Cons
🎁 Bonuses & Promotions
Two caps decide what a bonus here is worth, and neither is on the promotional banner.
Cash bonus winnings: capped at 10x your deposit. Deposit AU$100, win AU$5,000 from a cash bonus, withdraw AU$1,000.
Free spin winnings: capped at AU$170. The terms add that this limitation applies to all bonus types.
Welcome offer
325% up to $3,200, plus 350 free spins and 50 Coins.
The general terms do not state the wagering requirement. They say only that players must wager the bonus "a certain number of times" and point to the Promotions page for each specific offer. Check the figure in the cashier before claiming, because the general document will not tell you.
The timing is tight
- 48 hours to activate the bonus after it is credited
- 5 days to complete wagering after activation, unless the offer says otherwise
Miss either window and both the bonus and any winnings from it are cancelled. Five days is short for a four figure bonus.
Maximum bet while a bonus is active: AU$8, or EUR 5 and CA$7. This includes bonus buy features, purchased bonus rounds and bet doubling.
Game contribution
| Game type | Contribution |
|---|---|
| Slots | 100% |
| Instant games, eligible titles only | 10% |
| Roulette, excluding live dealer | 5% |
| Everything else | 0% |
Live dealer, table games and jackpots are not merely excluded from wagering. They cannot be played at all while a bonus is active.
That is stricter than the usual arrangement, where those games simply count for nothing. Here the games are locked, which at least removes the risk of accidentally voiding a bonus by opening one.
The excluded games list is the longest we have read
Three providers are excluded entirely: Amusnet, EGT Digital and Red Tiger — all games.
On top of that, several hundred individual titles across roughly fifty studios. Named exclusions include Dead or Alive and Dead or Alive 2, Reel Steal, The Wish Master, Book of Shadows, Jammin' Jars 2, Wild Swarm, Razor Shark, Mega Moolah, White Rabbit, Extra Chilli, Tomb Raider, Hellcatraz and Sweet Alchemy.
Check your game before claiming anything. The list is long enough that the odds of your usual slot being on it are meaningful.
Other rules
No deposit bonus winnings on registration cap at AU$80. From the Bonus Shop or free spins generally, AU$170.
Bonus Shop purchases are limited to three in any 24 hour period.
Your withdrawable money is spent first, then bonus money.
You may withdraw before completing the wagering, but the bonus and all winnings from it are cancelled first.
Previously unused bonuses cannot be activated after a withdrawal request has been placed.
One bonus at a time, and deposit bonuses do not stack.
One bonus per person, family, address, email, IP address, phone number, account number, card number, e-wallet and device. That is a broader list than most.
The casino may credit a bonus in two equal parts, 24 hours apart, at its discretion. Worth knowing if only half appears.
You have the right to refuse any bonus, and to cancel one before the wagering is met.
Note on bonus codes: Promo codes mentioned in this review were accurate at the time of writing but may have changed. For current, verified codes that are checked daily, see our No Deposit Bonus Codes page. If any of the terms above are unfamiliar, our bonus terms decoder explains what each clause means in practice.

📝 Full Review
AzurSlot is operated by GBL Solutions N.V., a company registered under the law of Curacao. It accepts AUD, CAD and NZD natively, and serves Australia, Canada and New Zealand.
It does several things well, and the terms contain one table so strange it is worth opening with.
Our test
Author's test: Deposit, play and withdrawal all completed without problems. The platform is responsive and the site works well.
The VIP table that does nothing for seven levels
Section 9.2 publishes a withdrawal limits table running from Level 1 to Level 15. We read all of it.
Levels 1 through 7 are identical. Every one of them: AU$1,600 per transaction, AU$1,600 per day, AU$16,000 per month. Seven tiers, the same three numbers repeated seven times.
The first change comes at Level 8, and it only doubles the monthly figure to AU$32,000. The per transaction and per day limits stay at AU$1,600 until Level 9.
