real thing. The withdrawal limits are adequate, progressive jackpots are paid in full, sports bets need only 1x turnover, and one Australian player describes fast PayID payouts.

Everything else points the other way.

The terms name no operator, no licence and no governing law. Of the three brands on this platform, only National Casino discloses a regulator, and Dragon Slots discloses less than even Bizzo. If something goes wrong, the terms give you nowhere to go.

There are no self service responsible gambling tools, and the review profile shows the consequence in both directions: players argued with for days over closing their accounts, and a player banned without asking over one phrase in a chat.

Australian players report PayID disappearing and being told to deposit before they can withdraw. Neither AUD nor CAD is supported. Most casino replies are a single repeated template. And our own experience was slow enough that we would not choose to play here again.

We do not recommend depositing here. If you already have: check the site footer for any licence, keep withdrawals small and frequent, never deposit in order to unlock a withdrawal method, keep every chat and email in writing, and use a blocking tool independent of the casino if you need to stop. Alternatives with named regulators and self service limits are in our Australian and Canadian rankings.
