The review record, and what stands out in it

Across the casinos we have reviewed, most Trustpilot profiles fall into recognisable shapes: a wall of variance complaints, a cluster of suspiciously similar five star reviews, or a payment dispute record.

Casino Chan's profile has a different characteristic that is harder to fake and worth pointing out.

Long term accounts back this up. A Canadian player states they have used the site for a couple of years, praising daily game additions, regular bonuses and fast cashout processing. Another Canadian, active for a few years, says verification was tedious but they have had no issues with payouts or deposits, while noting the VIP perks are not what they used to be.

That second review is the more useful of the two, because it praises and criticises in the same breath. Players who do that are usually describing something real.

The complaints, which are fewer and more specific

Three negative reviews are worth setting out rather than summarising.

A Canadian player in June 2026 reported multiple games paying without winnings being credited, then being told he had violated the terms of service and forfeited his winnings. He states he emailed repeatedly asking what specifically he had done and received only the same generic statement.

The casino did not reply to this review. Clause 7.8 of the terms is relevant context: it states the casino retains sole and final authority to determine whether you have violated any rule, and may impose action "without prior notice or explanation". Whatever happened in this case, the terms permit exactly the response the player describes.

A Dutch player in August 2026 reported their card being flagged as third party despite being in their own name and matching their ID. The casino replied acknowledging the frustration and explaining that payment verification checks exist to protect players.

Worth noting: the Netherlands appears on the restricted countries list, so this player should not have had an account at all, which may explain heightened scrutiny.

Another Dutch player complained that promotions exclude the games they are advertised alongside. The casino's reply acknowledged the point directly and said it would work on making promotional information clearer.

That complaint is worth taking seriously because clause 1.10 does exactly that: bonuses cannot be used on EGT slots or jackpot games, which are prominent parts of the lobby.

What the profile does not have

Reading through, there is no pattern of unpaid withdrawals with dates and amounts. That is the signal we look for hardest, and its absence here is meaningful given how prominently it appears at several other casinos in our rankings.

The clause that needs planning around

In practice verification is usually much faster. Our own went through without delay, and a long term Canadian player described it as tedious but successful. The clause sets an outer limit rather than a typical timeframe.

But it is written into the terms, which means the casino is entitled to take it. And clause 8.5 adds a second timer running the other way: if the casino cannot reach you by phone or email within two weeks of your withdrawal request, the account is locked and the withdrawal cancelled.

The monthly figure is among the highest we have documented. For context, GunsBet under the same licence caps at NZ$30,000, several MGA licensed casinos at NZ$40,000, and one operator in our rankings restricts base level players to EUR 1,000 per month.

Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full and do not count toward these limits.

The household and IP clause

Clause 8.2 is worth reading carefully, because it can catch people who have done nothing wrong:

"Accounts sharing the same residential address, household, IP address, or device will be considered duplicates. We reserve the right to close and forfeit all duplicate accounts, cancel any pending withdrawals, and confiscate any winnings."

Shared household wifi, a partner who also plays, a shared workplace connection. Any of those produces the overlap this clause describes.