Here is what the progression actually looks like for an Australian player:
| Level | Per day | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| 1 to 7 | AU$1,600 | AU$16,000 |
| 8 | AU$1,600 | AU$32,000 |
| 9 | AU$2,400 | AU$32,000 |
| 12 | AU$3,200 | AU$64,000 |
| 15 | AU$6,400 | AU$80,000 |
We cannot tell you what it takes to move between levels, because the terms do not say. There is no deposit threshold, no wagering requirement and no description of the programme anywhere in the document. Only the table.
So a player could reasonably spend months climbing to Level 7 and discover that nothing about their payouts has changed.
The charitable reading is that the table was built from a template and the lower tiers were never differentiated. That is likely. But a VIP programme whose first seven tiers are cosmetic is worth knowing about before you start chasing one.
The daily cap is the real constraint
Most casinos in our rankings cap by week or month. AzurSlot caps per day and per transaction as well, and at base level both sit at AU$1,600.
That means a AU$16,000 monthly ceiling cannot be taken in one go. Even at the maximum, you are making ten separate requests across ten days.
There is also a limit of three simultaneous withdrawal requests.
For comparison, the casinos at the top of our withdrawal times comparison clear AU$80,000 a month with no daily restriction at all.
The operator is named. The licence is not.
Section 1.1 states the website is "owned and operated by GBL Solutions N.V., a company registered and established under the Law of Curacao."
That is the entire disclosure. No licence number. No registration number. No regulator named. "Registered under the law of Curacao" describes company incorporation, not a gambling licence.
We read the full document and found no licence reference anywhere in it.
Naming the operator is still better than not naming one. Several casinos we have reviewed identify no company at all, which leaves you with nothing to point at. Here there is a name.
And the terms do state a governing law: section 33.1 specifies Curacao law, with section 33.2 giving Curacao courts non-exclusive jurisdiction. That is more than some casinos in our rankings provide.
What to do: check the site footer for a licence seal and number before depositing. Curacao moved to a new licensing framework in 2024, and a casino holding a current Curacao Gaming Authority licence has a number in the format OGL/2024/XXX/XXXX. If you find one, the CGA accepts player complaints. If you find nothing, that is your answer about escalation routes.
Our casino groups page covers the two minute method for checking any casino's licence yourself.
One clue about a wider network
Section 7.4 contains an unusual phrase. If you close your account because of gambling problems, you are "prohibited from playing on the sites of the casino partners, which are indicated in the license of this casino."
That implies a licence covering multiple sites, which is how the old Curacao master licence system worked. The terms do not name those partner sites, and without a licence number there is no way to look them up.
Worth knowing if you ever do self-exclude here: the restriction is meant to extend to sites you cannot identify.
The review record
AzurSlot sits at 3.9 on a small base.
The positive reviews are specific rather than generic. A Canadian player describes playing entirely on his phone for a week: "Lobby loads fast, buttons tap first time, session didn't drop once." Another describes contacting support about an account issue and being surprised how straightforward it was. A Polish reviewer with eight reviews wrote a detailed account praising the interface, the game variety, and both deposit and withdrawal speed.
The one serious complaint, and how it ended
A Portuguese player described having €170 in winnings, having his account closed, and being told initially that there was no balance. He states €20 was later refunded, then the operator confirmed €170 had been confiscated.
His specific objection was about the reason given. He says the only issue raised was a proof of address document slightly older than three months, and that he was not given the chance to supply an updated one. He adds that he could not find any clause in the terms justifying confiscation of all winnings in those circumstances.
He filed with Curacao eGaming and updated his review with the full sequence.
The casino replied: "We are glad to inform that we successfully completed the user's request." The player was paid.
We record resolved complaints as carefully as unresolved ones. A casino that pays after a public complaint is behaving better than one that ignores it, and this is one of the few cases in our rankings where a confiscation was reversed.
Two things to take from it. The three month limit on a proof of address document is real and enforced — section 9.2 states it explicitly. And writing publicly worked where private correspondence had not, which is consistent with what we have documented at several other casinos.
Clauses worth knowing before you deposit
The chargeback fee is 50 EUR per email
Section 6.2 is unusual enough to quote. On receiving a chargeback request, the casino emails you to confirm identity and payment method. If you do not respond, it sends two more.
"A processing fee of 50 EUR will be deducted from the amount to be refunded for each email sent."
Three emails is 150 EUR deducted from your refund. We have not seen a per-email fee at any other casino.
The practical advice is straightforward: do not initiate a chargeback against a casino. It is almost always treated as fraud under the anti-fraud policy, and here it is expensive even when handled normally. If a deposit goes wrong, use the refund process in section 10 instead.
A dormant account loses its balance
This one is harsher than most and comes in two stages.
- After 6 months without real money play, the account is dormant. A 10 EUR monthly fee is charged from the 1st of each month until the balance reaches zero or you place a bet
- After 12 months, the account is inactive. If the casino tries to contact you and gets no answer, the account may be deleted and any positive balance voided
Six months is half the twelve most casinos allow, and voiding the balance outright goes further than charging it down. Withdraw your money rather than leaving it.
Three times your deposit, or a 10 percent fee
Two clauses work together here and they are easy to miss.
The AML policy states: "a Player always needs to have placed at least 3 (three) deposit amounts in bets before the Player is able to withdraw any funds."
Section 9.3 adds that if your bets are less than three times your deposit at the time of the withdrawal request, the casino may withhold up to 10 percent of the withdrawal, or refuse it and ask you to finish wagering.
So depositing and immediately withdrawing is not possible here, and attempting it costs money.
Verification has a 30 day deadline
Documents must be provided within 30 calendar days of the withdrawal request or the casino's request. Failure means "winnings will be confiscated and your account will be permanently closed."
Verification itself is targeted at up to 3 business days or 72 hours once all documents are received.
The KYC department works Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 GMT+3. So does the finance department processing withdrawals. A Friday evening request waits for Monday.
Video verification may also be requested, and failing to attend a scheduled video call allows the casino to cancel all winnings and close the account.
The AML payout threshold
The AML policy sets a figure worth knowing: no payment exceeding EUR 2,000 within 24 hours, or EUR 2,300 cumulative since registration, is made until identity, age and residence are verified.
In practice that means your first meaningful win triggers full verification regardless of what else is happening. Complete it on day one.
VPN use voids winnings
Section 14.7 permits voiding winnings and deactivating the account if there is reason to believe you have "disguised / interfered / taken steps to disguise or interfere in any way with the IP address of any Device used to access our Site (such as using a Virtual Private Network)."
Several casinos in our rankings permit VPN use explicitly. This one does not.
One account per household, IP or device
Duplicate accounts mean cancelled bonuses and winnings, and the casino may confiscate deposits made with the duplicate, deducting them from either account. Shared home wifi produces this overlap without anyone doing anything deliberate.
Third party payments
Deposits must come from an account in your own name, and withdrawals go back to the same method. This is the most expensive avoidable mistake we see at any casino.
Responsible gambling: one tool, and it works properly
Section 4 describes a single feature, called Take a break.
You suspend your account for a minimum of 24 hours. You get an automated confirmation email, and — this is the important part — "you won't be able to reactivate your account under any circumstances until the chosen period expires."
That irreversibility is how a cooling-off tool should be built. A break you can cancel at two in the morning is not a break.
Section 4.4 adds that any pending withdrawals are cancelled and returned to your balance when you activate it, and you can request them again afterwards. Worth knowing before you use it with money pending.
What is missing: no deposit limits, no loss limits, no session limits, no permanent self-exclusion mechanism described. For a full account closure you email support under section 7.1, from the registered address.
Section 4.5 and 4.6 do state that the casino may block access where it believes gambling is harming someone, and that support can block an account on request.
If you need to stop playing, something independent of any casino is stronger. A bank level gambling block, or blocking software like BetBlocker, which is free. Gambling Help Online in Australia is on 1800 858 858, the Gambling Helpline in New Zealand on 0800 654 655, and ConnexOntario covers Canada.
Payments
Minimum withdrawal varies by method, and the spread is wide:
| Method | AUD | CAD | NZD |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bank transfer | $15 | $15 | $20 |
| Other methods | $30 | $30 | $40 |
| Crypto | $90 | $80 | $100 |
Crypto has the highest minimum, not the lowest, which is the reverse of most casinos. If you are withdrawing small amounts, bank transfer is the cheaper route here.
Withdrawals go back to the deposit method wherever possible. If that method is unavailable, the casino chooses at its discretion.
G2A Pay appears as a payment processor under section 8.14, which is unusual for a casino. Note that when you pay through it, G2A becomes the merchant of record and its own terms and refund policy apply to that transaction, not the casino's.
Section 8.7: if you deposit and request a withdrawal without playing, the request is refused to prevent money laundering. That is standard, and it overlaps with the 3x rule above.
Where to complain
Section 26 describes support first, then support@azurslot.com for disputes that customer service cannot resolve.
No independent dispute body is named, and without a licence number in the terms there is no regulator identified either.
The player in the confiscation complaint filed with Curacao eGaming, and his case was resolved. That suggests a route exists, but you would need to establish the licence from the site footer first.
Our complaints guide covers how to prepare a submission and what to gather first. For a casino with no named ADR, public complaint databases carry disproportionate weight — as this casino's own review page demonstrates.
Verdict
AzurSlot is a competent casino and our test gave us no reason to think otherwise. Deposit, play and withdrawal all completed cleanly, the mobile experience draws specific praise from reviewers, and support is described as straightforward by more than one player.
Three things genuinely count in its favour. The operator is named, which several casinos in our rankings do not manage. Governing law and jurisdiction are stated. And a documented confiscation complaint was resolved and publicly confirmed, which is rarer than it should be.
What holds it at 6.3 is a collection of clauses that add up.
No licence number anywhere in the terms, only a reference to Curacao company law. Without it there is no regulator to escalate to and no way to identify the partner sites that section 7.4 refers to.
A VIP table with fifteen levels where the first seven are identical, with no explanation anywhere of how levels are earned. The AU$1,600 daily and per transaction cap at base level is among the lowest in our rankings, and a AU$16,000 month cannot be taken in fewer than ten requests.
Bonus winnings capped at 10x your deposit, free spin winnings at AU$170, a five day wagering window, and an excluded games list covering three entire providers plus several hundred titles.
Alongside those: a 50 EUR fee per chargeback notification email, a dormant account deleted with its balance voided after 12 months, a 10 percent fee for withdrawing before wagering your deposit three times, weekday-only withdrawal processing, and voided winnings for VPN use.
If you play here: complete verification the day you register, because the AML threshold of EUR 2,000 in 24 hours will trigger it on any real win. Make sure your proof of address is dated within three months, since that is what the one serious complaint turned on. Plan around AU$1,600 a day rather than the monthly figure. Use bank transfer for small withdrawals, because the crypto minimum is three times higher. Check the excluded games list before claiming any bonus, and keep bonus play on slots. Never initiate a chargeback. And withdraw your balance rather than leaving it, because six months of inactivity starts the fee and twelve months loses the lot.
Compare against the alternatives in our Australian casino rankings.
A withdrawal that stalls. An account closed without explanation. Winnings confiscated. A bonus that behaved differently from the published terms. If any of that happens to you here, contact us with the dates, the amounts, and what support actually told you. Screenshots help.
This casino names no dispute body in its terms, so there is no formal route to escalate to. Our complaints guide covers the independent mediators that are left when an operator names nothing.
What we do with it: we read every report, check it against the casino's own terms, and update this review where a pattern emerges across more than one player. Ratings on this site move both ways, and player reports are part of why. Nothing identifying gets published without asking you first.
What we cannot do: we are not a mediator and have no authority over any casino. What we can do is make sure the next person reading this page knows. Casinos that did not pay us are listed here.
🌍 Available Regions
Regional availability can change without notice, and individual states or provinces may be restricted even where the casino serves the wider market. Check the casino's own terms before registering.
